    Honestly I have nothing negative to say about this property and furthermore my leasing experience was extremely easy thanks to Amber! She is amazing hands down! The transition was very smooth, she communicated daily just to provide updates and keep me in the loop on my process, she was very attentive and detailed and made this move so wonderful and easy. If anyone is coming to look or book or apply, ask for Amber because you’ll be treated with the utmost care and respect.     Do yourself a favor and schedule a tour to see this community! It speaks for itself.. really!! As a Realtor, I find myself touring my clients though Houston’s best apartment communities and homes. When you’ve seen it all and stumble upon such a great community as this, you just have to let other know. Last week I brought a client in to tour this gorgeous community. The team were helpful and showed us around. The Managers Noreen and Adam are awesome and helped answer all of our important questions regarding the lease contact, application process and availability and specials. I’ve include several photos below. This place seeks out happiness for its residents and guests with well thought out Floor plans, reasonable pricing, great staff, beautiful downtown views, convenient location and top notch amenities. Did I say amenities!!

    I’ve been apartment hunting for a few weeks, and I recently toured this complex. My experience was great from start to finish. The staff, especially the manager Courtney, was super helpful and friendly. Any questions I had, they answered, which really made the whole process easy. During the tour, I was really impressed with the layout of the floor plans—everything was beautifully designed. Everything was clean, and the view of downtown is amazinggg! This place is definitely one of my top picks!

    I toured with Desola and she was so kind and so knowledgeable about the property and the area too. Even gave me some good restaurant recommendations for lunch after the tour. The view of downtown from the sky lounge is amazing! Now I want a top floor apartment. Im sold and will be applying soon :) Cant wait to live at The Exchange!

    Desola & Amber are super nice! I’ve dealt with Don before as well and seriously their whole staff is super super nice. Not too many leasing agents are welcoming but they really are. All of them too which is super surprising. Very helpful through any inconvenience.

    Beautiful layout. Elevator for easy room access. Downtown Houston skyline is right there in your face for a fantastic view. Kitchen has an island. Spacious living room/bedroom/restroom and massive walk-in closet. 12 foot ceiling and balconies with great pool and relaxation area.

    Our leasing Agent Don took great care of us when we were looking for a place. The complex is new and they take pretty good care of it with them power washing certain areas and making sure the elevators are regularly cleaned. Some people may not like it because the freight trains run like 5 times a day but the view more than makes up for it. Maintenance is also responsive with work orders. Can’t think of a better place to spend the next few years.

    Brand new beautiful apartment with a great view of the skyline. Adam, D’Onna and Kristina are super sweet and always greet me with smiles and kind words anytime I go into the office. I love the pool and the sky lounge area. The gym is fully equipped with everything you need and the club room is super comfortable for working from home. I love living here and plan on staying for a while.

    I have to take the time to give the staff their flowers. Especially Desola, she is an amazing assistant community manager! Quartney, Nancy, Don are all wonderful as well. Their efforts in improving our community over the past couple of months has not gone unnoticed. I’ve been blessed to call The Exchange home for about two years and there’s a reason I keep renewing. The location you cannot beat , we’re a couple of minutes from down town, the apartments are cute and the amenities are on point.

    This is a lovely apartment complex with very courteous and helpful leasing staff. Shoutout to Kristina. She made our application process smooth and kept us updated all the time. Despite visiting three times she never hesitated to show around. Extremely professional and well knowledgeable she is. The apartments are very well constructed and the ambiance is actually pretty impressive. Highly recommend to visit and sign up here.

    Stayed here for a year, very good location, everything is close by. Apartments are really nice. Sola helped with the paper work to transfer to my new unit. She was very informative and helpful throughout the whole process.

    Let me start by saying that these apartments are one of the best you will find in Houston. On top of that the customer service provided by leasing office especially Kristina was just more than exceptional. Ask for Kristina and she will always be happy to help. She has not only been co-operative and professional but also made sure that we (me and my wife) were able to get what we wanted in minimum possible time. The application process was made super clear to us by Kristina and we had a smooth sailing throughout the process. For personal reasons we could not move in these apartment but we will surely get back to these apartments for our next lease.

    I’m in the process of looking for a new place to stay since my lease is over in a few months so I decided to stop by and see if I could tour a unit ( I didn’t have an appointment scheduled). When I entered I was greeted by the manager Mr. Dean as he was very friendly and welcoming. He showed me a few floor plans and asked would i like to take a tour. When I tell you the place is amazing from the gym, pool area and the unit spaces and mostly the views! It’s close to everything which is a plus in my book. Mr. Dean was very knowledgeable and answered every questions I had. Def one of my top places since I’ve been looking for a new place.

    I love living here thus far! The property is absolutely beautiful, great amenities, and the SKY DECK is perfect for a mesmerizing view of Downton, TX. The office staff is always so prompt with requests and maintenance takes care of business in an efficient and quick manner!     It’s not often that I take the time to publicly express gratitude for someone who has truly helped me out but D’eanna in the front office went above and beyond to help me out. I had 3 separate packages that were lost in one week from Amazon. I reached out to the seller/vendor and USPS for some update. I was met with a list of “I’m sorry”, but nothing resolved. It wasn’t until D’eanna took it upon herself to contact the close by apartments to see if they had any misdelivered packages and to her surprise she found over 150 packages that went to different apartments. She took her cart and got each one and brought them back to the Exchange. It was because of her work ethic that allowed me to find all my missing packages. This lady deserves a raise!! She set the example of customer service and how to not brush the complaint off just because nothing could be found in a computer system. Thank you for hiring someone like this who values the job and the tenants.

    Went by the property on accident when looking for a place for my daughter as shell be graduating soon. Beautiful place with excellent location. Loved the manager. He was knowledgeable but not too pushy. We will most likely choose this property because of him. In this climate, being around someone who makes you feel safe matters. Well done!

    I am shopping for a post covid property to live in Houston, Texas. I haven’t lived here in years, so much had changed. But Mr. Dean, the property manager at the Exchange Apartment Community, made me feel right at home. He was so thorough about the amenities and very clear about the company’s intentions to do their best to ensure we have a smooth transition back to Texas. I highly recommend this property.

    Went on a tour of this location and Its Top Notch from the moment you walked in. Tagii met us with a Big Smile and made me feel very Welcome and comfortable. He answered every one of our questions with clear communication and clarity, which is rare in this market these days. From there he showed us a few different apartments and floor plans, again very impressed with everything that I was shown. Looking forward to joining them as soon as my lease ends here where Im at.     Ive been calling and looking online high and low for the perfect place! Ive only been in Houston a few months (living with family). Although I was blown away from my first phone call, I was still leary.Ive been tricked by pics and being sold a dream over the phone so I wasnt convinced until I walked in. Everything was beautiful and the staff was really nice. The manager, Taigi (hope Im spelling his name correctly) was the nicest and answered so many of my questions. I love this place already!
