I live at the Evergrove and the property had a flower bar today for residents to make a bouquet to take home. After I got mine back home in a vase, I took my dog for a walk. I happened to notice people walking into the office to make one too but what caught my attention was the smiles on their faces when they left. Flowers make people so happy!It is such a good feeling when you see other people happy. We have events quite frequently and I really do love living here.I love my apartment too. The finishes are modern and I love the open space. The entire Evergrove team has made the living here a great experience. I recommend living here - the location, the amenities and team are wonderful!

I had the pleasure of working with the amazing team at The Evergrove Apartments to help my client secure the perfect apartment. Arissa was fantastic during the tour, and Christian went above and beyond to assist both me and my client by providing timely and detailed information while Arissa was out. The communication and teamwork within the office were outstanding, and they made the entire process seamless and efficient. My client was able to get approved quickly thanks to their collaborative efforts. They are also very friendly, which is not so common to come across in this industry I find! I highly recommend The Evergrove Apartments for anyone looking for a smooth and supportive rental experience!:)

Great apartment complex! Christian and Arissa did a fantastic job answering my questions during the move-in process. They are very good about answering calls and responding to tenant inquiries quickly (the same applies to the maintenance team).I have lived here for over a month now, and I’m confident I made the right decision. These apartments are reasonably priced given their size and location (as of the time of writing this, they are also brand-new units). Its hard to beat living so close to Austin.

The corner-building apartment I have at Evergrove has an awesome view of the pool and garden. A grown oak tree facing the windows adds on to the cozy ambiance of the open-concept design. Big THANK YOU to both Christian and Arissa they were so helpful. I am currently injured and was not able to tour the apartment. Family members shows up to tour the apartment for me and they were more than welcoming. They walked the through step by step of the whole process and answered all my question. Very Friendly.

I am not a tenant of The Evergrove and only toured during initial construction with no moved-in residents, however, my experience with them (specifically Christian) was so good, that I wanted to leave a review.From what I saw of the complex, it looked great. The completed rooms that I saw were wonderful. Though, the element that really instilled my confidence in the complex was my tour guide, Christian. During my apartment search I have met many tour guides and leasing agents with many being polite and helpful (with a handful of not-so-great ones) but Christian is for sure the most informative and friendly person to have helped me. While I ended up going with a different apartment complex for several unrelated reasons, I would recommend anyone interested in The Evergrove check it out. The place seems great, and Christian is a wonderful help, no matter what youre looking for.

When your friend moves into a new place that gives off vacation vibes, think of The Evergrove. The one bedroom units had a fun, modern feel that left me wondering just how impressive the bigger ones must be. Christian was super friendly and had all the info you could want, which just made the tour even better. If youre looking for an awesome spot in a relaxed area, The Evergrove is definitely worth checking out.

I love love love the apartments!!!The light an airy monochromatic color scheme is warm and inviting which makes for a perfect foundation to create your own personal touch of color!!!Each apartment is filled with unique and fabulous amenities re: side by side refrigerator with water and ice dispenser, the beautiful engineered wood like plank floors, the open kitchen shelves, wonderful nooks, gorgeous granite countertops and the hidden trash drawer to name a few!I could go on and on but seeing is believing!!!I’ve lived in lots of apartments and I have been in the decorating world for a long while so I know what I’m talking about!I met Christian first and I was impressed with her quick understanding of apartment life and leasing. She has great enthusiasm in making The Evergrove a place for people to call home!I met Vanessa later and she too was wonderful in showing me around.With years of experience in this business it was easy to notice her calm informative knowledge added to her desire to also make The Evergrove home!Thank you,Terri

Im extremely excited of moving into my new apartment at The Evergrove this week. These brand new apartments and whole complex are beautifully designed and are in an excellent and growing location. Much vegetation and local parks surrounding the apartments for those who enjoy being outdoors like myself.Christian has been such a great help in showing me around the apartments and making the move in process very easy for me! I recommend these apartments and the wonderful hospitality and professionalism from Christian to help you find your future home!

Disclaimer: I have not moved in yetBut so far: I am so impressed with the Evergrove team and the complex as a whole. As a few other reviewers mentioned, there were some delays since it is still being built, but Christian and Vanessa have been so accommodating and easy to work with. I have worked most closely with Christian and I can confidently say she has gone above and beyond - not to mention she is just a delightful, professional person!The apartments are absolutely gorgeous. Even though the buildings are under construction, they are still beautiful and incredibly clean (like, shockingly clean for a construction site).My only potential reservations are construction noise and any unforeseen issues that one would only discover after moving in (neighbor noise, hallway cleanliness, etc.). I will be sure to update the review if there are any issues, but right now, I’d give 6 stars if I could!

Im so excited about Evergrove coming my new home! I have toured twice with Christian, she has been amazing! Very knowlegable, very kind and sweet. Its apparant she wants what is best for the growing community and new tennants. The Evergrove will be so beautiful, cant wait to move in. Everything is new and fresh, but also very well thought out and designed! The floorplans are curated with care, something you dont always see. I still have about 100 days til move in, but Im already so excited.

When I arrived for my tour I was greeted by Christian and she was so kind & patient with me. She answered all of my questions. The property is absolutely gorgeous and the floor plans are exactly what I was looking for. I love to ride my bike and am excited for all the nice sidewalks that lead to the gorgeous Lakewood Park. I am very excited to move in and enjoy all of the amenities. I am especially looking forward to the onsite gym and co working space.

What an amazing complex. It has so many artful aesthetic features in every anemity. More important, the wonderful property managers are truly genuine. Especially Christian, she took the the time to give us a grand tour even though it is still being completed. She answered every question, returned every call, and patiently guided us to our best fit.
