    Angie is awesome!!! She really helped us get into a new apartment for the new year!! She was so knowledgeable and helpful and made sure we were comfortable. She answered all our questions. I’m one happy customer I can’t wait to move in at the end of the month.

    I’ve called a total of 13 times (so far….) over the past two days - using 2 different phone numbers. Gave room between each call thinking perhaps they’re busy on a tour or at lunch or I don’t know, using the restroom?? - but nothing, no answer. This was all after I was told I’d receive a call back shortly….. three days ago. My partner plans on just driving all the way over there to get the update on the unit number (we weren’t given it instead, I was told they would access my application and choose it for me. I can’t move forward with submitting the app and paying the fees till that has been done.) and we have been trying to submit the application since Wednesday. Still, I wish to give them some benefit of the doubt because Angie was very helpful and easy to communicate with that 1st day. She gave me a proper tour of the site - holding a positive attitude while providing me information the entire time. On top of this, there are a lot of recent positive reviews that I was excited for. Hopefully everything will work out in the end but as of right now I’ve grown disheartened.Update: I got a response back after my initial 2 star review and learned the office is run by only one person : Angie - and she was out sick these past couple days. She called me directly from home to help me resolve my issue and help us move forward. Again she held a positive attitude the entire time; I greatly appreciate her service and am once again excited to face the upcoming chapter of my life - which will hopefully be rooted at the Estates. 🤞🏼✨

    Just wanted to leave a little great review. Want to say thank you to Rick for helping me and my family. He was very helpful and very patient with us. If anybody is needing Apartments please ask for Rick. It’s truly the best I’m an angel sent from Heaven.

    Using my sisters google account to leave a review. Called The Estates and spoke to Rick. He was very polite, profession and very informative about this complex. He is also very good at getting back to you quickly, most places take forever for answers. I appreciated his services.

    This was a great apartment complex! I definetly felt like home. I am now moving due to my work, but will be recommending to everyone to come and lease with them! David Maintenance was awesome always heloing, and angie at the office was also amazing!

    These apts are amazing. Very clean,quiet, affordable and just a good place to have my family in. Maintenance man George is always on top of things and fixes everything! But the real reason I moved here was because of the manager Jackie. She is very nice,caring and friendly. She cares about her residents and just doesnt brush you off. She listens and gets what I need done. Shes the best!

    By far the best management ever! Ms. Keely definitely goes above & beyond to make everything smooth & easy for you. She’s AWESOME! Been here for several months & I don’t have one complaint. So if you’re looking for a place to live, I recommend this place for sure! My family and I love it here!

    Angie was extremely helpful and detailed with all and any questions I had so I really can’t complain. She had let me know of conditions and of course timeliness of maintenance given the circumstances so all in all I really can’t complain!

    I highly recommend The Estates to anyone who is looking for an apartment in the calallen area! The property is always clean And kept up with. The maintenance man is always taking care of any issues I come across. The property manager Polly makes it such friendly environment, and answers all of your questions. Such a great team!!

    If youre looking for a place to live I highly recommend these apartments. Great location very well kept. The manager and assistant manager go above and beyond to assist with your move in needs. Very friendly staff and the maintenance guy always there to help promptly.

    My cousin lives at The Estates and I saw Rick walking to throw some trash out and stopped him to ask him information about the property and he gave me great details l. I am planning on moving to the Corpus Christi area and will be looking into leasing at The Estates because of Rick.

    Moved in about 3 months ago! Keely made my move in so smooth! After moving back from Austin coming back to corpus wasn’t my ideal situation but I couldn’t be more happy of where I chose to call home. Keely goes over and beyond for her tenants!!! For the price and the area you can’t go wrong here.

    Old manager from there was pretty bad and unorganized that she misplaced our 60 day notice. The new manager was great and found the letter. She did everything she could to help us and put the letter in file where it belongs! I recommend this place now that there are great managers in charge on top of their game! :) - Miguel Luna
