    I want to thank Aria Nobles for the wonderful experience she gave me. When I arrived she was friendly helpful and extremely knowlegdeable. I was originally just coming to tour but after her one on one customer service I was excited to lease. I would highly recommend anybody to try these apartments if you are looking for a new place to call home and make sure you speak with Aria.

    I’ve been living in the new affordable apartments for a few months now in a 2 bed/2 bath unit, and overall, I’m pretty satisfied. The apartment layout is spacious, with plenty of room to feel comfortable. I love having two bathrooms—definitely a perk for when guests come over or just for convenience.The building is modern, and the appliances are all brand new. The management team is responsive and handles maintenance requests quickly, which I really appreciate.There are a couple of areas for improvement, like more parking spaces and better soundproofing, but overall, it’s a great option for affordable living. I’d recommend it to anyone looking for a budget-friendly place with decent amenities!

    I had an incredible experience visit to the beautiful community right outside of Manor.Upon my entrance I was greeted and welcomed with an array of smiles. My family and I met Ms. Lashawn, she provided a wealth of information on the amenities offered. Her southern charm and upbeat personality was the high light of our day.

    The Element staff is Amazing especially Mrs. Mercedes she is an excellent worker she is very good at what she do and I recommend her anytime. She is a very hard worker and she makes sure she gets the job done no matter what or how long she has to stay to get it done. I give her 100% satisfaction.

    Hello ,I wanted to share my experience with the wonder staff at The Element Austin location!I came across the location as I was scouting the area as it’s close to my job! I went in and was immediately greeted by a wonderful lady by the name of “La’’Shawn” she was really nice professional and very knowledgeable of what was available to me and what was needed to qualify. I went in with no intentions to sign a lease but by the time I finished speaking with “La’shawn” I was going over paperwork and signing my new lease ! She was very helpful , I greatly appreciate her assistance and professionalism during a stressful time for me! I will definitely recommend Ms . La’shawn at The Elements Austin!

    Am a resident here at the Element Apartments and I love the place its feels like aplace you can call Home. Actually I was the first person to move here. And the employee here are the best. The manager is a queen you would love her spirit so come by and see for your self and make Element your home. God bless you all.

    Loved my experience at The Element apartments. The stafff was so welcoming and very helpful. Lashawn Caleb helped me and she was amazing!! Very knowledgeable and answered all of my questions!! I would definitely recommend coming to check it out, the apartments are beautiful!!

    My overall experience with the apartment complex has been more than satisfactory the lady at the front desk Lashawn was super helpful and friendly she didn’t waste any time trying to help us she got everything done in a timely manner and she communicated with me the whole time during the process she is really appreciated and she is awesome!!!!!

    I fist met Aria when I arrived at this beautiful home she is so humble I never knew she is the manager she took me round then the next day here comes Joe so patience and kind he was never tired of answering my questions, helped me with the application, lovely property and management team. If you are still thinking about moving in here think no more just move in you will love it.
