I have lived here since a little bit before the pandemic when it was owned by a different company. The came into a mess when they got this complex. They are slowly trying to get it back the way it should be. You can see the changes they are trying to make within the community to make it better. Ashley in the front office has been more than stellar when it comes to doing what she can to help. She is always willing to find a way to fix whatever issue I may have with a smile and never has made me feel like I am asking for too much. Both ladies in the office have been the nicest apartment mangers I have ever had!

We recently sold our house and decided to transition into an apartment for a year or two. This was the first and last property we looked at and leased on day one. Breyden the property manager went out of his way to really listen to our needs and wish list and found us the perfect unit. They had us moved in within a week. It was a perfectly seamless and quick approval process with no hidden or BS fees so many apartments are charging nowadays. If you’re looking for a small but vibrant luxury apartment in the heart of Oaklawn with VERY attractive rent, check this place out. We make good neighbors :)

I lived here for 7 years before moving back home to Austin a few weeks ago. The Dylan is a terrific place. It is one of the few nice places you can live that is right by all the groups of bars in various nearby locations, but also still relatively quiet. The complex was originally built for ownership- and so the walls are very thick which means no noise from next door. Huge walk-in closets too.Best of all, you cannot beat the location. Less than 5 minutes from three good grocery stores, Equinox, Hermes, Chanel, Eatzis and TJs- probably the finest fresh seafood market in Texas. And right around the corner from the Tollway for very quick access.Management changed a couple of times during my stay, and while it is true that about 4 years ago things slipped a bit- it was not too bad, and in the last couple of years there have been major amenity upgrades, new carpet in the hallways etc. When I left, management was at a high point again.I see some comments about the parking policies- but just know that in Uptown and surrounding areas the parking situation is a nightmare. If you ever move in here, you will be very grateful for the strict parking policies because that is how you can rest assured you will be able to park in the secure garage every night and not on the street.No place is perfect, but I really enjoyed the Dylan.

Stephanie showed me the units here 3 times before I decided to say yes and each time she was super enthusiastic about the tour. Everything was explained well and I’m 100% satisfied. You can tell that she loves to work at the Dylan. Thank you for being a great leasing agent

I was in a time crunch to move into an apartment on very short notice (3 days from time of contact) and Lilly Porche went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure I was taken care of and ensured a smooth move in. The unit was very well kept and clean and any initial move in requests were taken care of immediately. Very friendly staff and maintenance crew and appear to take care of service requests as soon as possible. Looking forward to an enjoyable experience.

These apartments are very spacious and near anything you need. Lilly & Stephanie are always nice and helpful although it seems like they have some issues that are not really in their control. The owners need to step up and do some repairs and additions to make things easier as a resident!

Great location. Lots of restaurants and everything is close by. Lilly and Stephanie in the front office are great to work with especially when you run into issues. Somethings were out of their control but they did their best to help and are very welcoming. Gated parking. Love the unit but can only speak for vaulted ceiling unit. Must add to your list.

Lilly is amazing, every time I come to the office she always helps me. I have never had any issues with office staff and the apartment is quite, if Ive ever needed anything they have fixed it quickly. I love the Dylan and I hope I can stay another year!

I just found out the the property is under new management and already see the improvements.i had sent previous management several work orders few weeks ago and they never even contact us about the status or neither complete the orders.Carlos from the office contacted us about the work orders and they were completed the same day.My lease will expire soon and i was considering moving out cause the maintenance issues with previous management but after this good experience i will consider renewing my lease.Thank you guys and keep up the good work.AS

Love living here!! The staff is super friendly, they are quick to take care of maintenance requests, the pool/outdoor area is fabulous, and Im a huge fan of the hardwood floors + tall ceilings. Highly recommend, I’ll be renewing my lease!

Although I am new to the community, I have already had an outstanding customer experience with The Dylans Manager, Ms. Lilly Porche! She is very courteous, professional, and a great spirit! Showed me and my gf a great space and pointed out many of the upcoming improvements to the property...We were excited! Lilly walked us through the process and helped make a smooth transition from our old to our now, new spot at the Dylan! Cheers to her and her staff for their help!

I visited the Dylan community because I was looking to relocate to Dallas. While I was working with Stephanie, Lilly came out and introduced herself and was very welcoming and pleasant to speak with- she seems to really enjoy her position and takes pride in the community she serves (impressive compared to other experiences Ive had). Definitely keeping this property in mind as a top option.

I am absolutely amazed by the staff here!! My friend Ivory lives here. We’re celebrating a birthday of a close friend and have been waiting on a package for them. It came the last possible day while he was out. When he mentioned to the office that he was out, they asked him if he wanted the package to be placed inside of his home!!! I couldn’t believe it I’ve probably lived all over Dallas in the last 10 years and I’ve never heard of the office doing things like this for residences! I live in a high-rise with the concierge service and they don’t even do this! My lease is up in February and I’m 100% moving here!!

Great! Overall a great ran business. Lillie and the office staff are great at what they do. The apartments are bigger than most units available in the area, and the building offers great privacy. I definitely recommend this location to all who are in search of a place you can make you own.

Ive lived here for 2+ years and Im pretty happy with it. For the neighborhood, the apartments are super affordable and spacious.My smoke detector randomly malfunctioned at 2am and Luis, the maintenance guy, came over within an hour and fixed it.

Everyone here that is staffed at this complex has been more than helpful from before we signed the lease. The grounds are well kept and secure and safer than some of the nearby “luxury complexes”. Have referred so many people to come here, and will continue to do so!

I cant even begin to explain how courteous, efficient, helpful, and professional Lilly was on the tour of The Dylan property. Although I had to choose another property due to suddenly relocation, I was sold on moving to Dylan after her well informed walkthrough of the property and history of the surrounding neighborhood!

So, the day i showed up to visit the property..... I was very sweaty and stinky from work. Felt a bit bad but walked in anyway. Jose greeted me with NO judgement!!!! and was extremelyyyyy helpful throughout the whole visit. Ive called him about 8 times the last week for some final details on our beautiful apartment! Couldnt be any happier with the experience thus far! Excited for the move on saturday!! Thanks Jose!! you rock!!!!

Ive lived at the Dylan for about a year and its my favorite apartment yet. Thick walls, so secure my friends call it fort knox, and the site teams great. It was the best deal I could find in the area on top of all that.Ive recommended it to many friends.

Just left my friend’s new apartment they moved in to this week and can honestly say that I am blown away!!! The design, the layout, and on top of that the vaulted ceilings are everything. I may definitely have to come by when my lease is up.
