    I felt I needed to post a review because I normally only take time to write a review when I am upset.I try to take negative reviews with that in mind.I have been a resident here for a few months. I admit things did not start great. From issues at move in to some maintenance concerns.But things are getting much better. The staff is more attentive and polite. They are doing a good job at improving and fixing things that need attention.What really compelled me to take time to write a positive review was my interaction with one of the managers, Heysi.She was so knowledgeable and helpful. I overheard her assisting another resident and how respectful she was even though the resident was being rude to her. The resident was evidently late on her rent and trying to blame the manager for an issue that the resident had created.Anyway, we chatted about her family and she asked about mine. It was so refreshing that she didn’t treat me like just a number or money.I told her she must have worked there for years and she told me she had recently started working there.You need more managers like her. She would make a great property manager!Thank you, Heysi!

    I’ve been here a while and this is the best maintenance team we have had. Hyman knows if stuff!! Property manager switched again for the 4th time but it didn’t affect me. The ladies in the office are nice. Even in the transition they are trying their best.

    I love living here at The Destino. You can tell management take pride in taking care of the property as well as tenants. Mrs. Etta has always been so polite to me i hate going into the office now because she was the one to make sure any problems i had got took care of asap. While the other lady just looked at me crazy everytime I come in office never greet anyone just rude. Overall the best place I ever lived.

    Nice apartments, I love my one bedroom floor plan, new management is so welcoming and nice Heysi at the front desk was a great help!

    JBR The Maintenance guy is awesome. He is so humble and ready to help any time any day. I WOULD RENEW MY LEASE SEVERAL TIMES BECAUSE OF THE UNIQUENESS OF JBR.JBR SHOULD BE GIVEN A RAISE FOR HIS PATIENCE.

    They must be under new management, this place is spotless and the dog park is really nice 👌🏽the new assistant manager was super helpful and nice I think her name was Heysi.

    I have not been accepted or declined yet however Mrs Barbara is truly an amazing person! She is super nice and really transparent through the process! I hope to get approved you can tell the new management crew truly cares about the money you spend and your living experience!

    Its a great place to live and the neighbors are quiet and friendly. The only reason for the 4 stars is parking here is horrible! They do not enforce their policy on parking and you have to fight to get a parking spot. Something needs to be done. Other than that like I said its a great place to live

    I’ve been living here since 2015 and I’ve always loved it. Units our spacious with high ceilings. The rooms and closets are decent sizes aswell. They have a dog park and gym. Maintenance Has always repaired within two days of submitting a request. My toddler son loves the playground and of course the pool. There is a reason I’ve been here for four years, we feelComfortable and love it.

    I just moved in to this apartment about two weeks ago. Honestly, its tremendously peaceful. And I absolutely love my apartment. Everything is accessible online such as payment and maintenance requests which is very convenient. The only request I would make is opening up more visitor spots because theyre only a few in between that are always taken. But other than that no complaints so far.

    I moved here in 2014, It is a very nice place to live. Although this place have changed management several times in the past. And has recently been sold. The new owner seems to care about the property and its residents. Alot of great new changes going on. The property has never looked better. I love the fact that the rent is being paid online. The pool is getting a new facelift. I never have a problem getting anything fixed when need be. Its all about communicating with management. All apartment complexes have there own problems. I believe its all about communication and having the willingness to have things change. If you dont like something bring it to management attention. So things can be done about it. This apartment is not perfect. But its my home and I love living here. Yes there are some stuff that needs to be changed. But I see the progress that is being made every day.

    Lori Johnson with UMove Free Locator provided this place...it is beautiful. The Manager Rosa and Assistant Manager Barbara are incredible.     I moved here from Louisiana and I’ve been very happy with what I have come into. Spacious, quite, and towing is enforced strictly. Grounds are kept clean daily, and the best part is they have a pool and gym. I don’t have to go far for comfortability. I’m conveniently located in a hot spot, six flags, hurricane harbor, cowboys stadium, rangers stadium, and the new water park located in Grand Prairie...decently priced also. I’m a veteran and there is an outpatient within walking distance of my location.

    Ive lived here for the past few months and I must say Westmount at Colonnade has done an amazing job. Alline and Courtney are so friendly and welcoming each time that I enter the office. They both are very helpful and always make me feel like home. The maintenance team are also great and fast when I make a service request. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone that wants a spacious apartment for a great price in the grand prairie area.

    Sending Kudos to Ray in maintenance! The dumpster door was closed, which signals it was full. However I needed to drop off my trash using the door due to my surgery. Ray was standing by the dumpster after I told him my situation he gladly offered to dump the trash for me. Ray exceeded my expectations, leading to a great customer experience. He deserves a reward.

    I remember living here in 2013 with my mom and my 2 brothers I truly never realized how gifted I was to stay here she was a single mom and never stopped working to pay the bills I remember sleeping in the same bed as my brothers cause we couldn’t afford a better home but the office ladies were really nice they gave us free food when we would get off of school. it definitely didn’t look like how it did back then so I rate it 5stars

    Lori & maintenance are top notch ! Awesome Management staff , no roach 🪳 issues we keep a clean house ! And grounds kept clean ! Highly recommend this place ! Breeze ways are problematic because of weather & Smokers throwing there butts down ! We keep ours clean ! It takes a village !

    I’m leaving my review as a prospect. I have an appointment to see a 3bdrm apt home but rather I choose this property or not, my experience with Mrs. Barbara was wonderful! I would move here just because of that.

    I loved the apartments ❤️ they are very large and in good condition, the staff is super attentive, they treat you with respect and help you with all the information, they are very friendly. Mrs. Alondra takes care of you very well and helps you throughout the process. I highly recommend these apartments, they are very nice and safe👌🏾
