    Our experience with The Dahlia management has been exceptional. The ladies in the office are attentive, and really try to solve tenants problems expeditiously. Maintenance is very good, and try to quickly fix any issues. All in all, the staff have made this a nice community to live in.Edited to say: Great staff. They made our stay here very pleasant. The manager even offered to let my wife and I stay longer after our roommate passed away. They are very courteous, helpful, and all around good staff.

    I recently had the pleasure of visiting The Dahlia Apartments at 3130 Webb Chapel Ext, Dallas, TX, and I was truly impressed. The staff here is absolutely wonderful! They are attentive, professional, and genuinely care about the residents and their experience. The property itself is well-maintained, and you can see the effort the team puts into ensuring everything is in excellent condition. The community atmosphere is warm and inviting, which made the experience even better. If youre looking for a place in the area, The Dahlia is definitely worth checking out!

    I recently moved to Dallas and I am so happy to have chosen the Dahlia as the first place I call “home”. The property is very clean and maintenance does a really good job keeping it looking very nice. Inside, the units are spacious and the best part is the washer/dryer in the unit. The property manager, Jackie, was so nice and extremely helpful. She gave me a full tour and answered all my questions. I am very happy to be here!

    I just want to express how Happy I am , now that New management has taken place , my mother who is a resident there , is well taken care of and her living experience is of better quality. The Staff there is very polite and attentive to her needs .Big Thanls for this needed change 👍

    Went on a tour to The Dahlia apartments, and wow ! They have great renovations and nice amenities pool and grill, Jailene was very informative and help me choose a nice affordable apartment, excited to continue this new journey here !

    I have to say that moving here was one of the best decisions i ever made, the ladies in the office are very helpful, They go above and beyond to help with any situation that comes up.I would recommend moving here.It is very quiet and peaceful

    First I would like to say that everyone there in the office made me feel welcome from the start. Everyone was so helpful. The whole time they walked me through the process as professionals. The apartment is wonderful!!! Moving from the nightmare I was living in ; Diana and Irvin and the manager ( please forgive me I didn’t get her name😔) made me very happy with the move in. I really feel that I made the right choice moving here. I want to say thank you to everyone in the office for making me feel welcome!!!

    I wanted to live in the Webb Chapel area, went to several appartment and was not impressed until I got to this property. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out the staff was wonderful, inviting and willing to go the extra mile to make u feel at home. Thats why I chose to make this community my place to live..Thank you for you for all your help

    I’m a current resident, been here for almost a year now. Office is very friendly and helps me with any concerns and problems I have. So far no problems with me in my regards toward living here. Service is par and updates are always given.
