Living at The Christopher has been great! From the moment I moved in, Ive been impressed with the level of service and the amenities offered. The staff here truly goes above and beyond to make residents feel at home. Trinity, Brittany, Christian and Linsey are always friendly, responsive, and willing to help with any request. The few maintenance request I have had, all minor, were completed the same day and they were able to work around my dog too.The apartment itself is spacious and well-designed, and I love my large walk in closet. The views from my unit are spectacular, especially during sunset. The kitchen is huge and has a gas range which is cool but I rarely cook.One of my favorite features of The Christopher is the pool area. The gym is nice too and I feel like offers more equipment because it is shared with the commercial tower so it also has locker rooms. The direct access to Tom Thumb is also a game changer and super easy!Overall, I couldnt be happier with my decision to live at The Christopher. Its more than just an apartment; its a community where I feel valued and where I can truly enjoy the best that Dallas living has to offer. I would highly recommend The Christopher to anyone looking to be in Victory Park. As for people saying its too busy and loud, you live next to the arena and nightlife so it is bound to happen but I rarely hear anything from neighbors or happiest hour/Te Deseo. This is vibrant city living.

We have now lived at The Christopher for over 1.5 years and still very happy with our decision to make this our new home.Both the office staff (especially Ashley) and maintenance team have been wonderful to work with. They made our transition an easy one.We are both looking forward to continuing to explore what The Christopher and the neighborhood have to offer.

Love the apartment, the community and the amenities. The staff is very friendly and always greet you with a smile when they see you. The building is close to the Katy Trail, American Airlines Center and Klyde Warren park, which is an added bonus.

Due to work-related relocation, I have visited countless apartments in Dallas. My experience at The Christopher has significantly exceeded every other building. Between the service, the staff, the amenities, and the incredible use of space within the units, there has been no comparison. I worked with Brittany and she is incredible. She is the best imaginable leasing agent; she goes above and beyond in every way. Front-line staff can easily make or break the decision to move into a building and I can confidently say that Brittany gives The Christopher a clear advantage. This building is the gold standard for luxury apartments.One important note for potential tenants: parking in Dallas is annoying at best and most top of the line buildings still dont have easy to access free parking for your guests. The Christophers parking is unparalleled. This is often something that you dont think about until you move in and have guests over, but the parking here is leaps and bounds easier than any other building Ive been to (AND FREE!).

Just moved in! Had a simple, tenant-friendly move-in. Brittany, leasing manager, walked us through our leasing process and everything needed. Took less than a week from viewing the apartment to securing the keys.On another note, our apartment was immaculate when we moved in. The place was so clean! Not a scratch in site, almost like they replaced the flooring and the carpets. Drawers/cabinets look like they’ve never been used. Seemed like fresh paint on the walls too. Just immaculate!Highly recommend The Christopher to anyone looking to move into the city, having a good move-in experience and that wants this convenient location!

I’m on my second lease here and about to renew for a third. First and foremost the security of the building is excellent (rare in Dallas apartments!!) the staff is friendly and maintenance requests are handled fast and efficiently. My hot water was less than ideal and they replaced my water heater with no hesitation.I’m docking a star because of the way the pool was policed last summer. Halfway through the summer, they implemented rules and a security guard that made the pool experience turn from a relaxing place that I go to every day the UV is above a 9, to a high school lunch room with the principal watching your every move. Suddenly wristbands were required meaning if you use the pool to tan (the only reason I use the pool) you now will have a wristband tan line permanently on your wrist for weeks. No matter how much I expressed this concern to both management and the security guard he threatened to make you leave if it wasn’t on your wrist. The wristbands also had to be obtained each day from the front desk, as someone who dreads social interaction, this was not ideal and also adds more time out of the sun during peak UV times. (I asked if I could get mine the night before and was told no) A new system needs to be implemented this summer as this is not a Vegas pool party (nor is the pool ever out of hand where it needs to be treated as such) it’s my place of residence that I pay way too much for to be required to wear a wristband to prove it. I’m hoping management takes the feedback from me as well as the other pool regulars and implements a new system with clear and reasonable rules BEFORE pool season hits this year.

Great location with awesome staff.Just Beware. Prices change drastically in the matter of days. Be sure to make a deposit as soon as you decide on your unit. It can be the difference of 600+ dollars the next day!

Going on our 2nd year here. Most of the negative reviews are over exaggerated or they got dealt a bad hand. Here is the deal with this place:- rents are high. Renewals are pretty high (~10% bump in rate)- amenity fee is very high compared to its competition $150 base fee then in a 2 bed apartment they charged $50 for the second vehicle plus other fees like rent service fee, common area gas, water base charge, unit gas, unit sewer, sewer base, water/sewer admin fee, and unit water. (Totals to about $250 a month)- my floor has a constant shift of tenants including multiple evictions. Probably has nothing to do with the fact several of these former tenants would smoke pot in their units and stay up partying all night or didn’t have jobs… they need to vet resident way better.- elevators are my main hate here. When all 3 work, it’s perfect and quick. When one of them goes down or worse two of them, then expect a 10-20 min wait. I took the stairs 20 floors once.- the garage entrance… this is a nightmare as there is not enough room to turn cars around as they have it as a resident entry only. They need to allow people to take tickets from this entrance as well. A lot of delivery vehicles also block this entrance often.- guest parking is a bit of a monster. Three options, give them a validation ticket which almost always has issues, send it in to concierge to validate, or they have to pay or valet.- water heaters are a bit small and run out quick.Now the good:- amazing finishes- great leasing and management team- fairly good amenities including a resident only bar and immediate access to a grocery store in the building (even if they are ridiculously expensive)- friendly residents and fun resident events-great views- the best maintenance team (immediate response for just about anything)- great area to live in and walkable- safe with security in garage and front desk- I haven’t heard of any issues in the parking garage as it is shared and very active and they have a patrol officer always going around.- never hear any neighbors with thick walls and floors.- gas appliances are huge positivesEven with my list of drawbacks, this place is still an amazing home if you have or want to live in an apartment still. I can never go back to anything else in the market for apartment buildings except a select few options in Dallas. I wish they had a few more amenity items like a pool table, golf simulator, game room/poker room, hot tub, sauna/steam room, better grilling area etc but what we do have is top tier at this price.If you are asking if this place is right for you, it is! I will keep renewing here as long as it’s run properly and the resident base doesn’t deteriorate.

Excellent place with all the amenities you can ask for. Concierge desk has very friendly and responsive staffs. Tom Thumb in the basement and all the restaurants at the Union are a huge convenience factor. Maintenance team is very courteous and quick to fix any issues with the apartment.

I couldnt have asked for a better building to live at my first few years in Dallas! The units are absolutely beautiful; condo-quality. The amenities all on point. If something is broken, they are so quick to fix it. Most-importantly, the staff is phenomenal!! I recently got my first dog and they have been extremely helpful, patient, and encouraging through the puppy phase. There is also a park across the street, which is convenient. Finally, if you are looking to live among a more mature, diverse group of residents, this is your spot. Personally, I wanted to avoid the post-college scene, and I did just that. Ive met some good friends in the building, which has a nice community to belong to, especially if youre new to the area! Thank you, Christopher Team!

There are always so many fun events and happy hours and yoga events and much more, theres always something really fun to do! The Cares Team does an amazing job making the living experience here great. The location doesnt get any better: grocery store, coffee, restaurants, bars, museums, parks, all within walking distance!

I moved in recently and I must say that my tour and move-in experience was phenomenal, thanks to Brianna. Brianna was very welcoming during my initial tour of the property, which helped in making my decision to lease at the Christopher much easier. In my experience, typically, tours are rushed but this was not the case with Brianna. She answered every question I had and made sure I was comfortable throughout the process, providing a preview of the customer service Id receive being a tenant at the Christopher. Brianna also made the application and move-in process seamless. I had a few additional requests on move-in day and she addressed them immediately. Brianna and the concierge and maintenance teams followed-up within a few days of me moving in to make sure everything was good. Great job Brianna! Im excited to be a resident here!

As reported, I did have the wrong complex! This apartment community is downtown Dallas right in the heart of the west end. Its a spacious apartment, beautiful stainless steel appliances, open concept plan, and a huge bedroom. The community is monitored by video and must have key fob to enter. Great fitness center, and right downtown by all the hot happening spots. A family member lived in this lovely complex, and its a great apartment, if you crave the life in the heart of the city. ❤️❤️❤️❤️ Corrected.

The concierge staff is always so nice to our guests and greets us as if we were friends and we absolutely love it!Having free valet for ourselves and guests is such a blessing along with Fetch delivering packages right to our door.There is no amenity that this property doesnt have.

Wanted to share my experience at The Christopher Apartments . I will have lived here 6 months on January 1st . We moved from 3700 M , a Dallas West Village high-rise. The location of the Christopher is fantastic. There is a Tom Thumb in the building which is a complete game changer. The walkabality is amazing because I can walk to Orange Theory, AA Center , Cycle Bar , YMCA , Katy Trail and over dozen restaurants that all offer something unique and delicious. The finish out of the building is spectacular. But probably the most amazing thing about The Christopher is the social aspect of it. We have met so many new people and have had so much fun, all thanks to the Apartment Life Program . This program is run by 2 dynamos, Kayln and Britney. I cant tell you how much I appropriate what they do for our community. I did not give the property a 5 star rating because of problems they have had with the elevators since we moved in and the water heaters are too small to fill up my gorgeous bath tub. You will not be disappointed !!!!

Loving living here! It’s a dream. Everything about Christopher Union is extraordinary! The location/ views are incredible and the building itself is absolutely stunning. The numerous amenities are outstanding and seriously everything I could ever think of wanting. The staff is amazing and so friendly! These are the best apartments I have ever seen. Definitely would recommend everyone to check them out!

***1/21/21 - Update: Most of the move in issues were resolved. I still love my apartment even though there are functional design misses. Management does a great job of making this place fun and interesting. My advice is to pay attention to the unit when viewing and ask questions about everything, especially FETCH. Not a bad thing but definitely should be understood before you sign a lease.There are many great pros to this community. One being the visual beauty, my apartment has a fabulous 7th floor view that I thought would be impossible from a 7th floor. The apartment is gorgeous. Upgrades could be better for the rent you pay. In 5 years renting in Victory Park I have never moved into an apartment that was not made ready. The washer protruding out of the closet I was told during the tour just needed to be repositioned is still sitting in the same position. Maintenance has attempted to push this oversized washer into a closet it CLEARLY doesnt fit in. There was a disgusting mess under the sink that I cleaned up. One of the pendant lights is out and when I tried a new bulb it didnt work so not sure if this is another ignored issue. Management is aware and nothing has yet been resolved. Lastly, the water smells like sewage and Im not sure what to do about that other than just deal with it. Im very disappointed in service here.

Beautiful apartments and amazingly kind team of leasing and concierge. These apartments are as high quality as they look and have incredible sound-proofing and an extremely walkable location. From what I have seen so far, management appears to do everything they can to please residents amidst the COVID-19 pandemic, and they remain consistently professional. The amenities and building speak for themselves in terms of luxury. I’m glad to call this place home!

I absolutely love living here and would recommend it to anyone in Dallas!! From the apartments, to the staff you can’t beat it. All of the staff is truly great, Joshua is a great property manger, Chris is an amazing leasing agent annnnd the concierge team is the best.The best part thou is all the events planned by Kayln and Brittney from Apartment Life. They all have been amazing so far.. from pool parties to Sushi happy hours, you can’t beat it! They have planned great events and really helped create a sense of community at the Christopher. Love having Apartment Life be apart of our building it wouldn’t be the same with out them, thank you ladies :)

The Christopher was built by the best developer in Dallas in the multi-family business and truly has the most incredible team working to manage the asset. I have worked with Junior and he knows how to connect with his clients and give you the piece of mind this is your new home while really selling the location in the heart of Victory Park, “The New Uptown” with a brand new grocery store and 5 incredible restaurants on the ground floor and a movie theatre just walking distance! WOW! You seriously need NOT look any further! Ask for Junior! He is, well, just amazing!

I have thoroughly enjoyed living at The Christopher over the last 10 months. The unit design is superior to any other that I have toured in the Dallas market. The kitchen and bathroom have so much useful cabinet space and I love the built-in desk and mudroom in each unit. It honestly feels more like a custom home than an apartment!Fetch has made my life a lot easier. I get a text when I receive a package and conveniently schedule a drop-off time with the click of a button! My package is waiting for me at my door when I get home. I no longer have to run down to the mail room and lug packages back up to my unit. This is a huge plus of living at the Christopher!The events hosted by the Cares Team (Britney and Kayln) have been very fun and provided a great way to meet my neighbors, especially as a transplant to Dallas. Britney and Kayln have done an excellent job of building a “community” and have served as great resources within The Christopher and Dallas in general, especially for a newcomer!

I have toured The Christopher twice and I cannot emphasize enough how amazing Brianna the leasing agent is!! She is so patient and understanding and kind. My fiancé takes forever to make decisions and has to see every floor plan and view possible and she was so patient and helped break everything down for us and showed us every possible option! She is honestly the reason why my fiancé and I are sold on getting a place with The Christopher. Other properties just werent as involved or patient with us. Every other property made us feel like a burden, she made us feel like family. She deserves all the praise and is amazing!! Someone give this girl a raise!

On average The Cares team host 3-4 events per month, ranging from happy hours outside of the community to in house community mixers, I have enjoyed all events. I look forward to meeting more of my neighbors at upcoming events.

When you can impress a loving but fickle, humble but likes the finer things in life(with no job...lol), and difficult to please12 year old, you gotta be doing something right. The Christopher is EVERYTHING we could have ever...ever...ever...imagined. From the beautiful building and fabulous amenities, to the amazing and first class staff, and the coolest and nicest residents....what more could you want? The Conceirge and Valet staff, who have become friends, are top notch as well. It is truly an experience living here. The Christopher sets the bar and should serve as a roadmap that all high rises should strive to mirror.
