    I absolutely love living here. The layout of my apartment is unbeatable with thoughtful planning for storage and nice spacious bathrooms. The staff is friendly and helpful and the complex is beautiful. My dog loves taking me for walks here and making friends with other dogs and people. You can’t beat the convenience of the location and I look forward to hanging out at the pool this summer too.

    I am a former resident of The Chloe, currently living at Brick and Mortar and having a lot of issues with their internet. Recently we received our renewal offer and it has made us want to come back to The Chloe. As soon as we are able to move out, we will be coming back to The Chloe! we loved it there and are excited to come back!

    Ive loved living at the Chloe. My favorite part is how clean and new my actual apartment is...The space is so perfect for us. I love the white cabinetry, the sleek modern aesthetic, all the closet space, and my patio/view of the community. The office staff are always bubbly, friendly, and willing to help. They throw cute get-togethers/events every now and then. The community amenities are very cute, and I love the entire vibe. The maintenance team responds VERY quickly every time and are really nice they always wave and say hello when out and about in the community. They get there early every day and work so hard. There have been a lot of crickets in Kyle due to all the new buildings going up and it all used to be farms, but the office staff adds you to the exterminator list very quickly and do what they can to help. Sometimes after the weekend the pool can need a little cleaning, occasionally theres a resident that doesnt pick up after themself or their dog, or maybe a resident with stinky/leaky valet trash that leaves a mess, but truly my complaints are SO minimal, because I LOVE this place. Everything has been fantastic!! This is a wonderful place to live, very family friendly. My girl and I loveeee the playground. Every person that works here always is very sweet to my daughter and I. Highly recommend.

    I don’t generally do reviews but thought i needed to write one for the experience that i had with this property. Any maintenance request are acted on quickly and provide a follow up email. The staff is always friendly and understanding to help when needed.The location is incredible with shopping, food, and entertainment within walking distance. The community is clean, people are kind and I love all the amenities.

    This place is Beautiful!!! I love all the amenities. The Gym and Pool are great and I just love the outdoor Biergarten. The staff is wonderful and so nice. Tory and Michaela greeted me and were so nice and knowledgeable. I cant wait to make this my home when my lease is up in July.

    The Chloe is located in a superb location, but what makes this property stand out more is the sweet front office staff, and the maintenance team, who does an awesome job.Bryanna made the process so smooth and easy. She communicated everything with us and kept us updated. We were so excited to move in! On move in day, Kenneth assisted us and was such a delight! He mentioned we only had one mail key for now but would contact us as soon as the second was ready. By the end of day, we had a mail key ready for pick up!My fur babies are living their best life whether we are strolling the community, or getting the zoomies out in the spacious dog park.I’m so glad The Chloe is our new home.❤️

    There is not a single inconvenience about living in this complex, lived here for 6 months so far. Feels like youre at a resort sometimes when you go grab your packages and walk past the pool and lounge area. Staff too nice. Landscaping has never been bad. Plenty of parking. Good size gym for an apartment, got everything you need. Nice regular park and dog park. The most perfect location its in the heart of the fastest growing area ive ever seen. Live right behind a costco, and just about every food place, restaurant, grocery store or business type (chiro, car wash, dealership, auto shop, etc.) is less than 5 minutes driving.

    The assistant manager is a gem! Michaela is always helpful and pleasant to work with. The apartment complex is modern and well maintained. The apartment is comfortable and feels like home.

    Havent moved in yet but the staff has been very kind, cooperative, attentive, and understanding. Especially Michaela. We have toured the facility and our unit and we are excited! We are receiving the 2 month free special and we are more than ready to move in with the deal we are receiving! Incredible.Lived here for almost 5 months and it meets ALL expectations. A beautiful property, a beautiful apartment, and heart front office staff! Love it here.[I couldnt figure out how to add an additional review soooo I added to my previous one!]

    Great staff, great community. The apartments are kept up, maintenance and staff are helpful and communicative, love the trash service. Never really had any issues in these apartments and i love the ammenities and community. Never had apartments I could get gift cards from monthly, and every once in a while they set up something sweet in the office, like tacos and soda etc. Only thing that needs fixing is the dog park which seems out of control due to some residents not cleaning after dogs, and letting them dig. But they have cleaning weekly for the parks, and trash areas!

    I moved into the Chloe with my husband as soon as we got married and it had been an amazing first home together!We had our rehearsal dinner here in the community room. Their amenities are amazing and have made our living experience here worth it. They have a dog park, swimming pool, gym, community rooms with pool tables and work spaces, outdoor filling area, and more!We’ve loved our time at the Chloe:)

    Staff is super helpful and informative for new residents. Answered all the questions my husband and I had promptly. I emailed with a bunch of questions because we have never lived in a place this nice with this many perks before. They followed up with a call and made sure I got everything I needed.

    Rented out a unit for an Airbnb. The units are nice and the complex is well kept. However, I didn’t realize there are no elevators. Stairs only in this garden style apartment community. The pool area is also nice and has a playground for kids

    We have lived here for almost a year and have loved every last bit of this community. The amenities and property itself are amazing, the pool area is the best weve had in the greater ATX area, as this is our 4th community in central Texas. But what really makes the Chloe is the people. It is so well managed by thoughtful, caring people who are quick to solve any problem, and always make us residents feel at home and welcome. Michaela in the leasing office is always there when we need help, and responds back to us right away if we ever need something. All of our neighbors are great people too, and this is the first place we have lived where we have actually grown to build meaningful connections with our neighbors. 10/10 would recommend the Chloe to anyone looking, especially young families!

    Very impressive & nice community! Beautiful apartments and the staff is phenomenal, especially Tory, she was so helpful and so welcoming. The area is growing with Costco and many new restaurants close by, truly cant say enough great things about The Chloe.

    Just moved in a month ago and really enjoying this complex and apartment so far.Pros:- Daniel and fellow staff at the office are very kind and helpful.- Pool area and Gym are really nice.- Luxer package boxes are very convenient and any packages too big get delivered to your door. (Way better than Fetch!)- Apartments are very new, really nice inside, with huge closets, and a lot of storage space.- Complex seems safe and quiet. No complaints about the neighbors.- Great location in Kyle. Short drive to most of the stuff in Kyle.Cons:- Nearby quarry causes some trimmers sometimes. Not bad, but a little shocking the first time.

    The Chloe is by far the best apartment community we have lived in. We just began a transfer to a bigger unit, so our friend can live here too lol. The rates are far better than Austin, or even San Marcos at this point. On top of that, we get more amenities that are nicer than other places we have lived, for a better price. We are especially excited about the Pickleball court they will be adding soon! The package lockers are one of my personal favorites, we havent had anything go missing since living here. And the granite countertops are great, especially if you like baking as much as I do. Management is very friendly and reliable, and its super easy to pay rent or request maintenance on the app. One final bonus, in case youre still thinking of looking for a different place: this is the only apartment we have ever had where we couldnt hear our upstairs neighbors! I would recommend the Chloe to anybody looking for a beautiful, affordable place to call home in the Kyle area.

    Great apartment complex! Apartments are quality and homey. The staff are reliable and responsive. No complaint or gripe about anything. Recommended to anyone single/couple/even small family to live here. Citizen House have been nothing but amazing for us!

I’ve lived in a good handful of complexes and this is the first time living in a community where the leasing/maintenance team actually care for their residents. We’re not something that gets forgotten about once they’ve got their lease. My neighbors are super friendly and the location is perfect 🤩

    Absolutely love this place! Moved in here with my son and we are so happy here. The staff is kind and quick to take care of us with any problem. The location is perfect, next to all our favorite stores. Plus, my toddler gets a HUGE kick out of having a playground just a couple feet from our front door! Love Citizen House Kyle!

    We just moved here from out of state due to the military. We have lived in many apartment complex but NONE can compare to this one. From the AMAZING staff, to the sweet residents and all the amenities. It feels like we are staying in a resort.The staff at the leasing office go above and beyond to make sure you are taken care of and all your concerns are handled properly and very quickly.Wouldn’t want to live anywhere else.

    I have to thank Will & Sam for making my moving process go so smoothly. They went above and beyond expectation, and I am so happy to call Citizen House Kyle my new home. Moving from Ft Worth to Kyle, they made the entire process quick and easy. I didn’t get the chance to see the property until I picked up my keys and I was truly amazed by everything. Amazing pool, gym, and even a park for my daughter to play. The actual apartment also looks amazing with literally everything being brand new. I am truly grateful to make Citizen House Kyle my new home for the next few years.Thank you.

    The Chloe is AMAZING! DONT GET ME STARTED! The staff here is phenomenal and will fight for your comfort, joy and happiness! They dont just care about providing you with luxury and convenience, they care about providing you with an environment that truly feels like home! Micheala Navarro was my leasing agent and she took such good care of me, took me on a lovely tour, insured I had all my paperwork completed, and held my hand throughout this process without dragging me along! Micheala and William Montoya, the leasing staff is an amazing team! When my agent wasnt available, due to helping other lovely residents, William sure was willing to step right in and help! They are punctual, swift, friendly and helpful. Ive worked in leasing, I know they dont have to care, go above and beyond, or do their due diligence but here at The Chloe you will be supported in these ways and so much more! The manager Tory Caraveo is truly a doll, and to say the least, MADE SURE I WAS ABLE TO MOVE IN ON MY DESIRED MOVE IN DATE DAY, WHICH WAS ONLY TWO DAYS AFTER I APPLIED AND RELOCATED FROM HOUSTON TX! This place is beautiful, and so is the staff! I JUST KNOW IM GOING TO LOVE IT HERE

    My family and I are coming from Kansas City, and finding an apartment had been really hard. But, after realizing Citizen House was in fact not a senior living facility (had to add that because I checked the reviews prior to try and determine that), our search became so much more positive. Tori was the staff member who we spoke to the most, but all of the faculty was amazing. We really were looking to know exact room dimensions so we did not move almost 800 miles with furniture that would not fit in the unit. Nearly all of the other apartments we toured with were not at all knowledgeable about anything other than the unit square footage. But Tori went above and beyond to answer all of our overly specific questions AND let us go up and personally measure our unit. The staff was one of the biggest deciding factors for picking this property, amoungst it’s beautiful amenities and units. Very impressed !!

    I got priced out of my Rainey district apartment and I’m glad as it led to me this gem!! So much value and only a 14 minute drive back into downtown where I work. The staff is amazing, the common areas are always clean, it feels like I’m living at a boutique hotel. Could not be happier!

    I am a current resident here at Citizen House. I assume that I was one of the first people to move in. Obviously with a complex still under construction there is a lot of going on and changing. Throughout these changes the onsite staff has been absolutely wonderful and accommodating. Sam, Tori, Will and Mikayla (spelling) have all been incredibly nice and working towards a solution to any problem. Prior to signing here at Citizen House, I reached out to multiple apartments in the area. Citizen House was the only one to really take my call and answer my questions. They worked diligently to answer any and all questions, which I had quite a lot. Nothing is ever perfect with any brand new apartment complex, heck even older complexes but the fact that the office staff has gone above and beyond to ensure that everyone is happy here even after weve moved in, has absolutely reassured me that this was the right place for me.
