Overall really enjoying my new apartment! I love not having to try and search for a parking space far away from my apartment every evening, and drying my clothes in one cycle instead of three. I also love the openness of my apartment as it is great for entertaining with friends. My only issue has been receiving packages when the office is closed (evenings, Sundays, and Mondays). This was never an issue at my old complex as the lockers were next to the mailbox area and there was access for the delivery drivers 27/7. I guess it is just something I will have to get used to...that and the kid above me who noisily runs around the apartment all evening until around 10pm.

I have lived here 6 months so far. As far as apt living, especially in Houston, this apartment is above average. It’s a large complex, very large and from what I see they do I good job keeping the complex clean inside and out, and the office staff really seem genuine and want us to have a good experience here. I hope to stay here at least 5 years.

The Caroline has comfortable, updated living quarters, and the amenities are top shelf. The covered parking, gym, business center, and pool areas add much value. The location is very convenient - close to parks, walking/bike trails, restaurants, shopping. And the staff is friendly and prompt with answering any questions/concerns.

Update 05/04This place is still a solid 5 stars! We finally moved into the Townhomes here, although we had to wait until March to move in, it was worth the wait, because this place is wonderful!The Townhome is well crafted, insulated well, and has some nice features that we didnt even expect, like a second outdoor patio on the ground floor, a juliet balcony in the upstairs master, and 2 AC units, one for the first floor and one for the second floor.The staff has also been wonderful to us and has been very helpful since we have moved in. The maintanace manager, Miguel, has been awesome at responding quickly to any service requests we have had as well.There are still many Townhomes still available at the time I am updating this, and most of the complex is already completed.Everything below, was written before move in, but is still accurate of how great The Caroline is:This has by far been the best apartment complex I have ever seen and experienced. Not only do they have standard apartment sized rooms but they also have full sized townhomes!The amount of thought and care for the residents put into this complex is extraordinary! The resident rooms and halls are laid out in shiny marble tiles, chandeliers in ever space, and high end decor and other amenities, such as their fully stocked gym, beautiful business center, and your choice between three different pools!It honestly feels like a high end hotel! Dont believe me, look at my pictures.Because the complex right now is not fully completed, my roommates and I are currently awaiting the townhomes to be finished to move into. I will update this once we move in.What has been even more inviting however has been the management. Since meeting with the property manager Angie, we have been shown so much hospitality and and have felt welcomed to the Caroline. Even though we are not residing here yet, we were still invited to their Autumn Brunch, full of great foods, welcoming future neighbors, and of course, bloody marys! All the food displayed is from that event in the resident hall and it is just INCREDIBLE! I cannot wait to be a resident here and I know my roommates feel the same.If you havent checked out the Caroline, come see Angie and tell them Christian Ayala sent you. Maybe I can get a refer a friend bonus 😉!

I am looking into moving off the island and this place was my first stop since it was recommended by my current community. My first impression was absolutely wonderful! The staff greeted me right away. They were very friendly and answered all my questions, even though I will not be moving right away. My biggest excitement about the community is the heated lap pool and fitness center as I enjoy being active. As for inside the units, The gas range with the convection oven. I am an avid cook and baker. I am very excited for when my move comes and I am excited at the possibility of calling this place home!

I can’t recommend The Caroline & its staff highly enough! This is my first apartment & I had no shortage of questions. The staff walked me through the entire process and answered all of my questions. They were very professional and checked in to see if I had any questions.I considered several places before moving in, and I’m thrilled that I chose The Caroline. The workout gym, pools and other amenities are amazing. They even have a pet spa, which is kinda cool. The landscaping, and by extension the complex as a whole, is kept clean and beautiful. This is a very classy and friendly place to live and it is in an excellent location.

We all got to meet some new folks that live in the community & got to meet the team that helps us residents when we need anything! They are very fun & caring! When I first started looking for a place to live in Houston (Webster area), I went to about 5 places. Once I walked in the doors here, I felt at home. Once I saw everything thats offered here and the fact that the security is beyond anything else Id found. I knew I found my new home. Ive been beyond pleased with everything so far. Maintenance is wonderful and very helpful. Josh and Amanda have been amazing as well. I know that if a problem is to arise, I know theyd quickly take care of it. Best decision I ever made. I cant express how happy I am here.

I moved here in October of 2020 on the advice of my daughter so that I could be closer to her and my son who both live in the area while I was ill. Moving here was and continues to be one of the best moves in housing that I have made. The management here has been superb, Angie, the manager genuinely cares about her tenants. Everyone from Angie to Veronica the assistant Mgr. to Samantha the leasing specialist are all very caring. Whenever I have had any maintenance issues, the crew that is here, responds very quickly and efficiently, most of the time within 30 minutes or less. These are beautiful apartments and the building and grounds are very well kept. Security is top priority here and they are very proactive. Overall, my experience living here has been very pleasing.

I have a friend that lives here, 2/ years now, never had any problems. unfortunately most reviews come from angry people. Once you sign any contract you must abide by it.There’s a buy out clause, most apartments have. Typically you still have to give the normal notice to vacate, plus the reletting fee.Very standard in the apartment industry. i suggest to my clients always give your notice and communicate through email so there’s always a paper trail.unfortunately is not the office staff that handles the final exit with your account. It’s there corporate office. Leave that Paper trail anywhere you sign a binding lease contract.I would recommend this Lovely community to a friend or family member.

The complex itself is very nice and quiet. I have not had any issues. Living here is very convenient as it is down the street from everything you could possibly want near by. The only complaint I have is the TVs at the pools do not work.. So it is impossible to enjoy the pool amenities to the full extent.

The property manager; Joshua helped me. The property is clean and quiet. Main thing for me were:-Parking: very simple parking garage and easy visitor parking-Noise: quiet and a lot of young professionals living on property so no loud disturbances-Spacious rooms: very open concept rooms. Favorite things are wine fridge and walk in shower-Help from staff: Joshua helped me from start to finishI gave 5/5 because this property had everything I was looking for.

The Caroline is the best apartment building in the area, period. The amenities, design of the building and overall quality of The Caroline is unmatched by its competitors. The staff were always friendly, maintenance requests were responded to promptly (sometimes within an hour!) and the building and grounds were well maintained.The apartments themselves are beautiful, with modern touches and fantastic appliances. I loved the slide-in gas range. Both the carpets and wood flooring were high quality. The modern design of the bathrooms was great, with marble-styled counters and large bathtubs.Even the hallways had a nice attention to detail, with a nice lamp outside each residence to light up the apartment number.I did not hesitate to give 5/5 stars.

Moved in September 2019 only weeks after the grand opening. Been here ever since. The reason? Location, luxurious amenities, safe and secure plus a knowledgeable and friendly staff. I’ve seen many residents come and go and majority says it was a pleasant experience to have lived here. The departures are mostly the result of people purchasing a house as their next move. Make no mistake, The Caroline is the perfect destination for those wanting to live in the Clear Lake area.

It has been a year my husband and I. Have lived here it is a very beautiful community we really haven’t had any issues with noise and we stay next to the pool area. If ever there is any issues with noisethe staff does handle it before a call is even placed. My lease is expiring soon but we will continue to stay. Just May transfer to another apartment with a patio or balcony to enjoy the beautiful sun rise and sun set in the area I would definitely. Recommend to live here at The Caroline here amenities are great also. The gym and several pools are available also so it will not be over crowded even my fur baby cat loves it here.:). Come see the friendly staff if you need a place to call home

I’ve lived here a year and am very comfortable. The wood floors, gas range and nice appliances sold me- plus the proximity to NASA. If I had any complaints, it’s more so residents who don’t clean up after their dogs or don’t have socialized dogs. My neighbor’s dog barked obsessively day and night and longer than I should have tolerated it. I’m so happy I mentioned it to Veronica in the front office. It’s been quiet since. I was losing my mind and sleep. Can’t thank her enough. The maintenance people and cleaning person (can’t recall her name) are excellent as well.

As soon as we walked in, Angie greeted us with a smile, asked how could she help us, and offered us a cold bottled water. The lobby was gorgeously decorated, a sweet fragrance was in the air and the chandeliers were stunning. Angie was very patient with us. She showed us about four different apartments. And every single one was amazing! The clubhouse was beautiful -beyond words. The gym is absolutely huge! The business center was a great added bonus. I dont have any pets but it seems like the pets get treated like royalty too. I have never seen apartments as beautiful as The Caroline!!

I love living here! The complex has an extremely convenient location to everywhere you need to go. Restaurants within walking distance, and the grocery store and mall is within a 10 minute drive. All of the staff are amazing. Angie, the property manager has gone above and beyond to accommodate my family and I. We have a wonderful community and awesome amenities. I highly recommend The Caroline!

The Caroline is a gorgeous community! I had a fantastic tour here with Angie! She was the best. The gym is one of my favorites it is phenomenal. If you have dogs this is a great apartment community. They have a huge dog run and a grooming and wash station!! 10/10 Would recommend to anyone looking for luxury living in the Clear lake/Nasa area.

This property is amazing! The lobby is wonderfully decorated, I was greeted immediately as I walked in and was welcomed like family. I have lived at other Finger properties and the leasing staff at this location is nothing short of great. They uphold the reputation of Finger properties and made sure all of my needs for a home were met. I love the amenities and that everything in the apartments are brand new, so I know they’re all in perfect condition. Overall great experience and perfect location!

This is such an amazing and gorgeous property. The entire experience from start to finish has been so smooth, delightful, and professional. When we went to tour, we were greeted in such a welcoming and professional way and knew this was home right away. The manager Angela along with the office staff, and the maintenance team are always so hwlpful, eager and willing to make everything as easy, fun and comfortable as possible. They have quick response times, always keep residents informed, they have such FUN events for the residents and this couldnt be a more perfect place to live. ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

This is the first place I looked and after my tour I didn’t look any further. More amenities than I could have imagined. I am new to apartment living (moving from house) and I’m not losing any comforts at all. The units are spacious and have top-of-the-line finishes. I’m so happy I don’t have to give up cooking on gas stove. Very pet friendly. My fur babies have as many (or more) amenities to make them comfy. Everyone at The Caroline leasing office is so incredibly nice and eager to help with anything you need. Glad I made this my new home!

10/30/2020 The most amazing apartment building in Clear Lake! I travel a lot for work and have had the opportunity to live in the downtown locations. This building is a little bit of downtown, but in the perfect location! You’re right on the highway, close to the water, and all the shopping centers. Customer service is phenomenal and the staff acknowledge you on a first name basis. Make sure to ask for Alex, he makes the process easy and simple. I went to look at these gorgeous apartments and I was met by Krissa, the assistant manager. She was very professional and friendly as she showed me around the property. She took her time to show me around, and didn’t rush through the tour. She was very personable and answered all my questions thoroughly. The property is a hidden gem and the amenities are incredible. We conducted a search and found The Caroline.Beginning with our first interaction with Oscar, he demonstrated professionalism and appreciated our sense of urgency. Admittedly, we called/texted him on multiple occasions and he consistently responded quickly and was very thorough.Oscar providing a tour via FaceTime and again, in person, during our visit. While I complemented him directly on his professionalism, responsiveness, and knowledge, it is important management at The Caroline is aware he is representing your company very well.Good job Oscar!!!!!
