I happened to stumble upon these apartments the other night and I was quickly amazed with everything. From the area, the amenities and so much more. Without calling I decided to just drive to the apartment complex and I walked into the office and Mr. Christian was there and able to assist me and answer any questions that I had. The tour he gave was great and he was very informative and made sure that I was satisfied with everything that I saw. Christian is very nice and polite. I am very happy with my new home. If you have any questions or concerns regarding about moving here Christian will be happy to help!

Such a pleasant experience applying to this rental agency with Miriam she is so kind, attentive and very understanding and she will work with you and help you out throughout the whole process. I definitely recommend Miriam as your guide Thanks to her! She made everything so easyy. very spacious two bedroom apartment with reasonable monthly rent, for it being very clean newly built and a gorgeous space for living it is wayy better than most rental agencies with not very good qualities, and at a higher monthly rent.

My move in experience was a cool breeze besides this Texas heat. First time living alone and It wasn’t a stressful process at all if anything I stressed them out 😂. I am writing this review to advised how happy I am and satisfied with the kind, supportive and thorough transition into my new place! Christian was absolutely amazing. I called the office at least 2 times a week for so many different things and his quick response, and understanding to everything made my moving transition so smooth and easy. I actually did not view or walk the premise until my actual move in date and Christian made sure that everything was cleanly and working perfectly before I moved in. I could not be more satisfied. The apartment is beautiful. The amenities are beautiful. And although the website doesn’t mention much about the workout center.. they have one and it is very spacious, clean and comfortable. The pool is relaxing and many ppl actually utilize it. This was a great choice and in between most surrounding entertainment places awith lots of food options, hospitals , and shopping centers. If you’re wondering why. Here’s why u should move. Ask for Christian!

Probably our best luxury apartment experience in the states. We simply loved living at Briscoe. Coming from New York City, this has been the perfect transition for us because it has a city feel but also massive oversized apartments built with premium materials. And check out this pool please! The only reason we left is because my wife got pregnant and we needed a bigger home. On the leasing office side, Ginny (the asst manager) and Florida (the leasing rep) are the absolute best. They go the extra mile no question asked

I love it here and you will too, the workers in the leasing office are very friendly and always put residents first. I’ve been living here for 2 years and my expectations have been exceeded. There’s nowhere else I’d rather live (not even the White House). I give 5 stars across the board!

This apartment had everything we were looking for! It is so much bigger than we expected and so far everything has been great! Marisol was a big help in getting us this apartment! (Honest review)I have officially been living at the Briscoe for 6 months now, and I really enjoy it! The staff is always friendly and helpful. Marisol and Haley (I apologize if I miss-spelled) her name - always, always, always so helpful and accommodating.My dog is always welcomed by the staff at the leasing office, I feel safe, and the Maintenace team is always so on-spot.I never experienced this at my last complex, so this is a great transition.Thank you for taking pride in your company, and for maintaining great customer service, really.

Want to just give the maintenance guys at my property some recognition. They are diligent and complete anything my family has needed. They keep this place clean even over the weekend. We like living here. The office staff has always been helpful. We just got new locks and they are pretty cool. We were unsure at first but the app is easy and convenient. Definitely will be staying a while.

My husband and I have lived at The Briscoe for about 7 months now and it’s been INCREDIBLE!!! We absolutely LOVE our spacious, very modern 2 bed 2 bath apartment and couldn’t be any happier with the staff’s awesome customer service. The move-in experience was actually easier than we expected and immediately fell in love with our apartment. Hector and Veronica have always been extremely helpful, caring and show that they love their jobs since they go above and beyond for us. Tiffany, the assistant manager is also very knowledgeable and helpful. We are definitely considering renewing our lease with The Briscoe and 100% recommend anyone looking for a new apartment to come live here as well ❤️

Fantastic place to live. The management staff is very helpful and friendly. The units are beautiful and very up to date. There is a decent sized gym with new workout equipment. I live in building 2 and have never had any issues with noise or smoke. There is a convenient parcel locker system for packages. The only con that I have found is when you have guests over the parking is limited but it is Dallas so there is not a way around that. Maintenance staff is prompt to get things fixed but the buildings are new so very few maintenance issues. Location is convenient with pretty much anything you could need within a few miles.

She helped me through my application and move-in process and continues to be incredibly helpful every time I walk into or call the office. I usually don’t write any reviews. I should say this is first review. So I should give honest review about it. We only moved in a month ago. Its a fantastic community with a really luxury feel around the whole place. Very modern apartments that are conveniently located adjacent to the city of Richardson, which allows access too many Dallas sights.I really feel at home, and apartment events allows me to easily make friends and have fun! I also appreciate all the great amenities offered to the residents.Management is amazing and very kind and understanding in leasing and service request process. They take care of problems as soon as they can.Quick suggestions to management, we have an elevator in the building, I think if that elevator is in the middle of building that helps to all residents instead of having in the corner of the building. It’s hard to take steps all over down if we need to.Parking space should increase and car entrance for guests should have some gate code or something because, we should literally go and open it for them. Hope they develop this soon.I like parcel pending by the way. Parcel pending is a smart thing.Overall, it has been a good experience. So far, we love it

From the application process to moving in. This experience have been with such ease. Jessica was very helpful in finding what I was looking for. From getting my application approved within two days and moved in within one week. The apartment itself was very clean and exceeded by expectations. Maintenance is superb. I love the updates they are making to ensure residences are equipped with access to all functionalities such as the dog park, and the residential callbox. From Shelby to Deonna. Everyone have been helpful. I would say the only issue is parking but what do you expect when you have a flourishing apartment community. :)

So I’ve lived here for a few months and I can honestly say I really like it here. Yes, guest parking is limited but that’s not something they can change. The people here are all so friendly and welcoming. The pool is always clean, the neighbors are polite. I will also say the office staff is very professional and super helpful. Tiffany is so sweet and made my move in process so easy. If I ever need anything, she’s always happy to help. I love my apartment itself! It’s so beautiful and has everything I need. I get soo many compliments from friends and family when they come over.

I’ve lived here for about two months now and really love it! SmartCity Locating introduced me to the property and made the process super smooth. There are pros and cons, but that’s true with any property. The leasing office is super friendly and helpful (Tiffany is the bomb!), I haven’t run into any safety issues, and the property is kept clean and well landscaped. Biggest downside would probably be the parking - the lot is shared with guests and residents so I would 100% recommend paying for a covered parking spot or garage if you’re able to. :-)

I started the application process to this complex several months before moving in and my leasing agent, Veronica Gonzalez, always went out of her way to stay in touch with me and work around various obstacles to make sure I was able to move in at a convenient time and an affordable rate. The apartments are very modern and the amenities are fabulous. I’d say the only concern I have is the parking. There are only a few guest parking spots for the complex and I often stress when I have people over because I’m scared there will be no spaces available. If the resident and visitor parking can somehow be expanded, I think this would be an even better place to live.

I moved in 3 months ago and I can tell you this place has everything you want in an apartment, I enjoy living here. Great location, beautiful apartment homes, very nice pool, and super friendly staff. This place is definitely one of the better apartments I have lived in. The staff is what makes this place amazing. Ginny helped me move in without any issues and took care of all the paperwork within a day. Natalie and Jacqueline have also been amazing in helping with anything that I need. The only thing that would make this place better would be attached garages but the way the apartments are set up; I understand why it was engineered that way.Not sure what the previous review is all about, When I signed my lease, I was told the correct amount for all expenses including the garage expense and I have an advanced degree in Accounting.Defitnitely worth coming to check out if you moving to the area.

Ive lived here for around 1.5 years and love it. The Briscoe switched management last year and as everyone knows that management can really make or break a place. Fortunately, the new management is awesome! Theyre very communicative, and go out of their way to make you feel at home. Anytime Ive messaged Tiffany for help with anything, she has gone out of her way to ensure its resolved quickly. This is hands down my favorite place Ive ever lived!

While mistakes happen the team at the Briscoe does their absolute best to correct it and are always super friendly and happy to see us around the property. The amenities are great and the pricing is fair. I’d 100% recommend anyone to live here! Not to mention the staff throws the best community parties!!!

Stellar amenities and the leasing team/maintenance team have always been incredibly responsive regarding issues, questions, etc. This was my first place out of college and I feel like you get a great bang for your buck! The floor plans are so spacious at a great price. Also a plus, the complex overall is very quiet. I really don’t have a single complaint about this place!

I am giving this property 5 stars!! I work in apartment locating and have lived in apartments for about 5 years. Out of all the properties I’ve lived at they are the most responsive and welcoming team!! Since moving in my roommate and I have been trying to figure out different things needed for package delivery, or visitor parking, etc. Veronica and Deonna have answered the phone, responded to emails in a timely manner, and if they don’t have an answer for you, will always call back with one! Thank you, Briscoe Team, for taking care of your residents so well!! Plus, we love the location and the apartment is stunning!!!

I love living at the Briscoe - the apartments are gorgeous and well taken care of. There is LVT wood flooring throughout (except in the bedroom - at least in my unit), stone countertops, elevated ceilings, and stainless steel appliances. Maintenance resolves issues promptly and they are super on top of things and will get to you within 24 hours with a smile (or sooner if it is an emergency). They are 10/10. You know who else is a 10/10? Shelby H. from the leasing office! PLEASE talk to her if you intend on touring the property and signing a lease - she was extremely helpful and gracious & helped me get my lease here. She went above and beyond to help process my somewhat complicated paperwork and help me get settled in. Whenever I have questions she e-mails back a response quickly! I highly recommend this place due to the aesthetic, the wonderful maintenance team, and Shelby!

I know these reviews are pretty important when looking at apartments, so I thought Id help out anyone looking here! Overall, Ive loved my time here. There are some things that are unavoidable that Ill note, but the apartment, amenities, and management has been excellent.Cons:- Theres not much parking for guests, but I ask people to park in the lot across Merit Dr. which works out.- Theres no automated system to let people in, so you typically need to go out and escort them.- I dont live in a pool-facing apartment but there have been noise complaints from people in those units.Pros:- Management is quick and understanding. Theyre quick to action on noise complaints, service requests, and any questions we have.- Social events are fun and occur pretty often! They have something at least twice a month -- breakfast, movies, smores -- and also have yoga offered Tuesdays and Thursdays (as of 2019).- Quality construction of the kitchen, island, and bathroom, and great washer and dryers in unit. No chips, nothing not working, nothing faulty. Plus good water pressure.- Very modern design! I absolutely love the color-scheme and it has really set the bar high for any other apartment I look at in the future.- Packages are handled through a locked, multi-cabinet system that opens your specific package/cabinet using your phone number or code. Much better than other places with a locked room with all of the packages that anyone can come in and grab anything.- Gym is clean and they even have towels for you :)Again, the cons are items that are typical of an apartment complex so I dont really fault them for those. I have no complaints about the actual apartment unit, and the management has been great to us.

Please dont let the bad reviews scare you off. This is a great place to live. it’s my first apartment in Texas and moved from Virginia. Its is very clean and quiet. Leasing office staff is super friendly and very outgoing. Overall great experience here so far. I am a young single female and I feel very safe here! I completely understand when it comes to parking but hey! they didn’t make it and i’m sure they don’t like it either so suck it up!

Today we had the pleasure of touring the Briscoe with our amazing lease agent, Hector. Hector was professional, personable, and made our tour very enjoyable. He went above and beyond in making sure he showed us units that fit what we were looking for and he even showed us an extra unit that we hadnt considered before that he thought we might like. The apartment complex was beautiful, modern and VERY clean (which is a plus). Aside from enjoying what this complex has to offer, we left happy knowing that we were good hands and could depend on Hector to follow up with us.

Lived here for 6 months now and if Ive ever had an issue, it has been rectified within 24 hours. Is the rent high? Yes. But I feel it is worth it with the amount of amenities that they provide. Nice pool area, decent sized gym, covered parking or a garage if required. Close to the 75 and 635. I have no complaints.

Ill preface this with I have only lived at the Briscoe for 3 months....Ive read most of the reviews on here and I guess others have not lived in other apartments below 635, in Dallas. I have lived at 2 other apartments and so far, I am pleased with The Briscoe. This is an apartment, for one to think that everything is going to run smoothly ALL of the time, is a lot to expect. Every apartment complex has issues with crime, it is up to residents to be mindful and pay attention to their surroundings. I lived at an apartment in Preston Hollow and paid almost $1600/mo and we had cars stolen out of the gated parking garage, 3 apartments broken into in the same day and staff was incredibly rude and unhelpful. Before that, I lived at Strata off Knox/Henderson and Capitol and the only reason I moved was price. I was paying $1450 for a 761sq ft apartment. There are other apartments you can live in, for cheaper, but they are not new.The Briscoe is new and well kept. Management has been great and very responsive. Valet Trash is $20/mo, but is completely worth not having to walk to the dumpster every time your trash is full. No Valet Trash company I have ever had picks up on the weekends, so that is not unreasonable. They do have a package parcel system now that is very nice/easy to use. Bigger packages of course are kept at the office. They are open on Saturday and Sundays if you are unable to get the package before 6pm.I can hear people walking about me and their TV when it is loud, but I cant hear conversations, except maybe those in the hallways (because they echo).Parking is really the only big issue that was not well thought out, as guest really have no where to park if they are staying for a long period of time. For those that say they were told parking was $60/year, lets be honest, you should have questioned that if you had any common sense, as that is highly unlikely to EVER happen. All of the garages/covered spots would be taken if that were the case.Overall, I have been pleased with my experience so far.

Gorgeous apartments with great customer service from office staff.I moved into the Briscoe Apartments this last weekend and the process couldnt have been any easier. Two of my friends originally signed a lease for a two-bedroom apartment here, and very last minute we worked out the details for me to join them. On Wednesday of that week, we started working with Katie Rose in the leasing office to include me and lease a three-bedroom. By Friday I was living in my new apartment (incredible by the way)! Moving is never an easy process, so you could imagine what moving in 48 hours would be like. Im certain this move would not have been able to happen without the help from Katie. If youre moving to the Dallas area, 10/10 would recommend you to consider The Briscoe and ask for Katie Rose when you call.

I have absolutely loved living at The Briscoe for the past 12 months. First of all, the facilities are beautiful and well-kept, but more than that it is a truly inclusive & warm community. The front office staff are welcoming and helpful—and always in a good mood (you don’t get this everywhere)—maintenance requests are taken care of quickly, and there are regular fun resident events to hang out and meet neighbors. Whenever I have had an issue or suggestion, the front office has done everything they can to find a solution that works. There are plenty of great areas to hang out around the grounds, like the pool where you can cookout or lounge areas where you can watch TV or play foosball. I even study regularly in the business center and have gotten to use the clubhouse for a party. If I weren’t required to move for work, I’d definitely stick around! I’ll miss this complex. Don’t let the negative reviews phase you. I would recommend The Briscoe without a doubt.

I just moved into The Briscoe.I’m getting back on my feet after feeling very sick for many years; I use non-toxic products and care about indoor-air-quality and water-quality because these can affect the way I feel. Moving is hard for me right now because it typically means a lot of adjustment in getting things right in these areas. And I just started a new job so it’s VERY important I get things right.My apartment has never been lived in before me, which is one reason I chose it, and we’re now working through the typical maintenance stuff that sometimes comes with being first. So far the staff has been phenomenal!Example: Armando of maintenance personally re-mopped my floors with my preferred product when something non-preferred was used just before move-in. And he did it with a smile, and with urgency.They are going above and beyond!Thank you so much Armando (maintenance), Florida (leasing), Jenny (assistant manager), Claudia (manager), Leah (leasing), and Tiffany (leasing)!To be continued…

I met with Dillion this week to look at units and had one of the best experiences with Dillion the leasing specialist. He was very personable and very helpful. Very easy going and such a pleasure to work with. He took me on two awesome tours of the property and units, kept me laughing the entire time and just provided an absolutely wonderful time, so much to where I decided to come back and sign a lease :)

This place looks really nice and May seem like a great spot to live, but just based off the fact that management nor the lease specialist could bother to answer the phones or my emails to check status of my application. It can’t be that great , just wait till you probably have an issue with your apartment. Granted the application is only $50 I feel like might as well have thrown the money in the trash, with receiving no communication I wouldn’t be surprised if they didn’t even do a screening for me and just took my $50 and went straight to their books. They were quick to send me the link to pay (good thing for them is non-refundable) but after that no communication was had. Really disappointed in the customer service.Edit:Stephanie who keeps an eye on reviews, ended up reaching out to me. I will say it meant a lot to me that someone reached out to see what they could do. I know no one is perfect, and mistakes happen but the important thing is what happens after that. She picked up the ball that was dropped and asked what could they do. That to me at least earns them more stars!

We are familiar with area and thought we should go in a see if they had anything available to look at.We met Hector who is very friendly and professional. He gave us the key and we did the tour ourselves. Nice community, clean.We are moving in soon. Hector answered all our questions and we knew right then we found our home. If you’re looking to lease, go there and ask for Hector. I promise you won’t be disappointed.

When I gave this complex a call they picked up instantly. The leasing professional I spoke with was daymion. He made me feel very welcome over the phone. Immediately I was ready to meet him. When I arrived he was just a welcoming spirit. As he took me on tour he was very honest about everything and, he has a great sense of humor. He presented three floor plans which definitely showed me he cared. He didn’t even mind the numerous questions I asked him. He’s even good at emailing back when the lines are busy. They also offer $250 a month towards purchase of a Lennar home which is super cool if you are looking at building a house after move-out.
