I went apartment hunting this past week and these apartments are definitely an option. I’m in love with the staff and how polite they treat you! I had a whole tour around these apartments and I loved it. Will totally be considering this property whenever my lease is over which is next month.

Ive been living here 3 years going on 4. Im planning on renewing my lease most likely. Due to the fact, Id never had a problem living here either with my neighbors or with the office. I like how they have someone to patrol the apt complex at times, its usually an off duty officer. Makes you feel safer! Management and maintenance are awesome. Managers Lily and Gloria are always willing to help and work with you. Especially, Gloria shes just fabulous, shes always very friendly and super nice. Ive been real happy and comfortable living here. Especially with having the freeway, and a lot of stores nearby. Plus, they have 2 pools and a club room to host your personal events! I would highly recommend living here...Its very peaceful!

I went to check out these apartments a couple of weeks ago and management was amazing. They gave me an entire tour, and super friendly, the model home was furnished in a way that painted the picture of what i was looking for. I recommend 120%. I was able to ask the deepest questions about the area and the complex itself and got very good insight. The only reason i couldn’t move there is because last minute i got relocated for work. But if i move back to Houston i will for sure ask for Mrs. Morales. Thank you.

Everything about this place is awesome. Been living here for over a year now and I’ve NEVER had an issue with this place. Maintenance response is always on point, staff is always professional and always making it feel welcome when I go to the office for anything. Lived in a few apartments on this side of town and this is the best one I’ve ever lived in. Have recommended to many of friends and family looking for a place. So if you’re looking for a place, THIS IS THE PLACE!

I love living here! My son loved it here too. The school is right Across the street. Made great friends and also had good neighbors. Never had an issue. The maintenance staff are the best kind of people! No problem here EVERRR. No complaints. PET FRIENDLY ❤ Management and office Staff are Lovely people as well. Affordable prices and a Peaceful and Safe place to live. 🙏🙏🙏🙌🙌🙌

The Berkshire apartments are such a great option if you’re looking for a place to live, sometimes not everyone can be pleased and have high expectations but very poor attitude… I’ve never had a problem with management nor my neighbors, things are very quiet around here. There have been mishaps where police has been called but it’s never been anything major. It’s my first apartment and I am very pleased. If you’re dirty, you’re gonna have roaches, if you’re not then you won’t have a problem simple as that and that’s honestly everywhere 🤷🏻‍♀️

Hello I am a new resident at the Berkshire apartments so far everything is wonderful first let me tell you about the people in the office are wonderful I moved in within two weeks great manager she has great team in her office very great apartments all residents keep to their self I come from some Crazy apartment, Where my kids can go play outside feeling safe!!!! Where you and your family can barbecues with no issues ....Maintenance does a great job by picking up all trash grass is always cut!! so happy and blessed with amazing apartment that I have new carpet new paint new cabinets new appliances there’s nothing for me to complain about!!! If you are looking for a amazing Apartment you should come out and check out Brookshire Apartments!!!

I absolutely loved living here NO ROACHES EVER! That was my favorite thing about this place. I had a couple leaks in my bathroom but they were pretty quik to fix it. Other than that it was calm until my neighbors upstairs moved in and it became uncomfortable. Also girls in the office are great.

Just moved into our apartment and we love it so much it’s super roomie! Yes there was a few maintenance issues but I talk to the staff in the front and it was taken care of right away! We feel safe and cozy here! Maintenance staff is very friendly and attentive and front desk staff very helpful and informative!

Leslie was super sweet and kind, my husband ended up wanting to stay closer to his job so we did not take these apartments but Leslie exceeded our expectations and was a very pleasant experience here due to her.

I lived at the Berkshire for 12 years and I wanna say they are amazing ! The reason why I am moving is because my wife and children are coming from out of state and I need a bigger space ! BUT if I were to choose to stay I definitely would. The office staff are very nice and have always been there when I need them!

Ive been here since after Harvey hit. I like the new management. Now if you call for a maintenance issue they fix the issue the same day when before it wasnt like that . So far no complains .
