I want to say THANK YOU to the management team at The Bellfort! My whole experience was amazing and extremely simple! I recently moved in and I love it! My apartment was exactly how it seemed in the pictures and the sample unit they show for the tour! All my needs/wishes for what I wanted in an apartment was fulfilled! They even helped me forward my mail with a few simple questions that saved me time and headache! I appreciate the cleanliness of it all as well and my appliances are new! I’m still new to Houston so grateful and look forward to this new journey and living experience!! Thank you Bellfort for my new Home!!!🥰

I lived here for 2 years. I was looking for convenience to Hobby Airport where Im based, reasonable pricing, cleanliness, security, and a sense of safety. 5 minutes from Hobby was certainly convenient commuting back and forth to work.Office staff was always very helpful and courteous any time I called and needed anything. On one occasion, I left for work and thought I had left my coffee pot on. I called the complex and Veronica answered. She personal went to my apt to check to see that it was shut off.I shared a 2br/2ba apt at a very reasonable price.Any work orders I turned in were handled promptly. The office was good at communicating if there was need for conversation regarding a work order.The grounds keepers are diligent in keeping everything looking tidy.Wiley is the Security Guard who is there without fail nightly until morning. No one can enter or exit the complex without going through the main entrance where he guards. The other entrance is locked during the time Wiley is there to provide further security and ensure that he is aware of the comings and goings of those who enter/exit the complex. He walks the complex nightly.My apt was roach-free when we moved in, and we were able to successfully keep it that way. Oftentimes, Ive seen people who live in apt complexes who are tidy and keep their kitchen clean from food being left out, but their neighbors arent. As a result, they end up with their neighbors roach infestation because the apt is poorly constructed. I never experienced a roach problem here, and am sure its because of sound construction, preventing neighbors roaches from entering my apt.There are plenty of laundromats in the complex and I never had an issue being able to get my laundry done.Overall, I would recommend this apt complex.Ive included photos of how I decorated my apt so you can have an idea of how my furniture fit, rather than just looking at model apt photos. I was using my dining room as a combo craft room in the last photo.

I am more than happy with my new apartment at Bellfort! The office staff were very nice and patient. It took Weeks for me to receive my physical copy ID but Michelle was very patient and understanding. They have great affordable units available. And the apartments are well maintained and a friendly community!

The front office staff are great! Very nice,friendly,people. The maintenance here are very efficient and fast especially when an emergency occurs, they do come out very fast. Our swimming pools are always clean , grounds are very well kept. Definitely do recommend here at The Bellfort.

The apartments are very well kept, clean. went to tour for a 1 bedroom apartment. and the office staff was very nice and helpful. Michell helped me with the touring, very nice lady. I liked the 1bedroom floorplan however, the only reason I did not lease, is I need washer, dryer connections.

The best apts I’ve ever lived at. I lived here for 3 years and have nothing but good things to say. Even the front of staff was so nice and willing to help if I needed maintenance. Michell was my leasing agent and was helpful with getting me into my apt with no delays or issues and was just always so nice and made feel welcomed anytime I went to the office.

Ive lived In the Bellfort apartments for many years now and i can honestly say I dont plan on leaving anytime soon. The apartment manager i very respectful, considerate, and among else understanding. The apartments are well kept, I do not have any roaches in my unit and its very quiet in my area. After reading some of the bad reviews I wasnt going to move here, but after hearing from a nearby business that security was good I decided to take a chance. The security guard is my main reason for being here, and so far he is doing an amazing job at keeping the property safe. Office staff is very professional.

I’ve lived in the complex for about two years now. Front office is great and helps you with any questions you have. Grounds crew and maintenance are constantly keeping the place looking nice and responding to any issues promptly. The security officer Wiley takes his job very seriously, yet he is very personable. Additionally, I’ve never had problems with any neighbor. All in all, this is a very good place to rent.

This complex is great. I moved in here last month into one bedroom apartment and I liked it very much.The agents at the leasing office are remarkable. All of them are very nice. I would like to thank them and special thanks for ISABEL, the one I met when I wanted to apply first time. She is awesome. She took the tour with me showing the property. I was empressed after the tour because the complex looks same as its pictures on the website. Also thanks a lot for MICHELLE, she is very helpful.The design of the property is very good so you can park your car by your apartment any time.The complex is well managed and kept very clean All the time, they have a good management system.The security Officer G. Wiley is professional. He is doing a great job at night, he knows what he is doing.The community is nice here, the neighborhood is safe and quiet.I really love it, and if there is a way to rate it as a 7 star, I would do.

I’ve been living here 3 years (almost) and it’s a great place very friendly workers and office people the only thing I wish is that they would make sure people actually got to park close to their apartment and that they would let you know when they’re working on something (had brown water come out then no water at all while baiting my 6 month old today) (they’ve painted my neighbors tub without letting us know and I had both my newborn and 2 year old inside my apartment with that nasty smell coming from upstairs) but other than that the complex is always clean and they are quick to help with any issue! I love it!

We have lived here for many years and have never had any issues. The office staff has ALWAYS BEEN AMAZING!! EVERYONE, especially Jenifer, has ALWAYS GONE ABOVE and BEYOND to make our home here GREAT!! Maribel, Michelle, Isabel, Jenifer, Chuy, and the other staff are ALWAYS WONDERFUL!! Maintenance comes whenever we have an issue. They have worked on our apartment even after hours. Also, it is very quiet and peaceful here! They have laundry facilities on the property plus several swimming pools. WE LOVE IT HERE!!!

This is a very nice property, nicely kept and looks to be managed well. The complex seemed very calm during my visit. Even though I didn’t sign my lease here. It was one of the top contenders. I wasn’t just sold by the property but by the leasing agent as well. I was assisted by Jennifer. Let me tell you Jennifer sells you with her charming demeanor. Her energy during our tour was very lively and helpful. She was extremely knowledgeable about her property, amenities and area.

If you are approved they will ask for an additional deposit that you can’t pay then deny you and keep your deposit.Update: As suspected, I was approved and they asked for an additional deposit. I paid it and moved in. So far I’m happy with my decision. The apartments are well kept, clean and quiet.

I’ve been looking into apartments in this area for a bit now and I recently viewed a one bedroom and loved it, it had mostly everything I needed but the washer and dryer were not included which unfortunately to me is a must because I have a three year old that gets everything dirty. The leasing agent that helped me was Jennifer and she was so sweet and patient with my toddler.

I came in thinking the apts are way to nice looking ,and with my not so good rental history I might not get approved but ,I spoke with Veronica and she showed me the property and Told me to think Positive. She gave me updates as they came in ,and I got approved less than 24 hours. The property is very clean ,and sometimes when you see pictures online it looks nothing like the actual property but, I promise you all the pictures on the website look just like the actual property. Theyre very beautiful and spacious . I came a night to check it out and i still liked the property and felt safe. I cant wait to move in tommrow ,and keep you guys and girls updated. During the day and especially at night I feel so safe, because we have one of the most amazing security guards in the world! His name is Gregory Wiley - thanks for your service Greg! Greg interacts with every individual that comes through our gate, he even walk the property constantly! We need more security guards like him!

I love this property they always keep the grounds clean and are always trying there hardest to keep the property free of strays, it’s especially a challenge because their are some residents that feed them And don’t clean up after the mess, but management always stays on top of situations like that and makes sure the people who are the culprits are stopped immediately. I am extremely blessed to stay somewhere that cares enough to put a stop to the right type of things to better our living situations. Thank you Bellfort management!

The neighbor is very quiet and the grounds are always kept nice. I moved because I was relocated to Austin otherwise I would still be living there. I highly recommend Bellfort.

Great community and maintenance comes in a timely manner. Had a few encounters with some bugs and had to call terminex(payed out of pocket), also the bath tub started peeling. Overall I really like it here other than the bugs everything is good. Also our security guy Officer Wiley is amazing. It feels good knowing that he takes time checking people into the community. He patrols very often and if you call him for any disturbance he is there. He is a part of the reason I chose to renew my lease!

Well, in the area it is one of the best, those who manage it are good, its just that they dont have pre-installation for a washer and dryer and the 2-bedroom ones have the smaller main room and the other one is really small. I would say that it is 1.5 rooms. very clean
