I have been living here for a few years and the staff now is efficient and helpful. Ms. K and Ms. Martha are great. The maintenance Robert and Jose k ow what they are doing!

Moved here 2 years ago now and I love it. The office staff is great, especially Nicky she amazing! Always friendly, always courteous, and always takes care of my leasing and apartment needs in a timely matter. Great personality and always greets you with a smile when u walk, very professional. Great job Nicky keep up the good work you are appreciated! Also shout out to the maintenance crew as well!

Finding a new place to call your home can be hectic and at times stressful. It’s not how you start but not how you finish I’m currently in my two bedroom apartment and it’s nothing short of awesome! Mrs Paula And Mrs Gracie Are a delightful compassionate and considerate and I think them for their help. Starts Across The Board 💫💫🌟

Nicky is soooo AWESOME!!! Im not understanding these reviews about her being rude, unprofessional, and short bc she very helpful and informal with me. She greeted me as I walked in and went out her way to help me through the application process!!! I love my apartment, and the apartments.

I have lived at The Belleview for almost 1 year. I love my view of downtown Dallas. It is amazing! My apartment is a great size for a 1 bedroom. Finding affordable housing in Dallas is almost impossible. The neighborhood is up and coming. The Cedars is just south of downtown Dallas but north of the Trinity. 2 blocks from the Cedars DART Station. And about 4 blocks from the new Alamo Drafthouse. And Four Corners Brewery is currently under construction next door. The tasting room opens later in the 2016!!I love the staff. Nicky and Tyra are wonderful. The only problem is the waiting list is lengthy!!! Move to the Cedars, you will love it!!!

I moved out here from MS a year ago and God blessed me with a place @ the Belleview Apts. It was truly a blessing. Great staff and nice area. Thanks to Nicky & Tyra for being who you are and helping me find a place. Special s/o to Nicky, keep your positive attitude and your great personality!!

The staff here are very kind, and professional. I dont like the way the hallways smell of weed. Also its dark and lonesome with a warehouse feel.

I love the office staff! The move in process was a bit long, but it was well worth the wait! Ms. Nicki and Ms. Tyra are very hard workers. Love my place !

Relative I visited there really like the place. I enjoy visiting and can take in the night skyline scenery from their window.
