Been loving our stay here. We love this everything from this complex it’s so quiet and peaceful especially at night. Since the moment I got a tour with Natalie. She is very patient, professional and answered all my questions.

I just want to say that Devin was such a great help with my move in. She was very attentive and cooperative with me. I had to change my move in day, and she was so happy to do so for me! I have been looking for a new apartment for some while now. I came across The Atwell and so I scheduled a tour. Best decision! Everyone was so nice in the office, like Amy :) I love how beautiful the scenery is and just how peaceful it is living there, the only thing I wish was better was the parking but hey itll be okay. The team at The Atwell, thank you.

I only recently moved into The Atwell, but I can confidently say that my experience has been exceptional! I was warmly welcomed by Devin, the leasing professional, and Kyina, the assistant manager. They have gone above and beyond to help show the community that they really care and are there to help anytime we need it. A huge shout out to their new community manager, Veronica, as she has helped build a sense of community since at The Atwell. Needless to say, we are so happy to be here!

I just moved to the Atwell and I must say this has been one of the best experiences I’ve had. Moving can be stressful but I had the red carpet laid out for me! Devin Sternes made this so easy for me! She is patient, pleasant and very knowledgeable! She never hesitates to find the answers to my questions, and I can ask quite a few. I am going to love living here!

I leased here sight unseen, but Devin assured me and answered every little and dumb question I had. The transition to this area of the metroplex was seamless! Everyone in the office is attentive, and maintenance is very quick at arriving even for the smallest of issues. It’s very quiet here, and parking is ok! I do wish we had more resident only parking that was closer to the side of the leasing office (my unit faces guest parking) but that’s my only complaint. Living here is a complete 180 from where I lived in Audelia… so it’s been great!

I’m so happy we found the atwell, I have lived in so many apartments and this is by far the best experience we’ve had. The apartments are gorgeous and the leasing staff was beyond accommodating when it came to our move in date. We originally applied for a B1 floor plan but the exact unit wouldn’t be ready for the time we had hoped for. So the Atwell totally made up for it and they put us in a B2 for a great price. They also have awesome events that are held for the residents all the time, and overall it’s a great place to live for good prices!

I’ve been looking for a place to live for for so long it’s been very stressful. I came to tour a couple days ago, a girl named Devin was my guide. She was super sweet and answered all my questions and was just so personable. I had the best experience because of her. And the property overall was so nice

Let me start by saying that Ill admit that communication during the leasing process was not the best, but I also know that the staff here were in the process of moving in to the leasing office at the time and things were hectic, as its construction had just been completed. I was persistent, and was able to get a lease signed and moved in November 2021.Im extremely happy everything worked out for me to be here though. The apartment is beautiful and faces north west, so I get to look out over Broad St and the rest of Mansfield. I was a little nervous, knowing that I was moving in while construction was still incomplete and the noise might interrupt things while I worked from home. But I was surprised how quiet things stayed here. Other than the cars passing on Broad (Im on the closest side to the street), I hear nothing here, and even the cars themselves fade to white noise once youre used to it.The Atwell is a beautiful place to live, and the things theyve been adding as theyve continued finishing it are always fun to discover; I came back from Thanksgiving and found that theyd finished the pool courtyard and added the turf in, then a couple of weeks ago I found that theyd added new light fixtures into the work lounge (which is probably one of my favorite places here). And theyve continued adding new gym equipment since Ive been here. Overall, its all made working from home so much easier as I can have places to go besides my own rooms in my apartment.Overall Id recommend moving in here; the apartments are nice and modern, the amenities are abundant, the staff is extremely nice and helpful, and the area is fantastic with all the new restaurants and stores that are popping up.

I love the manager Abby and Brian with maintenance. Both Abby and Brian are very professional and accommodating. Ive been living here from the beginning and there has never been one issue that has not been dealt with in a timely manner. Theyve done a great job, keeping things in order. Keep up the good work.

4.5 stars really, amenities are great. Mostly clean, staff is great, suggest not being lazy & get covered parking will save you a hassle trying to find parking especially if you have a nicer car/motorcycleOverall solid place to live & basically in the heart of Mansfield

I love it here! The location is great and I feel safe living in this community. I havent had any issues with mold or pests. The only problem is some people do not clean up after their dogs, so the turf isnt very usable at times. However, this isn’t a fault of the staff.

I called and finally got a hold of someone to schedule an appointment for a showing. My appointment was at 2:30 which I promptly arrived yet the door was locked. I waited 30 minutes for someone to unlock the door and let me in for my appointment. I could see someone inside but it look like they were with someone. My appointment was with a gentleman but I could see only women inside. Still have not been able to view an apartment as I just left after 30 minutes. Tried calling and although there was someone inside nobody answered. The apartments look great from the outside and I want to change my review if I can get a hold of someone and have someone show up for my appointment that are scheduled and make right*Edit*After getting over the communication issues in the very beginning this team has turned it around for me. I understand there were some ironing out that needed to be done that they have done which is why I am changing my review from a 2 to a 5. I am so happy in my new place and glad I stuck with it. All the team in the office are super nice and very helpful. I’m happy I made the move here. I’m excited to see the final result of building two when it’s all completed and try out the dog park!

I went on a guided tour of the property led by someone named Devin this past week, and though it wasn’t exactly what I needed, she was super knowledgeable and personable, which was great and didn’t make me feel like I wasted my time! I think more properties could do with someone like Devin on their team.

I love my complex. They do but nickel and dime you like other places. You only pay electric, water and internet are included. The always answer maintenance request asap. The only downfall is that theres nothing to do. No ping pong, pool table etc overall a great place to live. Added bonus the staff is very professional and personable.

**UPDATE**Although we had a bad experience, the property manager of this complex did everything she could to turn this around for us. Abby reached out to us almost immediately of posting the review to offer us another tour of the complex with her personally. We have already signed and moved into another complex, but after speaking with Abby, we will be keeping the Atwell into consideration at the end of our lease. Abby was sweet enough to send us flowers and wine to our current complex, and even wanted to buy us dinner. She seriously went above and beyond, was professional, showed punctuality, and complete dedication to making this apartment complex better all around. Abby, the Atwell needs more of you! Thank you so much!This place gets 2 stars solely off of the experience my fiancé and I had here when we toured. We made an appointment and the leasing agent (Bryce) was late and rude. When we asked about restricted dog breeds, he actually recommended that we look at another apartment complex’s website to find restricted breed information because “it’s all the same everywhere”??? He also made it condescendingly obvious that there’s different finishings in the kitchen available “based on availability”. When we mentioned we weren’t really looking to move until July and just wanted to get an idea, he said “well then I can’t tell you the price of anything or the amenities”, which is fine. We just wanted to see if the property was even worth considering. He was obviously annoyed by any question we asked and once we started to match his energy, he tried to switch it up and actually talk to us like a potential renter. The property is nice and there’s nice amenities, but some of them can cost a hefty fee to use. They’re still adding some things and there’s still quite a bit of construction going on in the area, but if you can get past that, and the fact that the leasing office staff is rude, than it would’ve been fine. Personally, my fiancé and I could just see the potential communication flaws and quite frankly, couldn’t even imagine working with someone as rude as Bryce.
