    I recently toured with Brook, and I was thoroughly impressed! The community is beautifully maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The leasing team was welcoming, knowledgeable, and took the time to answer all my questions. They made the entire experience smooth and enjoyable. The apartments are spacious and well-designed, making it easy to envision calling this place home. I highly recommend touring with Brook if you’re looking for a great living experience!

    I am very happy with my choice. My girlfriend and I stumbled upon this apartment complex while searching for new places. I travel constantly for work, so when my girlfriend went to tour units I was very pleased to hear she was treated well and all questions were attended to promptly. The complex and its staff were very helpful and accommodating helping us process our application online. I like to be very involved even while away so I’m sure I bombarded the office with many calls and at no point did they seem unwilling to help. We recently moved in and the apartment was in great condition. Only a few minor issues but when brought to the attention of the staff were scheduled to be fixed in good time. This whole process has been very easy thanks to the help of the office staff.

    Move in was amazing. Mandy in the front office made everything completely effortless as our son was in the hospital. Everyone has been so accommodating and the neighbors have been so nice. Can’t wait to see what adventures the next year have in store for us at our new place.

    I’ve been here for about 4 months and have had a great experience! Management is really helpful and kind. Mandie and Ryan have been great with helping address any questions or concerns I may have had in a timely manner. The apartments are pretty new and have some great amenities, and it is in a great location. I’ve moved around a few times for work and school and this has been my favorite place I have lived thus far, would highly recommend it!

    Lived here for a little under a year now. All units are clean and new, same with the office building and facilities.Management is great as well. All maintenance requests are resolved within a week. The leasing office agents Ryan and Mandie are great as well, offering help when needed and are very responsive. Highly would recommend the atwater if you’re living in the clear lake area.

    I used to live there! The pools were great, if not cold, the gym, clubhouse, and office were well maintained, and the apartment that we bought was small, but there are all sizes! Some staff members weren’t exactly nice (like the people who replaced Linda), but hey, we’re not seeing them a whole lot. It’s a nice place to stay!

    Everything has been absolutely amazing so far! moving in has been nice and painless. The area is amazing. Took a little walk and got to enjoy some of the amenities. No complaints!!!This is what I wrote when I moved in about two weeks ago. Due to other life events, I was not able to live there full time until this past week and overall my statement still stands! Moving in was seamless and Mandi was amazing. I am coming from quite a different area so this feels like such an amazing upgrade.However ... had a bit of a mishap last night. It was late, I was trying to get laundry done and my boyfriend noticed that the dryer was not hooked up. Not a big deal! however, it was already almost 11 and was a massive headache. Not sure if it was just an over look and if I could give a 4.75 stars, I would because I am still in love with this complex! However, still wanted to bring this up to keep everyone aware ... check the dryer during touring/moving in LOL.Still so excited to live here this next year!!!

    I’ve been here for close to a year and I have to say it’s been the best apartment complex I’ve ever lived in Houston. I’ve lived in 4 different ones here. I have zero complaints. Linda and everyone in the leasing office has helped with everything I’ve ever needed. Zero noise problems. No break ins super safe. Can’t say enough good things about this place. Neighbors are all very respectful and nice. Pool and gym are also very nice. Seriously an amazing experience living here.

    The apartment makes an honest effort in keeping the place clean and organized. The front office staff is very friendly and willing to help. Rent prices are reasonable for the amenities, newer facilities, and location. Visitor parking is open so that’s a huge plus.

    Ive only lived here for two weeks but figured I might as well give my review, and if I need to, I can edit it later.The Apartment____________________My experience with the complex so far has been positive. The yard is nice enough for my little (16lb) dog to sunbathe and sniff around. The patio has room for plants, lights, and other outdoor decor.The gate leading to/from the patio is a little rusty, scuffed, but functional. Great for grocery trips and things like that.When I moved in, everything was functional, however I did have to do a maintenance request for my dryer, which was completed within a day or two.Put in another maintenance request for my fridge, which isnt an emergency, but has taken longer to be acknowledged. Not ideal, but not the end of the world. The valet trash system is easy to understand and allows you to put out an extra trash bag if needed.Wish they came on weekends but thats fine. I dont hear anything through the walls when Im in my apartment besides the occasional water running or the AC turning on. Its been very quiet, and Ive really enjoyed that.Staff and Facilities____________________My experience with the staff (Linda, Ryan, and Belinda) have been great and they have been very accommodating and kind (even after I moved in).The dog parks are nice. I prefer the larger one, for my dog to have more room, but he can slip out through a gap between the fence and the ground that slopes.This has happened a few times and the office has put in a work order (which I am grateful for). I am hopeful that the fence will be repaired, but for now Ive been using the small dog park.The walking trail(s) on the complex are great. Quiet, full of nature, and spacious.The pools are nice but should probably be cleaned more often. Ive only used them once, though, and the weather has been unpredictable, so take that with a grain of salt.Security____________________So far, the complex seems to be secure for the most part. When going to the dumpster, I saw a truck that had all its tires stripped. Not sure when that happened, but it was concerning. One of the gates leading out of the complex near the rear appears to be broken in some way, so perhaps that is the cause. The complex is well-lit, and people are usually walking around at night.Overall, Ive been enjoying living here, and hope that my experience continues positively.

    So far I’ve only been here a week but everything has been amazing. Linda in the front office was the best. She answered any questions we had and made sure everything went smoothly. She even checked in on us after we was settled in. The apartment itself has been simply amazing. The amenities are fairly new and the the areas outside are kept fairly clean. The pool mby itself is simply 5 stars. I highly recommend anyone looking for luxury apartments to come to the Atwater and asked for Linda

    The Atwater Clear Lake is one of the nicest, cleanest, and most friendly places I have had the pleasure of staying at. The staff and Manager are very kind and responsive when something needs attention. I enjoyed my stay here and am truly thankful for the experience.

    With the exception of very few things, my experience has been exceptional during the 3 months Ive been a resident. Maintenance requests could be handled better. They take a long time to respond and they wont enter the back door if the front door is locked (many of us use the back door as our main entrance). Pest control appears to only occur on the outside, which isnt terribly helpful. And the walls are VERY thin. You can hear pretty much everything happening both outside the apartment and next door. Otherwise, its a beautiful, safe, well-kept property with great amenities, especially the pool, pool table and package lockers.

    Great management. Ryan is an amazing lease agent very welcoming and fluent with his profession. The newer maintenance, Jorge in specific, is and are always on top. Especially on call after office hours. Property is always looking in top notch.

    Linda is amazing! After being in a house for 6 years I have had to downsize and with two babies, needless to say, I was not thrilled about moving to an apartment. Linda, however, has made this transition so much easier. Her hospitality and helpfulness was exactly what I needed to make me feel more comfortable and “at home” during this move.

    Edit: My original 2 star review has been changed to 5 stars and it is all because of the new community manager, Suzannah Kizer. Words can’t express how great of a manager she is. She has been so helpful and accommodating with us during a very unpredictable time. I have never had a community manager like her in all of my years renting. I have been at this complex now for 3 years (when it was first Lenox Clear Lake) and the first two years was full of transition and poor management and I had so many things to complain about. Things have been relatively stable for the past few months under Suzannah’s management and I have had no complaints.

    I have lived at the Atwater for a while now and i’ve had a few minor cosmetic issues but they are always fixed in a proffesional manner and fairly quickly. the maintinance people are always working or making sure things are legit. one in particular today our tile needed one peice replaced and it took them not even 15 minutes for Jorge the maintence man to make sure that my tile was replaced correctly and safely

    This is an absolutely GORGEOUS property that you must see for yourself! I worked with Smart City to find this place because Im moving from North Houston. Their staff were very kind and accommodating. Tyler was EXCEPTIONAL and sent me videos of the apartments which I was thankful for. He also provided me with updates on their amenities. From my memory(I could be mistaken), they are still working on the dog park and walking/bike trail. I was able to see the gym, clubhouse, game room, business area, pool area, and mailroom when I went in person and all of these are currently open and BEAUTIFUL! If youre an online shopper and/or get your groceries delivered, youll LOVE their mailroom! It has something similar to the Amazon hubs but more advanced and it even has refrigerators for grocery deliveries! Im so excited to move in at the end of May! I promise this isnt a fake review lol it is just an awesome property

    I love living here at the Lennox @ clear lake! The service has always been amazing, facilities are clean, weight room which is most important to me is above expectation. Lastly the pool area feels like a resort and everyone is friendly from the staff to the residents!! Come join us here at the Lennox @ coast lake.
