Kayla, the property manager at The Aspect Apartments, made our move so much easier than expected. Moving is usually stressful, but she really helped take the pressure off. She took the time to give us a thorough tour of the property, never rushing us, and made sure all of our questions were answered.What really stood out was her follow-up. She checked in and stayed on top of things to make sure everything went smoothly. It’s clear she cares about the residents and wants to make sure they feel comfortable. If you’re looking for a great property where the management is helpful and responsive, this is a great place to consider.

Hands down, Chris at The Aspect, is the best to work with. My son is leaving his mom (me) in Iowa for Austin. At first, coming to Austin, TX was a little chaotic and Brian didn’t think he had a place to live. Kayla called Brian back and was able to get him a place the next day. We walked in the next day and Chris helped us knowing the situation. Seriously, Chris is the best, so kind, so friendly, hilarious and honestly, it’s like we’ve known him for years. He made us feel like what was going on was completely normal and happens all the time. Here’s the thing, I’m old (older…not necessarily old… but older) and have moved quite a bit, rented quite a bit and have dealt with way too many leasing agents, property managers, etc. But Chris… hands down, the best! I know my son is in great hands with Chris and Kayla. Thank you for taking care of us and for caring about having a great apartment complex.

Our time at Aspect hasn’t been perfect, but this review is solely for Jerry in maintenance. We had a couple problems around our apartment and Jerry exceeded any expectations! He called before-hand to let us know when he was coming, (which was very comforting!) and when he arrived he was very kind and professional! He addressed every question and concern extremely well and was the fastest I’ve ever seen! Jerry truly was the best maintenance experience I’ve had!

I moved here almost 2 months ago. everyone in the office is very nice. What bothers me is that the gates dont work, even though we got a gate opener. Unfortunately, anyone can enter this way. I have seen a homeless person looking in the garbage container. I am satisfied with my apartment. The price is affordable. There is also a Heb and gas station nearby. Only 4 stars due to the issues mentioned above.

Im so happy and thrilled The Aspects finally got there A team maintenance crew back together. We’ve had a lot of ups and down living here in The Aspect but we wanted to give a huge shoutout to Jerry our maintenance guy! He’s always super professional and polite. Always does an excellent job fixing some issues we have around the apartment. Every time we’ve had him over it feels like he’s always going up and beyond for us and it’s much appreciated!

Unfortunately I ended up going with buying a house but Kassandra was incredibly professional and patient in this process. She made sure to follow up frequently and was incredibly thorough with what she could offer me for the living situation I was inquiring about. Great experience and I’ll definitely be recommending this place for a potential new temporary home.

2024: I have been living at the Aspect Apartments for a little over three years now and I love it. One of the main reasons I enjoy living here is because of the property management staff. I moved from one building to another and Chris went above & beyond making sure I was informed and helping me find a unit that would be fitting for me. Ashley was/is always ready to answer all of my questions and never minds that I had so many haha. Chris and Ashley make going into the office fun, they are both so genuine and fun to be around. Kayla also made sure that everything went smoothly for me, and ironed out any little hiccups that came along. 5+ starts for all three of them!2021: Everything has been very smooth moving into the Aspect. I had a couple issues (light out, screw showing in desk, blinds not secured to the window). I submitted a work order and imagined it would be a few days before I heard from anyone. The office gave me a couple day expectation on having someone come out which was fine, Kelly came SAME DAY and fixed everything for me. He was incredibly professional and fun to talk to. Thankful for him!!

I have lived at The Aspect for 12.5 years now and I can say without a doubt that I have loved living here! The proximity to downtown without the Downtown prices is a major perk for my lifestyle and budget and there is easy access to all major highways and roads in the Austin area making getting places a breeze.I originally started with a 1 Bedroom in Building 11 in 2011, upgraded to a 1B + study in Building 12 in 2016, and am currently living in a larger 2B/2Bath in Building 2 and have been for the last several years. While the office staff has changed over the years, Ive always been treated with the upmost respect and courtesy and the current staff in place is the best Ive seen yet! I even helped 3 other friends and coworkers move to this complex over the years and they loved living here too!They have done several improvements to the property, amenities and interiors since Ive been here and I frequently use the pool, fitness areas and dog parks on a regular basis.Living here has been the steady constant in my life. Throughout my 20s and 30s I went through a lot of changes, but this place gave me peace and stability and for that I will always be grateful. Ive always felt safe here and have been lucky to call this place home for so long.

Generally quiet, everything works and when I have a problem the apartment addresses it promptly and kindly. The space for the cost is more than decent, and I feel they keep the space up pretty well. They can’t help people overflowing the trash like they do, it’s the fault of those who do that when they repeatedly ask for them not to do it. All in all, with regular apartment issues, I’m very glad to be living here. It’s a good location, well-lit, and has parking.

Lived here for 1 year and of course every apartment has its pros and cons. Every issue that came up, Chris at the leasing office was on top of it and very good at communicating with me. Out of every complex I’ve ever lived at, Chris has been the most courteous, respectful and honest leasing agent I’ve had. Of course every apartment has problems and although this one had a couple, Chris was able to make my time here worthwhile and as pleasant as possible. Without Chris it would be hard to recommend this place to others so if you really want to have your problems fixed and enjoy your time here, Chris is the guy to speak with. Cassandra, the assistant manager is also an honorable mention and was very kind as well. Only reason I’d move back here again if it wasn’t for the price, would be to have a leasing agent as exceptional as Chris. If you’re moving here and have trouble or questions about anything, Chris is your guy.

The Aspect is a beautiful community. It’s a peaceful retreat with ample parking, both on the property and on the street. The neighbors are all friendly and respectful. Our unit is spacious. My boyfriend and I love living here and will be renewing our lease.Chris and Mary are very personable and helpful when dealing with maintenance requests. Very pet friendly. Our dog loves our walks around the property.

A huge shout out to maintenance guys Marcus and Kelly. Our community miss them working together!Marcus used to work at The Aspect. He’s been traveling from the north location this last week to cover up for Kelly’s vacation leave. My AC unit went low on gas this weekend and Marcus came to the rescue.Overall, my experience living at The Aspect has been pretty good. I’ve been living here since 2018. I love the location. Rent is reasonable in comparison to the average market. Their staff has been keeping it together in spite of opposing forces and that’s greatly appreciated.

Meeting my expectation-- accommodations have been more than adequate.Im a thorough renter-- I looked at 15 places for a 6 month lease. The Aspect was above and beyond the best value I found within 15 minutes of downtown ATX.More importantly, they stuck to their end and made the process easy. Ive waited ~3 weeks since moving in to post a review for fear of later revising (which I still will do if anything changes).Pre Move-In: Communications were adequate. Im a demanding renter and expect a very fast turn-around which is sometimes unrealistic. At the end of the day, everything was in order (contracts, payments, next steps) and I was comfortable at every step of the way. However, there were a couple of 2-3 days of radio silence I wouldve preferred to do without.Move-In: My unit was very clean, I received my keys on time, payment was clear and not-sketchy. We had to get the heat turned on but thats not surprising and they helped facilitate immediately.Living Here: Wonderful. The community has been safe and quiet. Maintenance requests have been responded to within 24 hours (3 already, but none of significance: window not opening well, getting heat on, etc.) Mail and Delivery has been a breeze. Parking has been relatively easy. Havent seen any transients/homeless on the grounds. Im on the ground floor-- there is definitely walking noise above me but I cant hear voices/conversations or anything like that.All-in-all, 5 stars, and thrilled to be part of the community.Good luck in your rental process!

I used to live at The Aspect between 2013-2014 and again in 2016 when it was City View. In my search to return to my old stomping grounds, I checked out their website and saw that my favorite unit was open and available - fate was to reunite us once again. I made a phone call to the complex and reached Kacey Carter, a leasing specialist at The Aspect. This five star review is for her. Not only was she extremely pleasant over the phone, she responded to my emails quickly and thoroughly answered the long list of questions I had every time. Despite not being able to make the move to my all-time favorite unit, I want to rave about her customer service abilities. Rarely do you come across a leasing agent who goes above and beyond their normal job duties to take care of someone. May our paths reunite us again in the future, Kacey! All the best!

Chris Griffin is your guy at The Aspect! Chris has personally gone out of his way to make sure that I have everything that I need and more here at The Aspect and I couldnt be more grateful. Every time I go to the leasing office with a question, hes there to answer it with a big smile and INCREDIBLE customer service. Hes even gone out of his way to call me when he sees an issue and makes sure that everythings handled accordingly.
