The 23 was truly a dream to live in! When I say the management really cares I mean it. It’s the first building I ever lived in where someone stayed with me through the entire process. Bert, you truly are a gem!! The 23 is lucky to have you. From first walk through to being able to come to you for any and every random need I had, I really appreciated all of your attentiveness and care. And every single concierge, THANK YOU! Such great and caring people who had such care and patience for me and my million packages :) who kindly reminded me of packages to retrieve and just were friendly faces daily that I was excited to see. Even to maintenance actually caring about solutions. Writing this has me thinking, wow Will I miss this place! Would definitely recommend checking them out if you’re in the market!

For the past four years, Ive absolutely loved calling this place home! From the moment I moved in, its been nothing short of a dream. The entire team, from the incredibly helpful Bert and Nina to the always-responsive maintenance crew and the friendly concierges, consistently goes above and beyond to ensure a truly exceptional living experience. The fantastic amenities and views are great. The location is so convenient to everything the city has to offer, making city living a breeze. Also love our apartment living team who do a great job at events for residents that are fun to attend!

This is the first time Im writing a review for any apartment Ive lived in but the 23 and its team deserve all the praises in the world. From the building itself and its amenities and floor plans, to every concierge and admin partner the service is superb. Bert, Nina and the whole staff just make life easier and I have enjoyed living here every single day. Any service request is resolved within the day/hours and the team is extremely professional. The views from the units are breathtaking and the location too is amazing. This is a great place to live in, and all the positive reviews are 100% on point.

Madison in leasing is the kindest and most professional! She made my guided tour yesterday a very pleasant and thorough experience. I feel that all my questions were answered in detail, and she is being the utmost helpful in guiding me through the application process. I greatly appreciate the thoughtful responses and the community as a whole. The building is beautiful, safe, quiet, and in a great location with close proximity to restaurants, activities, museums, the American Airlines Center, the Cinepolis luxury theatre, various downtown landmarks, & a nearby Tom Thumb. Features a lovely pool, community amenities, and great views!

The 23 is a gorgeous luxury property centrally located with amazing amenities and a smooth, hassle-free move-in process. I visited my mans new apartment recently, and Regine (forgive if misspelled) at the front desk impressed me with her responsiveness, professionalism, and positive attitude even late at night.The unit is gorgeous, maintenance obviously completed the makeready with extreme attention to detail, and my man is very happy there. I look forward to many comfortable visits with him. And this feedback comes from someone who manages a $20 million tax credit luxury high-rise and had a 20 year side career in the skilled trades. Regine is a gem and your property is blessed to have her!

Living at the 23 has been an amazing experience so far. Big shout out to the property manager Nina, Bert, and the fantastic maintenance and concierge teams. The staff at 23 deliver exceptional customer service and professionalism. As a resident, I always feel like the staff cares about my experience. They always work hard to ensure that my needs are met and problems are solved seamlessly. Words cant express how much I recommend leasing an apartment at this building.

I moved into The 23 earlier this month after touring what felt like every apartment complex in Uptown Dallas. Bert was such a rockstar and a big catalyst in my choosing The 23 as my next home. He first toured with my parents as I was out of town with work and needed to find a home ASAP, then I toured a couple days later, and then came back for another tour the following week before making my final decision.On the last tour, Bert and I walked back and forth between 2 floor plans located on different floors 3 if not 4 times so I felt 100% about which one to proceed with. Having the grace and patience to work with me over multiple stop ins and viewings was such a positive experience and was a major impact on my decision.The team overall is an absolute dream, from the concierge, to maintenance, to the rest of the leasing office. I choose The 23 because life felt like it would be really easy living here and its been exactly that thus far.

The 23 checks all the boxes - beautiful building and amenities, rockstar staff, and great location 👌🏻 I toured twice once alone and with my parents and it passed the vibe check twice. It’s a good sign when you ask the residents and they all seem to love it here! Just want to say thank you to Bert for being kind and chatting with me and listening for what I’m looking for in a home and Madison for giving us a stellar tour, answering all my questions, and just being super on top of it and prepared. Shoutout to Jameson and Rihanna at concierge for also already making it feel like home. I feel confident and really hopeful I’ll find a unit that is right for me :) thanks y’all!

Have lived here for 6 months and love it. The management team is quick to respond and has taken care of us. Maintenance is top notch as well. We really appreciate Daniel from maintenance. Concierge staff with Marquinn and Joy and the others make it awesome. We had a few hiccups when we moved in with our heating and air conditioner but it was remediated.

Awesome and great place to live. I’ve been here now for over 4 years and still enjoy coming home every night. Great location and easy access in and out. Never a boring night in Victory Ave with tons of things to do and great places to eat. Patios everywhere to enjoy the gorgeous city nights in the heart of Dallas. Or sit out on the patio of your beautiful apartment and just enjoy.

Living here from last more than 8 months and my wife and I absolutely love it! Views are stunning and No complaints at all. Leasing staff, maintenance staff, concierge staff all are great! Rosie from leasing office is very supportive and she did fantastic job by taking care of all things when we moved in. in these 8 months I needed to raise couple of maintenance tickets for minor issues but all of them resolved very quickly. Really safe community and lively streets arround.

I had a fantastic experience working with The 23 while I searched for my next apartment. I was really hoping The 23 would work out and meet all of my expectations and it sure did! Humberto was the leasing agent my boyfriend and I worked with, and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer all of our questions to ensure that I our application went through. We struggled during the application process and using the VERO system, but Humberto was incredibly kind for taking the time to sit with us as we tried to navigate through the application process. He even helped us on his day off and answered all of our questions. He was on top of it, provided exceptional customer service and was going out of his way to sit with my boyfriend and I to figure out what we were doing wrong.

I had a fantastic experience working with The 23 while I searched for my next apartment. Humberto (Bert) was my leasing agent and he went ABOVE AND BEYOND to answer all of my questions and ensure that I found the perfect unit. Not only is Bert incredibly friendly and knowledgable, but his response time was nearly immediate and he never made me feel like I was a bother (and I had A LOT of questions). He is on top of it, provided exceptional customer service (going out of his way to provide me with as much info as possible), and made the leasing process extremely seamless. I also had a great experience with concierge when I first entered the building, but unfortunately I do not remember the gentlemans name.So far, I am thoroughly impressed with The 23 and I cant wait to make it my home! The location is fantastic, the the units are modern, spacious, they provide ample storage, and the amenities are top notch.All in all, it was a fantastic leasing experience! I hope everyone on The 23 team is as attentive and thorough as Bert. Cant wait to move in!

This property is simply incredible! The amenities and friendly staff really set them apart from the other properties in Victory park. The pool, gym, apartment interior and property events bring that aspect of community that most apartments are lacking. I look forward to spending evenings by the pool reading taking in the downtown skyline. No place compares. Im thankful to live here.

I have lived at The 23 for almost 2.5 years and its been a very pleasant experience! Ive had very little reasons to need maintenance in my apartment with the exception of change out the water filter and lightbulbs which they assisted w/promptly. I order a ton of stuff and never had a package go missing. Common areas are clean and residents are nice. Ive never had noise issues etc. I LOVED my view of downtown. Hanan and Bert are two of the very best! The only minor inconvenience has been guest parking which is to be expected in a downtown high rise. Despite moving for a change of pace, Id 100% recommend The 23 as a great spot to live for anyone looking for a spot in VP!

My experience with The 23 was wonderful. I felt welcomed the moment I walked into the front desk till the end of my tour. Ms. Rosie the leasing agent was super helpful, sweet, and very professional. She answered all the questions I had and made me feel very welcoming. The amenities are nice and the gym has good equipment which that was a plus for me! I loved the area of where the complex are located, everybody seemed friendly. I’m looking forward to being a future resident here! Thank you all, you guys were amazing!

The 23 is the place to be! They have a beautiful building, location. and awesome team! I toured all of the other high-rise apartments including the National and none compared to the customer service and professionalism I received from the 23. Bert, who conducted my guided tour, gave me a very fun, honest, genuine, and insightful presentation of the complex. Give that man a raise! Along with the amenities, views, and rooms he is the reason I signed. More over, I will be renewing my lease and retaining my occupancy at the 23 due to the amazing team that operates the building. Tony in maintenance has been incredibly responsive, courteous, and helpful with any needs I may have. Brandon at the front desk and concierge lead has also always been wonderful and has always made me feel safe and honored to be a resident at the 23. Lastly, The 23 is the most pleasant and gratifying place I have ever lived! I toured many of the finest luxury apartments throughout the entire DFW area and I can say without a doubt the 23 is the finest and best choice! God bless!!

Picked up my keys this past Saturday and I am super ecstatic!!! My apartment is perfect, the view from my apartment is perfect and the overall location of The 23s is perfect. Hanan did an excellent job in assisting me and answering all of my questions. She was extremely kind and accommodating and made the leasing process effortless and smooth.

I have toured nearly every property in Victory Park and she is by far the most responsive, personable and all around good at what she does. While deciding on a place to live, the interaction with staff has steered me to and away certain complexes. I highly recommend the apartment building just based off of Hanan.Although I have not worked as much with Burt, he is incredibly friendly and accommodating as well. Cant go wrong here.

We love the 23! The staff has been so welcoming. The amenity deck is absolutely perfect for every occasion, and our home is gorgeously laid out. Our move in process went smoothly and any questions or concerns we had were handled well. We could not ask for a better view of Dallas. The walk-ability is great; people that live here are warm and friendly, and weve already made some good connections with people that Im sure will last a while. There are plenty of beautiful apartments in Dallas, but Id put my money on The 23 being the only please to make you feel at home!

My apartment locator and I tend to go off the beaten path sometimes, and Stephanie laughed and smiled through helping me even when I was being completely indecisive. Outside of that, everyone on the staff is very welcoming. So glad to be apart of the community and call this place home.

I moved here in the middle of March, yes, right before the world shut down for COVID. You would think thats a terrible scenario, but honestly, it has been the best worse case scenario. Im beyond grateful I was moved in a week before the shut down, because its the most lovely setup that has made all the difference in my sanity. The building does a fantastic job communicating, and they have been smart and cautious with how and when they have opened up the amenities again. The management, concierges, maintenance team, and cleaning crews are just so considerate, personable and kind. I moved to the area from the suburbs, and didnt know many people, but even with a shelter in place order, I have met some fantastic new friends, just here in the building. It was never this easy to make friends within my apartment building in Plano. The building is sooooo dog friendly. The dog wash station is so good, and a total perk! I know when you tour apartments, everything seems like it will be roses, but then you usually move in and find that the roses were fake. But, thats not the case here. Living here is truly what I had hoped it would be. I wasnt looking to spend this much on an apartment, but I fell in love with view and design/layout of the building, and everything that comes with it. I highly recommend the community to anyone who takes pride in where they live and want to be surrounded by other who feel the same.

This has given me a chance to tour numerous properties and deal with numerous leasing agents and staffing.I must say Hanan (leasing agent) was phenomenal during my initial tour last year; and was ultimately the reason I chose to live at The 23. The property is well priced and attractive in design and amenities.If you’re looking for a place with great staffing, amenities; and pricing The 23 is the place to be!

I’ve been in the process of getting transferred out of state for work and I was told 1 week before moving out of The 23 that I was no longer transferring jobs. As you could imagine this has been very frustrating trying to figure out where I would live. the Assistant Manager Nicki was able to help me stay in my same apartment as if I never missed a beat. I appreciate everything her and The 23 staff has done for me and glad to stick around another year here!

Probably one of the best pre-leasing experiences I’ve ever had hands down. We originally went to visit The 23’s back in January of this year and were welcomed by the assistant leasing manager Nicki. She went above and beyond to answer our questions and address our concerns. Although at that time we opted to lease elsewhere (huge mistake) the same exceptional treatment we received at the beginning was the same level or service we received upon cancelling our application. We came back to lease (the mistake mentioned above) and Nicki yet again was readily and willingly available to assist. Although yet another curve has been thrown (moving out of the country) to prevent us from leasing, when we return to the states we are coming back to lease at the 23’s. Through the constant changes not once was a complaint, expressed frustration or attitude provided to us. Beautiful apartments providing not only beautiful views, top notch amenities, with access to plenty of spots (food, bars, yoga, etc.) the service is beyond comparable. Rarely do you see a consistent level of high standard customer service from beginning to end. Nicki provided just that! Sooooo jealous of you if you lease here!

I could not ask for a better community. Customer service and attention to detail are impeccable. Since I first started the move-in process, Misty went above and beyond my expectations in every single aspect.The community is always nice and clean, and we are thrilled to be part of The 23. We have finally found a home that meets all of our expectations and more. I love living here! Everything about this place screams luxury. Here are the pros and cons:PROS1. 24/7 Concierge Service - cannot tell you how convenient it is to have a doorman that is able to sign for your packages. They place your packages in lockers via the Parcel Pending modus operandi so you can access your packages at any given time and day. Simply retrieve them from a safe using your passcode.2. Instacart Storages - if you work odd hours of the day and do your grocery shopping online, no problem. The complex saw the demands and decided to build a refrigerator to store residents groceries. Bravo!!3. Amenities - I love the infinity pool located midlevel on the 8th floor. It provides a prodigious view of the downtown area that overlooks the reunion tower, Dallas bridge, and other luxury highrises. In addition, the gym is great, enough so where you could probably get by without a gym membership. They have a punching bag, stair master, ellipticals, treadmills, TRX (love), a variety of different weight lifting machines however, they need to upgrade their bikes. When are we going to get Pelotons?!?4. Cleanliness - the amenities are always pristine. I see so many people working throughout the day not only within the complex, but even in the garage repeatedly cleaning. It is seemingly spotless.5. Appliances - this is a brand new highrise so all the appliances are au courant. This includes quartz countertops, hardwood flooring, and stainless steel appliances (refrigerator, washer, dryer, stovetop, and microwave). I also love the showers because they are equipped with a glass door, which no longer calls for a shower curtain. It is much more sanitary and easier to clean.6. 4th Floor - how cool is it to say that you have a luxury movie theater (Cineapolis) located on the 4th floor of your apartment complex?! The Cineapolis offers those nice, comfortable, leather seats that recline all the way back, and provide a full service menu with food and drinks served directly to you.7. Location - the complex is located in the heart of downtown. I cannot tell you how much I enjoy being walking distance to the American Airlines center and some awesome bars and restaurants- DIBS, Happiest Hour, The Henry, etc. I rarely need to take my car out on the weekends. Everything is within footsteps.CONS1. Resident Parking - ugh, the parking situation is terrible. They limit you to one spot per resident. To get an additional parking spot, I had to add another resident on my lease, which of course comes with an added cost. Whatever. I have 3 cars and only 2 dedicated parking spots (I know, first world problems). I ended up putting my 3rd car in a long term parking garage where I pay $250/month. Id much rather pay for a 3rd parking spot at The 23 for the convenience but they would not budge.2. Guest Parking - So this is somewhat nonexistent. They have spaces for overnight parking but they are SOOOOO limited. Look at the ratio of residents vs guest parking (located adjacent to the front desk). No more than 12 -14 spaces available and they are ALWAYS full!! Guests are now able to park in the parking ramp however, only the first 2 hours are complimentary. Why should our guests be limited to a 2 hour stay? What if we want to have overnight guests? They have to pay to spend the night? Ridiculous.3. Security - resident parking is from the 4th floor up. Though it is gated, its not hard to get into, as multiple cars can follow behind you as soon as the garage door opens. That said, my car has been broken into twice. Im not the only victim here. There have been several car thefts reported and discussed within our residental portal. When I reported the incident to the team, they gave me a very political response.4. Price Point - I pay over 2k for a one BR apartment. If you calculate the price per square footage, it is ludicrous but YOLO.

Ive been living here for a year and Ive got immediate responses from the great staff! either from a question or maybe some special assistance (keep it up). The amenities are spectacular. Ive got very few challenges but everything was responded and addressed immediately. I hope they keep being as proactive as they are and sensitive to their guest needs. Great place to live.

Hanan made our move so easy and Bert was helpful with retrieving our keys. He even helped our movers get acclimated in the loading docks. Kudos to them both!
