She has answered all of my calls in a timely manner, proved to be attentive and detail-oriented, and has linked me to apartments that will take me based on my background, credit, and most importantly, my budget! She sent me a list of all the apartments in my price range and with all the amenities as we were working through the process. Keisha is an awesome locator who stuck beside me throughout my apartment searching process and then some. She is a kind and caring soul who genuinely cares about my well-being without even knowing her in person. Most locators just text you, but she made it her first priority to call me on the phone, so that we could get the ball rolling right away. Within a week, I was approved without settling for less. She is easy to talk to and knows a lot about the area I wanted to live in. Helpful isn’t even the word. Thank you Keisha!!

Mishauri Nolan is THE go-to locator. I’m still working with her as I put this review out but, y’all, just ask for her. She’s so responsive, understanding and almost alarmingly efficient. I’m in a tough spot and wish I had found her months ago because I know we would’ve signed a lease already but I am SO thankful I found her when I did. She knows all the major metropolitan areas and I’m sure she’d be able to find anything to meet anyone’s budgets and needs. Please ask for her by name if you need apartment locating - you’ll thank me later.

Never had an employee actually use the time to hear me out about my issue. Thank you Chris! The offices still didn’t answer my calls, so I’m guessing the corporation itself isn’t organized. Wonderful agents, bad management. Thank you.**Original review**I never got my rebate, it’s been 3 months and every time I call it goes straight to a busy tone. Chris is who helped me but I haven’t heard back from anyone. I don’t like that.

Thanks to the wonderful and most privileged experience I had working with Ms. Lynn, whom I found via Craigslist. She was so hands on by helping me the best she could during every step of the way. Not only did I receive the utmost professional assistance amongst her many lines of career assests, she was also most understanding, genuinely caring & patient, all encompassed within a delightful personality to top it all off! Lauren was awesome! I relocated because of a promotion and had to move from Birmingham, AL to Dallas, Texas in 2 weeks. MADISON GENZER IS AMAZING!!! My fiancé and I were in search of a 2b/2b apartment within 20 minutes from our jobs. Madison was very responsive sending detailed apartment listings w/ pictures and listened to our priorities. We ended up in a great location in the Galleria area. Absolutely excellent! As my husband and I return to Texas from California for our end with active duty service, Eddie Quintana reached out to us to help us find apartments in our home town. Although Eddie works in Houston, TX, he managed to help us find the perfect apartments in a safe neighborhood that are affordable, and close to where we will be working in For Worth, TX! And he did all of this in less than 24 hours when we explained to him that we had to leave California in one week! He was very professional, ambitious, and got us exactly what we were looking for! I definitely recommend going to Eddie for the best home hunting experience!

Kesia Sutherland is the best!!! She wont stop until the job is done! With my hectic work schedule searching for an apartment is something I would never have found the time to do. I procrastinated moving after my lease was up at my old apt and extended my term to monthly lease. I was wasting $200 extra dollars a month! Aside from me loving my old residence and working hectic hours, I would have still been spending hundreds of dollars extra a month! Kesia did most of the legwork for me. She kept me updated on the properties I selected; something that I value in a business transaction very highly. (I hate when a consultant does not update you on the status!!!) Excellent customer service! They helped me find exactly what I was looking for in a crunch. Jessica asked ALL the right questions and made me feel like she genuinely cared about my situation instead of just placing me somewhere that wasnt right for me. She listened and heared what was important to me, emailed me a list of potenials, and called the complex and spoke up for me and Im sure asked them the right questions as well. She even sent me a rebate that the company offers to help you move. Overall great experience, I would recommend Jessica and the firm to anyone who needs help finding the RIGHT place. OMG what can I say Kesia S. Is amazing. Absolutely. I had a home that was damaged in the storm. I lost everything g and I sold my paid for home and had to move immediately. I had been in a home so long and didnt use alot of credit and didnt check my record and during my search uncovered identity theft in the form of apartments years and years ago. By the time I got to Kesia I was spent. I poured my heart out to her and to my amazement she actually listened. Shrieked hard for me. I wasnt used to this apartment renting. Definitely changed since the 90_s I was tired of paying admin fees and losing them she located me some properties both nice but both different. She worked tirelessly as I work two jobs she worked for me after hours and faxed emailed and spoke sigh management on my behalf cause I didnt have time. She was definitely sent from God. And when I had no offers I dealt with this true angel and God got me too offers and I chose the best one for me. She is the best apartment locator ND I feel like shes my friend and Ive never met her. Eddie Quintana is an angel. Seriously. He is so well informed, full of compassion AND most importantly - EFFECTIVE!!! I had a very difficult situation after fleeing an abusive relationship w/ a small child. Eddie was so patient as I had to drudge up paperwork, police records etc. to explain to properties why I had an eviction, wrecked credit etc. Every case is case by case - so definitely be willing to be flexible. Be clear about your non-negotiables and then trust the process. For example, I was willing to be flexible with location but required great school district, safe and secure property, and hoped for as luxurious a property as possible (smile). I believe God sent Eddie to us to speak up on my behalf and I am still speechless when I walk our new apartment home late at night and tears flow in gratitude. Eddie found us such a beautiful property. Again, be clear about your non-negotiables, be honest with him and trust the process.. we were living in a hotel when I reached out to Eddie.
