The Westside Group in Austin - 6th Street West Apartments is one of properly management apartments near to downtown Austin and residents many residents there are tenants for more than 5 years. As the property management company in Central Austin, I believe they manage smaller yet older apartment communities near to UT Austins West Campus and North University. I saw their lease agreements are provided by TAA. -
