    I just moved here about 1 month ago and I have had a wonderful experience, Shermeana and Angela and the whole staff are so professional and nice, They helped me transition from Galveston and worked hard to get me here. I recommend Tealwood.

    Lovely place to be at. The management always in a timely manner helping the residents needs. The apartments themselves are very spacious/clean. Id recommend to anyone and location wise theres schools and stores that arent far of a short drive! All in all great community where the neighbors are kind as well.

    Great place to call home. Lots of energy, lots of kids. If you are looking for the quietest apartment complex, this ain’t it. But it’s lovely. My wife and I have made our home here for the past two years.

    I was given a very short notice from my previous apt complex and came to Tealwood. From the get go both ladies in the office, Carlee and Sharmeana did what it takes usually 2-3 weeks and got me an apartment. I was so thankful and happy. Every time I have been in the office both ladies greet and talk to me. The maintenance men here are on point as well. I am so glad that the heart they have and the job they did for me worked out so well!! Thank you ladies, I love my apt and hope to be here for a loooong time!!💯💯😃😃🏡🏡🏡.

    Absolutely the most helpful and compassionate ladies I have ever dealt with. As a female disabled veteran going through some hard times they went over and beyond to get me a great apartment that fit my needs. Would recommend them to anyone wanting honest service. The young lady named Carlee was such a big help and listened to my situation and made me feel comfortable with the whole leasing process. Thank you ladies 😉.

    Ive lived here for over 2 years and I had to tolerate many neighbors who were noisy, smoked indoors and had no care for their fellow neighbors. One neighbor even had forgotten a chicken roast in the oven, burned down her apartment and risked the welfare of all of her fellow neighbors. I did enjoy my time there only because of the good dealings I had with the management. They maintained the pool and grounds regularly, so I was happy. The units were lovely and quaint. A remodeling had happened in 2014 with new kitchens, paint and carpets. The pool is open all summer and the community is very family friendly. If you are a cat lover, the area has a good stray cat colony, so a number of tenants like me regularly took care of them! I recommended these apartments to all my friends and colleagues for years after I had moved out.

    Im nearing my 2nd year lease and anticipating signing for the 3rd year long lease. Maintenance staff is quick to fix anything that I need done. Polite and down to earth hardworking guys. I dont envy them. Tealwood Place Apartments were built between 25-30 years ago so the buildings have been been lived in by multiple students, families, small children and singles. There are some cosmetics on the apartments but mine was free of pests upon move in and still are. Certified pest control does an outstanding job keeping nasty bugs out and away. Living on the 3rd floor, 6 separate flights of stairs with 12 lol stairs a piece isnt all the fun I knew it would be. But I actually like being up here when theres cool evenings and opening the windows with solar screens. Been 1 or 2 severe thunderstorm warnings and I was frightened as anyone would be. But my dog and I made it. The loss of electricity last February 2021 was over 60 hours for the building I live in. No fault whatsoever on the Tealwood Apartments staff as we know. ERCOT! But the dog and I stayed warm and safe in our apartment. Rent Cafe is an online payment convenience that has helped me. Due to disability I dont drive so it saves me having to go get a money order for rent. Landscaping is TOP KNOTCH and doggie stations provide waste removal recycled plastic bags for cleaning up after your animal as everyone SHOULD do. Theres always a few people that dont clean up after their pets but I mind my own business and dont complain about what is in the lease agreement and posted printouts in the mailbox area. I look forward to many more years in this safe, relatively crime free complex and maintained property. My biggest concern would be the unbelievable turn over rate of the office staffing. Its difficult to not have concerns when the management and leasing agents are here one day and without warning boom new office staff and starting all over again in building a professional relationship and knowing that you are not just a monthly payment that actually pays their salary. Several of my building neighbors havent had the best interactions with the changes and the personalities that comes with the new ladies. Mention my name and if you are interested in living in the nicest, cleanest, safest and affordable apartments on all of Professional Drive Wichita Falls Texas we will both receive money by getting a nice savings off on one month of rent.     I highly recommend Tealwood Apartments! They were nothing but helpful and pleasant, Carlotta the Office Manager went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of and everything went so smooth!

    Nice gated community one of the better apartments in the area that its in three stories cameras in the courtyard cameras at the gate pretty good place to live Ive never lived there personally but I have friends that have live there and Ive been through there to visit friends and yeah its not too bad

    Weve lived here for just over a year and renewed our lease. Its not the cheapest place in town but is better than where we came from in the ghetto off Kemp. Its decent and clean.
