    Deleted old review...it was a good one....so very glad my sister is applying and going back to Tara Oaks..I went today just to view the property...excellent..very clean and well kept...the residents I did see were kind and said new manager was fantastic.So I assumed it changed..it is an older area..but was sure stunned as the property is lovely..yal keep up the great work ..

    Loved the change in management that has been done recently. Adding Ms.Christina to this asset has been one of the greatest changes to happen at Tara Oaks. She is very knowledgeable of her community like shes been here before! My work order got done rather quickly than usual after speaking with the new manager. I appreciate all your time and effort, please keep up the great work. 😊

    We have only been here since December 23 but we feel so welcomed by everyone on the property! This is a breath of fresh air compared to our last apartment complex (please see reviews). Cant wait to make more memories here!

    I’ve been living in this complex for two years, and I like the community it’s small and cozy and very kid friendly. The management team is amazing anytime I need anything fixed Lupe is always there to fix it. The manager Raquel is great I know that I can always count on her if I need anything! Great job Raquel!! And keep up the good work!!! I am a very satisfied resident.

    Ive been searching some time now for a place to call home. Ive viewed many apartments one after the other and none of them have given or shown me a sense of home. Most of the ones Ive been to have staff that are just looking for the next paycheck and it shows. They dont have that strong customer service ability. I thought my search was useless until I walked in and met Regina. She welcomed me in and may I say she carried herself very professionally and never stopped smiling. You can tell that she loves what she does and cares about prospective customers. Ive worked in the customer service industry all my life and as a business owner, I was very impressed by her overall energy. I just wish there were more people like her. Thank You Regina for putting people first. This property is definitely at the top of my list.

    My year at Tara Oaks is coming to an end. But I’m gladly renewing for another! Easy access to the freeway and all the good bars/restaurants. There’s always visitor parking available. Neighbors are super friendly.Never had an issue with the apartment manager, in the contrary Regina is hands down the best to work with!!!

    Great atmosphere quite and friendly. Near freeway and public transportation. Lots of nearby restaurants and stores. Must say never no issues with maintenance. Regina is a great at her job handles all issues or concerns she is kind and courtesy never rude to people unlike other apartments I been at. Keep the great work up and staff up.

    I’ve been living at this complex for about a year now. I’m extremely pleased with my apartment. I love that I have easy access to major highway and close by stores. A major plus is that is a gated complex. The staff is always friendly, professional and very attentive. They are always there and always resolve any issues I’ve had in a timely manor. Living here has been very enjoyable and peaceful.

    I toured this apartment complex with a friend and was extremely impressed with the property and the owner. They are doing major upgrades all over including the pool. New Frigidaire appliances, fresh coatings on the counters, new fixtures, new wood vinyl floors! A work in progress but obviously going to be a gem once its finished. And the price was reasonable too! Definitely check this place out it will be time well spent.

    Tara Oaks is a fantastic community to call home. The staff is friendly and always welcome and happy to help with any of your requests. Regina, in the office, is by far the best. She is dedicated to helping you and making sure you are always taken care of as soon as possible. I love that the property is securely gated with build-in security cameras making it a safe place to call home. Great amenities for yourself, family, or guests. Love Tara Oaks!

    Tara Oaks is a wonderfulLittle community and I just love it here!The location is FAB! For the 1st time in 30 years I am regaining my freedom and my life back and Tara Oaks and Raquel has made this possible!I am I a quaint little studio, I feel safe and secure.Complex is well kept, Raquel is inviting and does everything to ensure your transition is as smooth as possible.I love it here and I do believe it will be my forever home!A mile from my job!     The office staff has been very helpful and responds quickly. I love my appartment, all renovated and the environment outside very peaceful. My neighbors so far very nice and respectful. I feel safe. I highly recommend Tara Oaks!Jenny B

    Tara Oaks is A great place to live. Every time I needed help with something, the staff here has been very helpful. Nice friendly people as neighbors.     Under new management, and has seen great improvement, even since I have been here. Most apartments are getting renovated and look much better than they did. Mike and Marlene are super professional and helpful. There are occasionally problems with the water, but I think its because they are trying to renovate the place and make it better.My one serious complaint would be that there are roaches (at least in my building) out the WAZOO! Its pretty bad, but from what I hear, thats to be expected when living in an old building in Houston; they thrive in hot and wet places, and that is an apt description of Houston.Overall, a great place to live. Thanks guys!

    Since the day I came to look at the apartments and moved in Regina has been so attentive and helpful with all our needs. Very friendly and professional. It’s very quiet and peaceful where I can just sit outside my door and enjoy the fresh air. They really make you feel at home. I’m really loving it here 🤗

    I have lived at Tara Oaks for 2 1/2 years. Tara Oaks apartments are outdated. There are constant repairs happening (it is an old complex, constructed in the 70s) and it is hard to move into bigger apartments at times because there is not a high turnover.What really sets this apartment apart from many others in this area is the sense of community. Vicki, the property manager is always friendly, helpful and considerate of her tenants. Maintenance is always around when you need them and never make you feel like a request is unimportant or silly. All of my neighbors are respectful and friendly, making me feel safe and secure even in a not so safe neighborhood.. The complex is often quiet, except right after school when the children play around the gazebo and an occasional party will be thrown on weekends.

    I have lived here for more than 7 years and Im very happy with the new management. Marlene welcomes everyone with a smile and is very helpful. Maintenance always gets done and the upgrades that they have done are awesome. Great and quiet gated community

    I been living here for the past two years and my experience here has been worth it. Maintenance takes care of any issue in a timely manner! Also office staff is very friendly and professional. Plenty of parking, secured gated community, and there has been alot of upgrades and renovation done to the property! Totally recommend it.

    Just moved in here, so far Raquel (the property manager) has been super responsive to emails and inquiries. Unfortunately the gate is broken, and the laundry card reader is broken at the moment, but hopefully these issues are fixed soon!

    I love this place great management and staff. Gated apartments so I feel safe letting my kids play at the playground with other kids. The staff go above and beyond fixing anything and everything at the same time keeping the property clean 👌
