I have contacted TAM several times for issues I have had at Oak Park and they were great and handled my situations quickly and were polite. I wish my property was run like this one.

Your staff here in Albuquerque has been so far amazing, I have lived las brisas for some time now, and the new manager Darlene has been able to attend to my needs very quickly. by far the best manager we have had here in years. i hope you keep this one. we need some one who cares as she does. No more change!!!!

I love their properties, I want to live at Reese Towers but they of course do not accept choice vouchers! Im getting so tired of being judged and technically, its discrimination because im disabled, 56 and low income and because of that Im using voucher as money but theyre saying no because of my income.. discrimination!

I want to thank Daniel (property manager) & Jenny (assistant manager) for helping me out & being so patient with me! It’s a beautiful property & they helped me so much with this difficult transition!! Being personable, yet professional is the key to great customer service and they definitely mastered that by going above and beyond my expectations!! Thank you guys so much! I am happy to call this place my new home!!

Let me just tell you how Ms. Quanesha at Rosemount at Scyne and the Lord worked in my favor today. I spoke with her on a situation that I had, she gave me 3 steps to take. I took those 3 steps and they opened up my revenue to get my apartment history taken care of. Please don’t sleep on her and the INFORMATION SHE GIVES!!! She was right on point. My amount owed was in the few thousands and after doing what she told me it went down to 1000.00 for full payoff. I’m blessed to have been able to talk to her and get my matter fixed.

I got the pleasure of being show the property by Daniel Johnson, and he was my tour guide for this apartment! One word exceptional, he was amazing and very informative. I already loved the complex but seeing it through his eyes made me ready to sign my lease, very personable and kind. I’m looking forward to becoming a new tenant and thank you Daniel!

I see and visit a lot of site each day and enjoy coming out to visit him and his team. It’s always super clean, very hospitable, inviting, knowledgeable and the team really are great representation of the product. I love when I see people enjoy what they do. I recently visited a friend who lives in The broadway Apt’s off Almeda and shaver and I must say this complex was simply amazing and such a beautiful complex and Apt when I arrived I notice they had a area for Pets to run free in which is so cool I happen to step outside on my friends balcony and notice who I assume which I was correct the apt manager walking the property speaking to the tents just a friendly environment . Which I’ve never seen a complex open on a Saturday . I know when my current lease is up I’m definitely come to see if anything is available .
