    My boyfriend & I moved in here the beginning of January & living here has been awesome! The apartments themselves are GORGEOUS and the amenities are just a plus on top of everything! The staff is wonderful & we love the communication with them and the updates they send. Our cat Marley also loves it here!! They are super pet friendly! We definitely would recommend these apartments to anyone that asks us!

    Just renewed our lease. Hope year two is just as amazing as year one. We have recently started working in San Marcos and looked at other apartment communities in San Marcos including two other Graystar Communities and nothing else compares to Tacara Gruene. The Ladies in the office are second to none and the maintenance staff is top notch and on top of their game.

    My fiance and I moved here a couple of months ago. We viewed another property before we came to see Tacara. I had a gut feeling the other property wasn’t right for us and booked a tour here. Becca gave us our tour and we applied that evening. It has been great living here so far! Front office staff are very friendly, friendly residents, and the property very well kept. This is a dog-friendly property for sure! We have only had a couple of experiences with the maintenance man (forgot his name, sorry), but he was very helpful.

Both Ranae and Kolton were incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and friendly. They worked diligently to address the issues in my apartment, taking the time to explain what they were doing and ensuring everything was in perfect working order.Their attention to detail and commitment to quality really stood out.     Tacara Gruene is an amazing place to live. This particular property is located right near Gruene, Texas and its all fun. Also, located where one can easily travel all over the city or other areas such as San Antonio, Austin. If you are looking for a more secure place to live, say no more. Tacara Gruene is gated, the mail room, gyms(2 gyms), and game room is accessible with your resident issued key fob. Furthermore, the pool area is phenomenal, even has a huge screen TV and a chill area for hanging out with friends. Not to mention the green for the putting people. Also, Tacara Gruene loves our furry family member, Tiger. After all, he is a part of our family too. The staff is very responsive to requests and very friendly. I just love how clean the property stays and our apartment was brand new when we moved in. Tacara Gruene even has brand new appliances with washer and dryer in the unit. Honestly, I had to pinch myself when we moved in. My fiance and I are highly impressed and very happy to be a part of Tacara Gruene.

    Tacara at Gruene goes above and beyond in meeting my expectations. When it comes to finding a peaceful and quiet place, this is where you can find it. Those girls at the leasing office are really professional and polite. The amenities are awesome as well as the gym. It has everything I need. My neighbors are friendly and kind. This is more than a home. This is a luxurious resort!

    Just moved here! Very very nice place. The leasing agents Diane and Becca have been a breath of fresh air compared to other apartment communities I have dealt with.I highly recommend checking out Tacara at Gruene or just Greystar properties in general.Thank you for making my new home even better.P.s. I don’t know the maintenance guys name but I see him every morning at 7am making sure the grounds, pool and clubhouse look nice. So a big shout out to the staff here. Great work!!!

    My boyfriend and I moved in a month ago and it has been the best experience I have ever had at an apartment. The office staff and maintenance guys are kind and personable. They get things done very quickly. The amenities are amazing and everything is kept very clean. Could not imagine a better apartment complex to live at.Shoutout to my girls Diane and Madison for always answering my calls and taking care of all my questions! Y’all are amazing!

    I was at my friends apartment and loved the community so much, I live in San Antonio and they don’t have communities this great there for there prices. Just wanted to let this property know they are great and love the location. I also say they had kayak mounts that I thought was cool.

    I toured the Tacara Gruene apartments the other day with Madison! She was so welcoming and very knowledgeable over the new property! Overall the apartment was perfect for what I was looking for and the grounds are so well kept. Highly recommend this place!

    Becoming a resident at Tacara Gruene has been my positive adventure for 2024.Its been a delight engaging with the warm and responsive property members Diane and Kris. Diane has been a mature and professional gem from my initial encounter at on-boarding until this weeks shared friendly communication. I recall (and held admirably) how during my tour of the pristeen property that Diane grabbed a doggie bag (posted around the property) and seamlessly scooped-up a resident’s oversight and dropped the bag into the trash_never missing stride as she escorted me through areas. What a contradiction to the (its-not-my-job) outlook of most office personnel! Therein, a positive marker was embedded. She kept me informed along all of the processing steps and initiated timely follow-ups to pro-actively assure of her availability in the event I encountered potential hiccups. I placed a work order for water pressure issues at 11:30pm and 10:00 a.m. the succeeding morning had Kris the Maintenance Engineer ringing my bell to check things out eventho he knew there had been a city-wide water line issue the night before. He was responsibly making sure it was nothing more than the City affecting my dwelling and made their cause transparent to me. A minor work order with major responsiveness value. Additionally, the modern and lovely layout of the dwellings with there high ceilings, high-end appliances, user-friendly gym, exquisite pool, outdoor grills and on-time trash valet service provides an unrivaled community of accessible & quality conveniences.At Tacara Gruene there IS an exceptional level of caring to provide comfortability and enjoyment for us residents and I am pleased with the members on staff as they loyally uphold their company’s mission to enrich the lives they touch by doing things the right way. Im finding contentment in that!

    The absolute best apartment complex I’ve EVER lived at. The management is AMAZING - I literally want to be their friends and they always have great community events. Their maintenance team is also so great, they work super quick to solve any problem you have! JUST DO IT GIRLIE MOVE HERE

    I have to say that upon just viewing the property, I was highly impressed. Now that I am living here, I have to say that first impressions were right. Actually, so much better that I am living here. The gyms, yes two gyms are 24/7 accessible, secured and always clean. The grounds here at Tacara Gruene are kept clean and the grass is pretty. Tacara Gruene also has a secured mail room with even a TV and a refrigerator. The pool area has large TVs, grills and even areas for recreation with friends. Furthermore, for the golf players, there is also a putting green here. Activities for the residents include Wine Wednesdays and Pizza Mondays. Valet trash is also a huge plus, with pick up right outside your door. Also, a huge business room/game room exists . Tacara Gruene loves our furry family too. With all these amenities and the fact that the staff here is so helpful. Even before we moved in, the staff was prompt. The staff made the move so easy and seamless.The unit itself has new appliances, fixtures, countertops, you name it. Also, super clean when I moved in. Tacara Gruene is like no other property in New Braunfels, Texas. With all that Tacara Gruene has to offer, this place is a step above the rest. Furthermore, Tacara Gruene is located where all of the area is easily accessible, including surrounding areas. Overall, Tacara Gruene is the green place to be where your growth awaits.

    My boyfriend and I moved into Tacara Gruene a little over a week ago and are still just absolutely in love with it. The leasing team and maintenance have been so kind and helpful, and the amenities are outstanding. I feel like i’m living in a resort style hotel every day. We love this place and highly recommend it to everyone!!

    Toured here with my wife and spoke with Bonnie and Madison as well as Diane. I can’t wait to move to NB. This location is great next to downtown Gruene. We really like the pool and dog wash area. The co-working spaces are great for working from home!

    I had a tour with Madison and the property is so beautiful! The images don’t even do it justice. The atmosphere and energy is so amazing! The staff made me feel so comfortable and welcomed. I toured a few places but I’ve definitely decided that I’m going to make my decision and sign a lease here.

    This complex is so well planned. It has every amenity that you could dream of! I am thoroughly impressed that so much is offered for the price point.From the staff, to the beautifully designed up-to-date apartments, the pool, gym, dog wash station and soon to be dog park...you will never want to leave. Bonus: minutes from historic Gruene, New Braunfels and tubing down the river!

    Property is pretty and well kept. Everyone is friendly and helpful. Chris especially is so quick with maintenance requests and helping take care all over property. I placed a request this morning that was answered and fixed just a short few hours later.

    Living at Tacara at Gruene is a joy. The amenities here are top-notch, featuring the biggest pool in New Braunfels, a fully equipped gym with Peloton bikes, squat racks, dumbell sets (5-50lbs), stairmasters, row machines, and more. Modern Samsung appliances in each apartment. Plenty of parking. Co-Working space/lounge with high-speed WiFi, pool table, coffee machine.HEB, Buc-ees, Schlitterbahn, and a large shopping center less than 5m away. Also right off the I-35, halfway between San Antonio and Austin, the location couldn’t be better.Highly recommend for anyone looking to move to New Braunfels or surrounding area!

    I could not wait to move in to Tacara Gruene!! And there are SO MANY cool amenities that I dont think I can pick just one! The property has amazing resort style and modern design with everything youd want to enhance your active lifestyle including a full gym PLUS a separate yoga/pilate/cycling studio! There is a SPAW wash room for your four-legged buddies also! But the most outstanding amenity offered at Tacara Gruene is the fully furnished apartment that can be rented for friends and family at a very reasonable rate nightly, up to a week! There is more to explore at Tacara Gruene so come take a look!!Keri DuBose
