I have lived in these apartments for 4 years, there is a reason for that. The staff is friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is always nice, lots of amenities, peaceful and quiet. Its a great location Walmart and food places near by. Havent had any problems maintenance couldnt solve. Recently my toilet broke, they were able to come within 24 hours to fix it and did an amazing job.

Sundial Properties has always treated my family and I with respect and kindness. When the pandemic hit, we struggled financially and they worked with us to find a solution. There are residents who live here that are considerate and happy to live here for many years. When there has been changes or work needed to be done, they contact us in a timely manner. My work orders have always been taken care of. I love living here and will continue to do so.

Just rented an apartment 6 months ago. The ladies in the office made it easy for me to get an apartment with all my requirements and completed everything that was missing on my checklist. My neighbors are friendly and the apartments stay clean. I was locked out a couple of days ago and they were able to get me back in. There was a fee but nothing too bad.

I moved in a year ago and was surprised to see that the reviews are so low. Where ever you rent there are going to be problems but at the Sundial apartments I had very few issues. When I did have issues, Ms. Astrid and Biviana were very helpful and completed everything in a timely manner. Its a nice apartment and quiet place to live!

Thank you biviana for helping us find our new home! you are wonderful and i am happy with the move. The apartments are clean and workers seem available as they are always around. I have had a few concerns and ofcourse apartments some times need more care and Biviana has been extremely helpful so far so good! I am confident my work orders will be completed ASAP!

Great place to stay. I love Ms. Delgado and the staff. They are very prompt with addressing my familys needs. Plus it is located near Restaurants and Walmart for shopping. I also love the views of the mountains and city.

I have lived here for over 2 years and just renewed my lease for another year. Olivia is very nice and accommodating, also maintenance is awesome. Highly recommend renting from Empire Properties.

I moved here 3 months ago and have been exploring the area. There is extremely good food places near by. Lately I have been enjoying a pho place called Pho tre bien. I love going to McKelligon Canyon in the morning to watch the sunrise. It’s a beautiful view of the city.

I moved here in Feb from Pennsylvania.. Philadelphia to be exact.. an honestly Ive no problems..prasie God. I dont know about the other commenters but yeah.. every time i call for mantnace they come in a pretty timely manner. I dont ever hear people fighting or arguing and the best part about this all..I havent see any creep crawlers since Ive been here!.. Thank you Jesus once again. I personally like it.. and this is coming from a 24 year old city girl. Its safe, its affordable and its peaceful.Edit: Update my time here has come to a close but let me tell you this. I will truly miss living here at the sundial. I cant express how satisfied I have been living here. Ms. Jessica in the office was my main poc(point of contact) for all my needs wants and arrangements, with my apartment. All I can do is sing songs of praise with this complex. Theyre extremely understanding and are realistic that life happens. They made no problems with me leaving the apt. They are extremely business professional! Please take my word for it. This is a great place to live. Great staff as well, no loud parties, no drunken people yelling at each other. The one bedrooms are large and very spacious. I literally have zero complaints, the only complaint Im making is why cant they move the apartments to Philadelphia.. haha. The pools were always fresh and clean when I went to them. I will really miss you ladies! 😭 and Mr. John. 🙂

I stay at one of their properties located by Van buren and this particular property is comfortable and chill , nothing fancy but you get what you pay for . And at this point in my life I can definitely use something a bit more affordable . Maintenance has been pretty active around the property as the shrubs and landscaping are pretty clean and maintained..

Office staff is always willing to help and resolves any issues in a timely manner. My family and I enjoy the doggie park, gym and pool. Recommend!
