The maintenance crew at Sundance in Celina, specifically Eli Hannah, go out of their way to make this community we call home beautiful. We are in a transition period with a little one and it’s been tough to say the least, BUT anything we need the staff are quick to get it fixed. I had put in a request for an air filter on a Sunday and it was changed at 10AM the next day. I also noticed that our AC wasn’t running as it should and within minutes of calling Eli was set to work to make it comfortable for my little family. We have lived in many apartments and rental properties up until this point and we have never received the professionalism and urgency to complete a task WELL as we have here. We are beyond grateful to live here and call this place home.

I’ve had a wonderful experience touring here! The apartments are spacious and well-maintained, and the amenities are top-notch. The staff is friendly and always responsive to any requests. The community feels safe, and the location is perfect. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a great place to call home!

I was looking for an apartment in the Celina area while I am deciding which neighborhood I want to build a house in. I came across this brand new apartment complex in a quiet area but access to everything! New, clean, spacious, secure, with lots of extras at no charge. Extras like washer and dryer and a large 2 car garage! Amazing! Morgan and Katelyn took care of everything and got me moved in just as planned with no unexpected issues. I highly recommend Sundance Celina if you’re in the market for a nice place! Oh, and I’ve been here 2 weeks now in the cold weather and I still haven’t turned the heater on. It has stayed between 69-72 the entire time. Very well insulated apartment!

It’s a great thing to have a great maintenance team. Our ice machine died and we had no ice. Our maintenance man Anthony took an ice maker from next store and took our out a replaced it with a full storage bin from next store. This way we had a full ice maker with ice. It’s great having a maintenance team that goes out of their way. Thanks again to Anthony.

I was drawn to the layouts of the floor plans , they resemble townhouses and have a NE coast blended with farmhouse vibe. I like the location as it is set back off DNT in the surrounding Cambridge crossing neighborhoods and next door to a working crop field. Even when the DNT gets built it will still be quiet and I can enjoy the sunsets but have local stores and HEB right down the street is awesome! Can’t wait to move here this Spring!

Morganne and Katelyn have gone above and beyond to make sure my move in experience was smooth. I moved from New Braunfels site unseen but the ladies sent me a virtual tour which helped ease my mind knowing what I would actually be moving into. Being a homeowner for over 20 years I was skeptical on renting again boy was I wrong. This place already feels like home and highly recommend Sundance!

Dillion was very nice and helpful. He was very upfront and answered any and all questions I have. Im so excited to move into my apartment they were very nice and spacious and the community it beautiful!!!!

Eli was at my door before I hit save on the work order, that’s how efficient he is! His upbeat attitude and customer service skills are on point! The property is set back in a quiet area with fields surrounding it but right off the DNT. It’s a quaint community and the build style of the buildings gives me NE Coast vibes, almost like townhomes but with tons of green space to stretch your legs! It’s a modern white farmhouse interior with upgraded ceiling fan light combos in every room! Washer&dryer included and it’s so soundproof I actually feel like I’m in the cabin of an airplane when I shut the bedroom door. The best part is how the garages and driveways were built…if you’re moving from a house and need storage don’t worry, the garage is like an apartment size in itself! The driveways are all connected between the neighboring building, so there is a huge middle area for kids to ride bikes/Play basketball and residents can congregate with their neighbors and get to know one another without having to worry about dodging cars on the main roads! The pool and outdoor lounge, grill, and fireplace are a really cool vibe! The clubhouse, gym, and billiards room are open 24/7 and feel like a swanky boutique hotel! There’s a large dog park and playground too!

The apartments are a great size and the 2 car garage is huge. I would highly recommend Sundance if you are looking for a place to live! Thank you

I had an exceptional experience with Miss, Rebecca, and Kaitlyn at Sundance Apartments. They are truly awesome! I had a lot of questions, and they did a fabulous job helping me understand what needed to be done to become a resident. Even if I don’t get approved, I will definitely pass it forward because they are truly amazing, and the office staff is very helpful and kind. I truly appreciate all their help. Thank you!

I was one of the first ones to move into the complex and have been here for a year - as I approach the end of my lease, I wanted to leave a review for future residents, and to brag on this complex and the staff!It has always been super clean, the staff has always been so accommodating, and the apartment/complex itself is just so inviting and warm!I’d really love to brag on the staff, especially Katelyn! Morgan, Rebecca, and Gail were all so great too! (I’m not sure if they’re all still here) but when they were and I needed them, they were very helpful.Katelyn, specifically, has always been so attentive and quick to help!! She really goes out of her way to help in any way she can and I’ve appreciated everything she’s done for me and my family while we lived here :) complex’s aren’t good unless they’re managed by a great team and Sundance has a GREAT team! I would definitely recommend this complex to anyone looking to find an apartment living home in Celina :)Thank you Katelyn for all you do!!!

Beautiful new property that enjoyed touring loved layout townhome style very spacious garages and extra carports, walking trails around and appreciate Kathryn and Rebecca who work on property that truly make it a community feel and listen to their residents feedback and provide a quality and fun atmosphere!

Ive been touring multiple apartments in the area to find somewhere when my current lease ends.I came across this beautiful community with the most amazing team! Upon my arrival, I was greeted by Eli, the Service Manager. He had the biggest smile on his face when greeting me and he was so kind!As I toured the property, I noticed how well-kept, clean, and beautiful it was. It was clear that Eli takes the time to make sure the property is well maintained even amid construction. Great job!I HIGHLY recommend giving this property a tour!

I was living in the state of Maryland when I began my search for new home. My family live in the area and decided to stop by Sundance for a tour. They immediately called during the tour and sent pictures. Morganne provided details and I took care of the paperwork on my end. All that was left was waiting until my trip to Celina, Tx. My road trip was long and I was able to move in a day early. My arrival was my first time here and I was blown away. I am enjoying my new home and town. Morganne is a gem! I am very happy to call Sundance my home!
