Summer well is the best place to rent, single family, very very nice community. Nice people any office, Luca is nice woman, beautiful community , beautiful school for the kids. That place is wonderful. I was very happy to meet Mrs Luca, she wonderful women she is so sweet happy women, she know are who to take care of customers. I was so happy thank you so much Mrs Luca.

I was very pleased to meet Natalia who answered all my questions and gave me all necessary information I needed regarding my interests. I was there with my three little kids, and she was very professional and patient with us. She took us to view two homes and she was very convincing as she presented the homes I even wanted to move in asap. I’m glad to have met her that afternoon she is very friendly and available to answer all questions. Thanks again Natalia hopefully my family and I will be one of you future tenants. Blessings

We had a great time visiting Summerwell Sunterra! The homes are beautiful and Natalia did an awesome job showing us around. She has a great personality and is very knowledgeable. She was just all around great to talk to. Thank you for such a great experience!

My wife, son, and I moved into Summerwell Sunterra this past weekend. The overall community is great, and the Summerwell team has been amazing to work with. Luca has been tremendous throughout the entire lease process, providing updates and getting us all squared away on move in day. The maintenance Supervisor, Johnny, is incredible! He’s quick to help out, does great work, and is friendly and professional. We look forward to calling Summerwell Sunterra home these next couple years!

I had an amazing experience at Summerwell Apartment Homes! The leasing agent (Luca) and property manager (Sarah) were absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in, they were incredibly friendly, welcoming, and made me feel right at home. As an apartment locator, they were more than happy to allow me to take some content, and they were supportive throughout the entire process. It’s clear they truly care about providing excellent service and making the community feel like a warm, inviting place to live. Highly recommend this property!

I’ve seen Summerwell Sunterra grow into such a beautiful neighborhood! The management is amazing and so are the homes! 100% would recommend to anyone thinking of relocating to the Katy area to check out Summerwell
