This place had a poor reputation for a long time, but I moved here for the convenient location and reasonable rent. Im so glad I did! Ive lived here for the last 3 years and it has been the most hassle-free and enjoyable experience I have had in an apartment. Its been under new management for a few years now and its a great place to live.Its a small complex, with the front doors inside the buildings, 8 units to each building, so you actually know your neighbors. There arent fancy amenities, but the community is friendly, the units are spacious, and Claudia (the property manager) works her butt off!Youre close to everything in Baytown, but being north of I-10, youre technically in Mont Belvieu, so you can enjoy city perks and discounts at a few places (50% off at the Country Club/Gym if thats your thing) and the town is rapidly developing, so theres always something new to try. Also, many business cater to the plant workers and keep super early hours. The breakfast taco truck next door (Cadillac Jacks) opens at 4 AM and so does the local HEB!Mostly quiet, minus the white noise from the interstate, but the proximity is nice as trips to Houston are quick and painless. You can be downtown in 30 mins. I highly recommend checking it out if you are moving to the area!

I will be moving to Baytown Texas next summer. IGoogled these apartments online. I love what I see. The units look very nice and spacious and clean. And I like that they are furnished. Rent isin my price range. And in a convenient location.Cant wait to fill out an application and see then.

From the beginning when i filled out my application, Claudia has been very helpful and made sure i understood all paperwork that i was signing. The community looks very calm and i cannot wait to move in.

I Did My Application Last Tuesday And I’m Just Waiting To Move In.. I Know It’s Just Anxiety But Not Knowing The Exact Day I Will Move IsKilling Me.. Claudia Is Very Nice & Helpful.. As Far As Now Im Still Waiting For A Response I’m So Happy And Ready To Move In. 🙄☺️
