Living here is a blessing that God did not have to give me. While I keep my apartment manageable, the trash outside of the building on Sundays is inexcusable and not due to the maintenance workers. With the new staff and maintenance workers, I have been pleased with new cabinets and electrical circuits that were out when I first arrived. Communication is effective and the environment is what you would expect with children outside playing and rooming. The adults are reasonable in my building and I appreciate the work going forward.

Been here almost three years been thru 3 mangers but we currently have a office full of divas that ROCK , I mean they are really getting things done pool hasn’t been open not once since I been here but guess what y’all the pool is open now , Y’all GO GIRLS

Great customer service, fantastic team in the office. Maintenance stays on top of work orders. And maintains the property very well.

I am a resident at stone ridge and the new assistant Manager Ms.linda she is a very great assistant manager has a great attitude and great communication. she has helped with correcting my ledger and helped with resources with getting groceries and making christmas happen for my babies !

StoneRidge Apartments are affordable and peaceful located in a nice area surrounded by walking distance food restaurants,schools,parks etc.Mrs Linda as well as the rest of the management team are great respectful staff in office.

I lived at Stoneridge for about 6 months, my experience was great with Marias help. Maria never stopped helping me and my family. Any issues was addressed immediately. Management and Maintenance crews are friendly and respectful.Do not hesitate to contact Maria, She will always do her best to help.

I moved here October 2018 when this place used to be Rosemont at Heatherbend. The new management took over almost a month ago. They changed the name and the property has been under new construction and repair since then. Its now called Stoneridge Apartments and a part of me wishes I could have stayed a bit longer to experience the good things I already see coming. But I had signed a lease elsewhere back in September. The front management answers the phone every single time I call which was not something I could say for the previous management team. The office hours changed instead of being open on Saturdays they are open earlier and longer Monday-Friday. Trash doesnt pile up along the dumpsters like it used to. I see some of the same maintenance crew but new ones as well and they are always out in different buildings. Which means that they are actually getting work orders completed. Maria the manager was very sweet and understanding she is in her office every time I walk in there. The rest of the staff is also very good. This place has so much potential and they have done more in one month than the other company did in the 11 that I lived here which is why they deserve 5 stars.

New management is cleaning up the property and it looks way nicer. They have added more lighting all around the complex,which the previous management(rosemont) didnt even care to address the issue and now it feels safer. They have added a gate door that leads directly to the elementary which is very convenient for the children. Im hoping the pool will be open this summer since the last management failed to open at all summer 2019. Over all Im impressed how quickly this new management turned around the property in a positive way.

Since new management has taken over, great apartments to live in. Great prices, well kept, nice, spacious floorplans, best cheapest apartments. Management is awesome and let me not forget the maintenance is super attentive to your units needs. They fulfill everything right away or in the timeliest manner to make sure your stay is welcoming and comfortable. Highly recommend.

The best management we ever seen since 2015. The is the cheapest apartments in Austin, Pflugerville or Round Rock. You never regret to live here anymore after the new management took over. we strongly recommend it.

Looks like to me new management is getting rid of the unwanted residents and making room for ones who enjoy strict management to keep the environment clean and safe. One stars prob ones who dont like upgrades and safety.
