I have been looking at apartments for WEEKS. When I came into the office for my scheduled tour, I felt immediately welcomed by McKenzi and she was prepared to show me around. She took her time to walk me through the entire unit and around the complex. She answered all of my questions without me even having to ask them. Immediately after, she sent me the quote with additional information and the application process went smoothly. McKenzi communicated with me the entire time, answering questions and letting me know when other documents were needed. I am so grateful for her help and Iβm very excited to move here! -

I moved into Stonegate after living in my own house in the country for 18 years. I was a little bit apprehensive about apartment living but this has been an amazing experience from day one. Itβs quiet. They take care of the lawns and keep them mowed immediately as needed. Anything I need they take care of immediately! Charity and Whitney are they best. This is an amazing place to be!!! -

The ladies I talked to in the office were so amazing at getting us all the information we needed about the units and just made the whole leasing process so much easier for a first time renter like me. They were quick at processing our application and getting us in our unit. Overall they were such a big help and the nicest. -

My son lived at Stonegate Apartments for almost two years while stationed at Dyess Air Force Base. One night before leaving for a 7-day operation with his unit he took his laundry down to the laundry room and unfortunately fell asleep once he put them in the dryer. When he woke up the next morning and went to retrieve his laundry, it was gone. I contacted the rental office for my son (he couldnt because he had to leave with his unit) and the very nice lady that answered the phone said she would look into it. Later that day she called me back and told me that she had sent out a mass email to all tenants about the incident and that someone responded that they had accidently taken the wrong clothes out of the dryer and brought them to the rental office. I was amazed at the above and beyond efforts. She could have easily blown me off and said tough luck, sir. My son experienced similar service whenever he needed anything from the rental office. Maintenance was also always right on time and expertly done. They also do a great job keeping the complex neat, tidy, and secure (my son always felt safe while living there).I would highly recommend Stonegate Apartments to friends or family. -

Love how spacious these apartments are. I have no problems getting around with my walker. Itβs quiet here; Iβm never disturbed by noise from the neighbors. Maintenance has responded quickly and efficiently with any requests that have been made. Office staff is approachable and professional. I donβt have any complaints and would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay. -

My boyfriend and I worked closely with the staff at their leasing office. Everyone was very professional, friendly, timely, and very easy to work with and answered all of our questions and helped us out to find a unit that fit our needs. We love the property and the staff here. -

The move in process was very easy. The apartment that we had rented was completely ready and looked great. We have lived here 8 months now and we are thrilled we choose Stonegate as our new home! We would recommend this lovely community to any family or friends. -

The staff is very friendly. The maintenance response is extremely quick and gives incredible customer service. Conveniently located to public transportation and Scarborough park. With an amazingly helpful staff and knowledgeable maintenance I couldnt choose to live anywhere else.. I am very impressed with this place. Its been an amazing experience living here so far. -

I absolutely love that part of the utilities are included. Im near transportation which was a must for me. Most of all I am so happy that my 50lb fur baby was accepted here. I looked at other places that restricted the weight to a much smaller dog. I guess you can tell I am happy living at Stonegate. -

The community is well maintained without any pests or roach issues. There is a dedicated play ground for the kids which is fantastic. I love that the fittness area is open all of the time so I can work out when I want or need too. -

Great place! Very nice! Quiet complex! Only con is on resident has junk on front porch lets their dog run loose and poop everywhere while he sits on front porch and watches his dog poop all over the area and doesnβt clean it up! Gross the complex has a dog park and equipment to clean up the dog poop! -

Im happy that they offer carports to rent for a reasonable price. Its good to have your own covered parking. A lot of other properties dont have this option. This was a huge deal for me when I was looking for my place. -

My girlfriend and I approached Kelly and let her know what size apartment we wanted, she was very helpful and specific on what we needed to have done in order to get into our apartment. That night we did our application, the next day Kelly made us aware of our approval and we now move in our new apartment the 15th. Couldnt be any happier than what we are now with Stonegate Apartments. Thank you Stonegate, but more importantly thank you Kelly!!! -
