Dusty and Desirae have been great since I have moved, actually the entire staff has been great! I had a list of some minor maintenance items that needed to be looked at. Oscar showed up with my to do list and completed them all in one visit and in one hour. I really like living at Stone Loch, I feel safe and a great location.

Stone Loch is a wonderful apartment complex in the Tomball area, complete with all the upscale amenities, plus a convenient location near HEB, shopping complexes, and local schools.I have lived at this complex for over a year and it’s been great. It is a very safe and clean environment. Anytime there are any concerns or questions the front desk team has been responsive and very professional. They take pride in keeping it nice here.The maintenance team here is amazing. They fix any and every work order I put in, and things get fixed quickly.If you read a bad review chances are people either don’t follow the rules, or they are looking for something to complain about.The team here goes above and beyond to make this a remarkable place to live. I am very happy to call Stone Loch my home.

I’ve been living in this apartment community for 6 months now, and I couldn’t be happier! The atmosphere is nice and quiet, making it a perfect place to relax after a long day. My neighbors are so kind that it really shows the type of vibe this community attracts.I want to give a special shoutout to Adriana and Marissa at the front desk. They are always so sweet and helpful, going above and beyond to ensure residents feel welcome and supported. Their positive attitude and considerate attitude truly makes a difference!Overall, I highly highly highly recommend this apartment for anyone looking for a place where they feel like their money is well spent! Dusty was the most professional, pleasant, realistic, and helpful leasing professional I have ever had the pleasure of working with. She gave me multiple options and provided all of the information (good and less good) that I needed to make an informed decision. She was up front about the parking situation that is so prevalent in these reviews so that I was prepared. Most importantly, she matched my energy! Though I have not had the chance to use the amenities, they are BEAUTIFUL, and the property is extremely well maintained. All of the office staff has been friendly, and I am most grateful!!!

I went apartment hunting all day but nothing matched or measured up to this place. Along with their staff. Everyone was super welcoming but especially Dusty! She went above and beyond for me. She made me feel right at home, explained everything with a smile. Held my hand during a new chapter in my life. I just loved the whole experience. The apartments seem safe for a single mom like myself. I can’t wait to create new memories with my babies here.

The staff & management at Stone Loch are among the most caring attentive staff Ive personally worked with. I work with many, so believe me when I say it is somewhat rare. This staff is friendly & genuinely care about their residents quality of life & enjoy their work.It was truly my pleasure to have worked with them! We moved here in June and we are loving it. The staff are friendly and helpful. We viewed so many apartments and none came close to Stone Loch. You just feel at home here. Whenever we have any issue, maintenance sorts it out the same day. Love everyone working here. Best place to live!

I’ve been a resident of this community for almost a year and I’ve been very impressed with the management staff and how they treat their residents. Dusty has now on two occasions gone above and beyond for me, once to scan a document and the other to go through all the parcel lockers to find my package that was supposed to be delivered to my doorstep. She did this all with a smile on her face and such a great, positive attitude. Thank you Dusty for your kindness!!

Hands down the best apartment I have ever stayed in. Where can I start? Each staff member is friendly & welcoming. There are an abundance of amenities from the pool, virtual golf, gym, etc. It’s also a non smoking complex. Before my husband & I decided to relocate, Stone Loch was the first & last apartment to tour. Sarah gave an excellent tour & we fell in love instantly. If you’re looking for a quality & luxury apartment Stone Loch is it. Maintenance is also excellent from keeping the community clean to fixing appliances.

We moved here September 2023. While we had a few hiccups with our move in process, Rachel and Adriana were very quick to address the issues and not only made everything right for us, but made them even better! I would definitely recommend speaking with the office if you have an issue. They are eager & responsive to help. We really appreciate you ladies and your team, thank you!! 🙏🏼✨We’ve put in a couple of work orders so far and they were taken care of right away. We love that the grounds are kept clean & beautiful. And the 2 bedroom floor plan we have is very spacious so we love it! All in all, we are happy to be here and hope things continue to go well! ☺️---🌟 *UPDATE* From 4 stars to 5 stars!!! 🌟We have been here one year now and love our home & community. We signed a renewal for another year. I have to commend the ladies in the office- Adrianna, Dusty & Maressa! They always go above and beyond for their residents and have each assisted us in some way. Adrianna is the property manager and has especially made us feel valued and comfortable here with her warm personality. Specifically, I want to applaud Dusty for making my move-in super smooth on two days when she was managing the front office all by herself. I’ve lived in a ton of apartment complex communities and this place has by far exceeded my expectations in the one year I have lived here. Dusty and Adriana go above and beyond with EVERY request and make me and my husband feel like family. Beautiful grounds, spacious luxury living, amazing customer service. What’s not to love?

I have lived here for 1 1/2 years at time of review, here are my perspectives on what appear to be misplaced complaints and the facilities / personnel overall.Parking -I see a large majority of issues with the complex as parking complaints. It seems that people dont enjoy the use of their legs and feet, as there is adequate parking on site, you just may have to walk a few hundred feet instead of 10. The overall theme seems to be that these are just lazy complaints; the staff does a respectable job of enforcing towing and sends out monthly visitor parking instructions.Staff -The staff are all very professional, and approach conversation with the same respect that they are given, as they should. Lapses in communication seem to happen when tenants dont apply an elementary level of speech, and decide to yell and complain loudly, as apposed to respectfully inquiring. Disgruntled tenants appear after breaking rules or being cited for violating lease agreements, not due to the management.Facilities -The pool, fitness area, common building, and dog park are all well - maintained and regular updates are sent out to notify tenants if their use is going to be paused due to maintenance actions or other issues that arise. The Parcel system may be suited to those that dont want packages sitting on their doorstep, but I would personally recommend not using it, as it is often full and youll get them in front of your door anyways.Grounds -The grounds are regularly maintained by a third party, who does a good job of wrapping up in one day when on site. They are not active during absurd hours, and will be considerate if you are walking past or in the proximity of their work.Neighbors -I personally havent had any issues with my neighbors ( I am what people would call a disgruntled veteran and I tend to avoid others ), most everyone in the complex keeps to themselves and noise levels have not been an issue in the 1 1/2 years I have lived here. It is a common occurrence to have to wait for individuals going over the speed bumps at 2 or 3 miles per hour: this is because they have no idea how vehicular suspension works, but it isnt an every day problem. The speed limit is 10 mph and driving over the speedbumps (Which are graded for passage at 10 mph) will not damage your vehicle or cause issues with the suspension.In conclusion, these are the best apartments that I have lived in. They are well taken care of and very safe (There is a large population of veterans and law enforcement that live here). The staff is friendly and maintenance requests never seem to sit for longer than 24 hrs. Most of the negative reviews seem to come from individuals that were denied leases due to inadequate income or those mentioned earlier that break rules and are held accountable. If you have a reasonable amount of communication skills, basic situational awareness, and the ability to follow rules youll be just fine. Would recommend.

Assistance manager, Dusty, is super kind and helpful. Parking can be limited but it all depends on time of day. Overall, I’ve enjoyed my stay.

Just WOW!! I was supposed to move in 2 days to a different complex but they were extremely unprofessional and had absolutely no way to contact them. I decided to just look for another apartment and found Stone Loch. When I tell you Dusty has been AMAZING!! She helped me get approved and was so understanding and patient even though I called like a million times with random questions lol. I can’t wait to move in!

Honestly, I’m not even sure where to start. Everyone that you encounter from the time you walk in during the tour and even after such beautiful souls. Sarah was amazing and although I have not leased YET She would be the main reason I would return to lease. The grounds were kept beautifully so you can tell they care about their community. As we were touring, Sarah was able to speak to residents by their name and that is a huge plus for me because that shows that they are not only attentive to the community, but the residents within. Thank you so much for the overall great experience. I honestly cannot wait to become a resident in the future!

I have lived in my share of apartments through the years, and this complex is by far the BEST managed! Go and see Adriana, Sarah, Maressa or Dusty for your rental needs. I realize rental housing is expensive these days, but you get what you pay for with Stone Loch. The amenities are a huge plus and the landscaping is very manicured at all times. The leasing office is good about planning fun events for the tenants AND sending out friendly reminders regarding everything from keeping the property clean, to etiquette at the pool. I also appreciate the security gates and the app required to get in to the fitness center, mail room, etc.The location of this complex is also a plus. You will be right by the Grand Parkway, near HEB and a CVS.I have been to the pool several times and very pleased at how maintained it is, along with the entire property.Go see one of the girls above for a pleasant rental experience, from start to finish. You will not be disappointed!

I have lived at Stone Loch for about two years and I can truly say this is the best complex I have lived at. The units are nice, and grounds are kept nice, and the staff has always been so helpful to me.Rachel has personally helped me with any issues I’ve ever had the past couple of years and has always put my mind at ease when something wasn’t going right. Any time I’ve ever had a complaint or issue it was addressed and handled right away. I will forever appreciate her and her quickness to help.

Were happy here! Amenities are nice, people are nice. My boys both left scooters in different spots on the property by accident on different days, and nobody took them! Parking can definitely be annoying, but weve gotten used to it. All of the staff are kind. The pool/pool area is great.

Ive been at Stone Loch for two years now, and its been an awesome experience. There are some ups and downs, like any community, but what makes this place special is the management team. Rachel, our manager, is incredible. Shes super responsive and gets things done. Adriana and Sarah are so friendly and always go the extra mile to help out and keep the community running smoothly.The maintenance team deserves a shout-out too. Theyre on top of things and do great work. You can tell they take pride in what they do, and it makes living here really enjoyable.Another thing that stands out is how well they keep the common areas, like the gym and pool, in excellent condition. Always clean and well-maintained.

I have lived at Stoneloch for three years, and cannot say enough good things about this property and the management. Not only are the apartments beautiful with stunning finishes, but the pool and amenities are fantastic as well. As a realtor in the area, I am familiar with most of the apartment properties in the area, and this is by far the most reasonably priced for the amount of square footage and upgrades. Adriana and Rachel, the assistant manager and manager, are beyond amazing and have been so wonderful to work with. The grounds are beautifully kept, and the maintenance requests are promptly resolved.

As I go into my third year at Stone Loch (October 2020 was my initial move in date) I really have zero complaints and God willing, will be renewing my lease again. Adrianna, was my leasing agent during this time. I am happy to hear that she is now stepped into a managerial role with Rachel. Both Rachel and Adrianna continue to exceed my expectations as resources of our community and transparent host. I cannot speak on parking, because early on I decided to rent space. What I can speak on is the staff and overall safety of this community. Maintenance is quick, efficient, and polite. I sincerely believe that the front office staff does a great job with being transparent and truthful about what goes on with community issues (eg. parking, gates, safety, and complaints) I have had my share of incidents. I feel like Rachel is very hands on with our community and has been the same way since the hard freeze of February 2021, when the staff passed out dinner and checked on every resident during the black out. Or when she offers help to residents who are struggling to pack their groceries up three flights of stairs. Or the events that Rachel and Adrianna host through out the year just to check in with residents. Those are things as a community that should be taken into consideration as well, those are things that the staff at Stone Loch can actually control. Overall, the apartments are well kept, safe and beautiful and the front office does their best to keep residents informed even in tough situations.

Sad we are leaving! (We are moving to the other side of Houston for work) It’s been great here. While I do understand some of the negative comments as they were issues in the past…I will say two things; things have drastically improved and that’s because yes, the manager is FIRM. If you take that as rude, disrespectful or anything else negative I’d say that’s a personal issue and you need to toughen up, buttercup. There are no grey areas when it comes to managing an entire property and because of her approach, this is a great place to live. Perfect location, quiet, direct access to the highway and the amenities are amazing. Adriana is so sweet and has always been so very helpful and quick to respond to anything you need. The staff is WONDERFUL, including maintenance and the groundskeepers! We enjoyed our time here.- The Emile Family!

I lived at Stoneloch for 14 months. I was really going through a dark time in my life and Rachel and the ladies in the office were AMAZING. They didn’t know it but I have no complaints about the management. Rachel is a excellent property manager. My only compliant is the parking but that is not the ladies in the office fault, it is more of the design layout. Honestly the best solution if you move in is to get a garage or carport. Other than than the good amenities, clean property, nice apartment, and good complex. I resided on the 3rd floor so no issues for noise.****FOR ANY COMMENTS about Rachel being racist…that is NOT TRUE at all. I am a African American woman and she has shown me and my family kindness and even the ladies at the office. I remember there was a issue with delivery, the ladies in the office opened up the entire mailboxes in the mailbox room to check and see if my package was delivered. They always speak, I even saw Rachel at HEB and she spoke. So I am not sure what anyone is saying…. I think maybe at times with the fast movements of being a property manager and all that comes with that, she may have had stress but racist no. I have even seen her get other people’s residents off the school bus before. I am not saying this to discredit anyone, but I think sometimes people use the “racist” card so quickly when that is not the case.

Stone Loch has been a great experience for me! The apartments themselves are sooo nice, the amenities are amazing I especially love the pool. The management is the best!! Whenever I need something taken care of they are on it immediately. I’ve stayed at other apartments around here and nothing compares to Stone Loch. If you are looking for a peaceful place that you can enjoy that is family oriented, Stone Loch is the perfect fit, it was for me!!

My husband and I moved here in 2020 when the complex just opened. We been here since and now are in a 2 bedroom. Weve enjoyed the complex well and management has always been responsive. Rachel has been attentive since day 1! She has accommodated to all our needs and has always fixed any problem weve had. Parking can be an issue as theres so many residents but if you follow the rules there shouldnt be any problems. We will be sad once its time to purchase our home since weve been so comfortable with our living space. 100% Recommend!

Just want to update my review. Been living here now, for 2 years and its still great. Very polite and amazing people, specifically Rachel. I dont understand the reviews about labeling her or the staff as racist people. I believe its just people who cant get it there way and decide to make unnecessary reviews like that. This apartment complex is outstanding and has great amenities. Maintenence crew is great also. Wish people would be more respectful towards the ladies at the front office. Ive seen myself how some people treat them and disgusting how some people think its okay to treat and say bad stuff to them. At the end of the day its a great place to live. Keep up the great work 👍. I would highly recommend living at this apartment complex. The management is truly incredible! Rachel the manager & Adriana the assistant manager are so incredibly kind & helpful! My husband & I lived here for over a year & a half & never had an issues! I always felt safe, had great neighbors & overall had an amazing experience here! If we wouldn’t of bought a house we would’ve definitely resigned our lease! The complex is always very clean. The maintenance men are extremely respectful, kind & always did a great job! Along with their response time was fast acting. 10/10 place to live!

I moved in 3 months, loving it! The management has been nothing but helpful, they were such an immense help with my move in (moving from Canada to the US and doing everything thru email was a pain but Adriana, Sarah and Rachel made it as seamless as possible). The grounds and common areas are always maintained, maintenance is always quick to resolve issues and walking around the grounds at night, so peaceful :)

Marc’ceesha, Rachel, and the rest of management team here are great. Me and my husband just moved in beginning of December and we are really happy with how peaceful it is. I love the quality of the apartment’s and how attentive the team is about their work space/ service.The parking seems to be an issue for most, but I find that the complex just wasn’t built big enough for the parking spaces it needs. Hopefully that changes. Otherwise, so far, this is a great place to be. We like it!!

The 2 years we have lived here the staff has always been helpful with all the ways to make the residents feel like home. The staff is kind and courteous. I suggest we have more get togethers like the movies or pool parties that is always a great way to meet neighbors and make a closer community. The only downside is parking is a bad problem cause if you get home after 6PM parking is always hard to find. I suggest that you purchase the lot to the east of complex and build more parking and garages. Please keep up the good work and praise your employees daily to keep up the great customer service. Also, the ones that keep breaking the gates hold them accountable for the damage.

I recently had the pleasure of working with one of the most impressive staff I have ever encountered. From the moment I walked into the apartment complex, I was greeted with warmth and professionalism that set the tone for my entire experience.Sarah was able to answer all of my questions and provide me with detailed information about the available units. I work from home and spend most of my time in our apartment, and cant complain. The amenities are great; the only improvements I would ask for are a better kids play area, and a better remote receptor for the entry gates.I would recommend living here.

Our experience here was great! I am not sure why some of the other reviews are overly critical. Everyone has bad days, this last year and a half has been trying for many of us. Any apartment you go to.. you can find something that you dont like. The office staff was courteous and professional. Rachel gave us a tour and took care of our application. She was thorough and took time to answer our questions. We didnt have any negative experiences with any of the employees. Due to unforeseen circumstances we ended up having to change our plans. If the need was to ever arise, I would have no problem returning to this property.

I’ve been here since June 2021 and love love the property and what it brings to me aesthetically but have to admit that it was a rocky road mid-lease with staff, parking issues, and guest issues. I attempted to move and when asked why, I told them the truth. Spoke with the manager who was super awesome in wanting to make right all that was wrong. With her efforts and communication I signed a new lease. She worked diligently to ensure I was happy able to move a month earlier without penalty. I changed my mind of which unit to move in to several times and not once did her or staff falter or grow weary in helping me. The new staff and management have heard us and are on it. I truly appreciate them all! I thank them all for bringing back the reason I chose to stay here in the first place. 😁

We have now lived here 3 mths and it’s flown by. We moved from out of state and knew nothing about the area. We have family in Texas but they live in different areas which made it hard to zoom in on a certain area. We stumbled on Stone Loch and talk with Keisha. She made us feel like we would do just fine here! And we have, Rachel and the rest of the crew along with Keisha have made us feel like we have a home in area that we feel so lost in. The apartments are safe, clean, and any issues are handled right away. There are a lot of families here! It’s pets friendly.. oh and it doesn’t hurt that it’s in a top rated school district(Klein). Close to new shops and everything you need..Update.. we moved out and it was a positive experience. It was our choice to buy a house, while living there we never felt unsafe or had any major issues. These review about parking are mostly overblown. If you don’t follow the rules yes your car will be towed.. just follow the rules.. the reviews about grounds being dirty is also simply not true. I moved here knowing very little about Texas and nothing about the area and I’m so glad we landed here! You will be too.

The apartments and prices are wonderful, amenities are well cared for. There is zero parking, parking is horrible. If you’re not home by 4, good luck. I worked from home and more often than not had to hoof it across the complex. The dog park was smaller than we’d hoped for and a group of pets and their owners take it over in the evening and it creates a commotion if you walk your pets near it with barking. There was minimal crime, but there was issues with the neighboring complex hopping the fence to use amenities. The pool during the summer is a younger crowd who drink and listen to music but are really respectful and was one of the few complexes I knew my neighbors. After move out, it did take months to get our deposit back and there were the current tenants listed on our check which made it a hassle to deposit. As far as apartment living goes, we really enjoyed it here for the quality and the area.

Ive stayed here for about a year at this point and decided to leave a fair review after seeing all the 1 stars.The apartment complex is nice and has been just as nice since I moved in. Any issues that I have had whether theres been leaks, exterminor, A/C, or damages, they have all been fixes in 1 to 2 days.The parking has been the only problem that I have encountered while staying at the apartment complex and the reason why I cant give 5 stars.Ive attempted to get a private parking space but Im normally told by the leasing office that theyll look into it but normally dont receive a response.While speaking with the leasing office in person I have never had any issues but like other reviews I have called and left messages only to not reach anyone unless I call at the right time.Gate 1 has been down a lot recently due to cars speeding through and breaking them regularly. I cant fault the complex for that as the gate was being broken by guests on a constant basis. (I will say going all the way around the complex through gate 2 did get annoying.)All and all Im happy so far and do plan to renew my lease hopefully the parking get resolved at some point but its an issue at just about every apartment complex.

This community is absolutely gorgeous! I searched for the perfect place for my son, and this was a gem. The property has beautiful grounds and resort style pool. Location is great with easy access to city or The Woodlands. Property is like little vacay with indoor golf simulator and very nice business center with lounge areas for working at home or for small business meetings. The fitness facilities are state of the art and no need for gym membership anymore. The interiors are stunning with quartz countertops, stainless appliances, and the great open chef style kitchens! My son cant wait to cook and entertain here. Rachel was amazing and informative on the community and the customer service here and attention to detail gets an A +! Definitely will recommend friends and family here.

First and foremost, if you like boogie… IT WILL HIT ALL THE MARKS. The gym- is the biggest gym that I have ever toured (and I am all for fitness and space)!The person that helped us was Marc’ceesha! She literally made our tour so much better! We asked her a million and one questions and she was very detailed in explaining EVERYTHING! LITERALLY EVERYTHING!I’m all about customer service, because that is extremely important to me. What really stood out was a lady came into the office and had questions, and Marc’ceesha addressed her when the other associate didn’t and walked right passed her. That really spoke volumes!My only thing is parking- it doesn’t look that spacious and she did mention that the parking got a little better. But I’m sure it is recommended that you get a pass. The only bad thing is people come over, their car has to be registered which seemed like a strain :/Everything else tho, 10/10 it was BEAUTIFUL!

I live in this complex . i have been here for about 4 months . Community is good . Management is fantastic ,the amenities here are great ,has a gym , great pool , and if you have a pet it’s a great environment . The only thing i don’t like about here ,is that the parking is so BAD .They do have a car port they offer but want extra cash just to park your car and they also have a garage but thats even more than the car port . So you barely have people in the car port or the garages are taken so to find a parking spot is SO!! BAD !! reminder place is great . but parking is the worst so get here at 6 PM . if not good luck finding a close parking spot to your apartment.

My name is James Paterno and I moved into StoneLoch apartments October 2021, and after I moved in I wrote a review where I tore this place up and the reason I felt that way is because the owners when I moved in and the management team didn’t tell you a bunch of stuff and I almost felt like I had been conned….. then StoneLoch got sold and a new complex manager came on along with new maintenance personnel etc. and it has been a night and day difference in a good way….. Rachel and her team care about this place and do their best to address any problems and concerns that we as residents have and she also gets stuff fixed quicker than anywhere I have lived before… I’d had a couple of maintenance issues and every time I have called someone has been there within the hour and out of the three times I’ve had to call about stuff all of them have been outside normal working hours……. The maintenance team are friendly and pleasant and knowledgeable and so are the office staff in the gym and pool are really nice….. To me a lot of apartments are pretty similar and what makes this place better is the quality of the staff both administrative and maintenance
