Amy Moya has been exceptional, compassionate, and kind during my mom’s declining health. Amy went above and beyond to check on my mom .Additionally, she made sure to come and pick up her rent whenever she had significant restrictions, preventing any late payments. Which was reassuring since I live in Dallas.

I lived at Stone Chase Apartments for two years and have to say it was the best experience I have ever had living in an apartment! The office staff is so friendly and accommodating and always made me feel like I was at home. I only had to request the services of maintenance on a few occasions for minor things, but when I did, they always showed up quickly and resolved the issue in one visit. Great guys. I loved my apartment and will miss my time there, but I would tell anyone looking for an apartment in this area not to sleep on Stone Chase. Excellent experience all around!

The maintenance team are awesome. Always eager to help and fix any problem no matter the size. Compared to my previous apartment complex in Austin, the front desk and maintenance were not that great and had so many issues. It’s a breath of fresh air living here. Front desk helps with what they can and maintenance is so eager to help. I love it. You get the norm environment of living in apartment complex (hearing neighbors etc) but it’s never been a problem. My stay has been very pleasant. You will always have problems or hiccups every where you go but at least stone chase is quick to give an honest and sincere response to any issues, & tries to resolve as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Stone Chase apartments are close to I35 on the North East side of San Antonio are some of the nicest apartments. The staff are very accommodating Aimee is the best and very caring about her tenants. She is always there for her guests. Kudos to those employees that work there. If there is anything we need they are there for support. Everything is treated like a priority. Thanks Stone Chase.

I lived here for two years and would have stayed for three if I hadnt had to move out of San Antonio, but this is by far my favorite apartment. Its super quiet, and the front office is fantastic. Amy and Anthony will help you out with all your apartment questions and needs, and Stone Chase has a marvelous relaxing pool. When it comes to maintenance, Jeff and Frank are the best. I would advise anyone considering moving here to do so. If I ever return, I will definitely return to these wonderful apartments.

It was a great apartment for me and my husband and our newborn. However She is going on 3 now and we grew out of space with her so we will be moving. The office staff has always been helpful. Amy through out our years being here has been super professional and on top of things. Jeff in maintenance is super cool and knows what he’s doing and we are really gonna miss that guy lol! Work orders get done super fast like either the same day almost immediately or the next day if it’s not too urgent. The layout is nice and parking has gotten way better!! They really do try to keep everything as nice as they can, and this is coming from a couple who has re signed leases since August of 2017. By the way the two bed two bath are nice. The kitchens are bigger it was going to be our go to but we found a house ❤️ Thanks stone chase aside from the things that were out of your control you guys truly have made an apartment experience the greatest of any apartment I’ve ever had.

I love these apartments because the office staff Anthony and Amy they both help you and the maintenance crew. I like how you can put a reqest in thur the mobile app or by logging in instead of calling or going to the office. The pool is always clean and me my son and my brother been here for two years now.

Lived here a few months now, and so far not very many issues. They finally opened the pool back up after being closed for a few months for maintenance. The staff is really helpful, and the main maintenance man is awesome! Ive never had to wait more than a day for a request to get finished. I was excited about the dog park upon moving in, but in all honesty I wouldnt let my dogs in there. No one picks up after their dog so its pretty nasty in there. The apartments look nice, but like another reviewer stated they were renovated and some things look half-@$$ed. The cabinets ARE painted over, but it really doesnt bother me. You cant really tell unless you are up close and personal. The kitchen is nice and has new appliances, its also amazing that the apartments come with washer and dryers already with each unit so you dont have to go to a laundry Mat or laundry room. The surrounding area isnt the BEST but the complex is quiet enough. Its located near a lot of different things. Fort Sam is a 10-15 minute drive depending on where you are going, there are grocery stores nearby and also a lot of good restaurants. Its close to i35 and 410 as well which is nice. Overall Ive had a pleasant experience staying here, and Im hoping its just as pleasant when I move out.

After a lot of careful research I chose this place. The area. The price. The reviews. The quality. The pool. The dog park. It all met my needs. Right from the start I felt at home with the staff and area. I feel very safe here. It’s nice and quiet and maintenance is very good! The grass is kept cut. The dog park clean and stocked with bags. The pool area is clean and very nice! Overall I’ve noticed it’s extremely quiet. Doesn’t seem to be a lot of kids. Honestly I’ve seen none. Mostly older military people with their doggies. Love this place. I feel so safe and cozy. As long as it stays the way it is now I can see myself here for a very long time! I can’t thank all the staff enough for making this experience a great one!

I enjoyed living here! Its quiet, safe, (gated) and if the gate ever malfunctioned they quickly repaired it. We never had any issues hearing neighbors, or any of the issues I read on other complexes reviews. Maintenance is prompt, polite, professional and always available whether how minor! Staff is always polite and helpful! I chose to live here based on their excellent reviews and did not regret moving here. The residents are working, professional, and a mix of all ages. One thing I do have to mention is that even if you leave your unit spotless they will make up an imagery stain or 2 and charge you a bogus $96 dollars for nothing upon move out.

So yeah, the water thing happened. It was out for three days. But the office had bottles and gallons of water for any resident to pick up. Yes we pay a lot of money to live here but let me tell you. I have never felt more safe in an apartment complex. It’s quiet. It’s pretty. The office staff is amazing and have always been available to answer questions or work with me or help where they could. I have been a super proud resident for almost 5 years and have no real intention of leaving. Every year they get better. There were some growing pains sure, but the complex itself was old as was the plumbing. Do you even know what happened? Did you ask? Did you see the giant hole in the parking from the multiple ruptured lines that had to be repaired. I don’t think the office was none to happy about the plumbers leaving early either. Would you be if you knew you had face angry residents with no chill?? The office staff has always been amazing and responsive. The comments about Jeff are right on the mark, he’s super efficient and takes time to make sure you understand what they and why and what the next steps are if any. I love this place.

We are a local public school district that has international teachers joining our community, and Anthony has supported their transition with such equity and care. He is very good at what he does and represents the apartment complex very well. Thank you Anthony for being a community partner to us, we are eternally grateful to you!

The staff here is great. They do anything and everything to make sure you have a good experience. They really work with you if you have any problems. The maintenance team is very very responsive as well. The pool is nice too. The only drawbacks are people not picking up after their dogs. I think it would help if there were doggy bag dispensers around the property. The only other thing is the stray cats that sometimes come in and the fact there is carpet instead of tile or wood floors, though i was aware of the carpet moving in of course. Overall I would definitely recommend these apts . The staff make it a great place to live.

Beautiful property, both inside and out. Very nice amenities inside, making it look classy instead of cheap. Staff are very nice and helpful, especially maintenance. They are quick to meet needs in the event something needs to be addressed. The prices could be slightly cheaper, but overall it is a good deal for what they have provided. The four stars given below are only due to the fact that we have had some thieves steal off back porches, particularly those on the ground floor. This has happened multiple times to myself and to some of my neighbors. Other than this, the property does feel secure and safe.

Lived here for a solid year and overall, a really great experience. The community is decent, apartment was clean when I moved in, and moving out is not a hassle. It’s close to a lot of restaurants and stores, and easy access to the freeways. The front office staff is super awesome and responsive. Small maintenance issues were often, as expected for relatively old buildings, but Jeff was on it within the next day and got things fixed quickly.The only nuisance, if anything, is there are stray cats on the property. It’s gotten to the point where I’ve seen kittens running around, and cats just laying together on the street or on top of people’s cars. So if you’re not a fan of stray animals, have a dog that hates cats/loves chasing cats, or you’re allergic, I would highly encourage you to look somewhere else.

I loved this community due to both Amy(leasing) and Jeff(maintenance) being amazing. I lived here for four years and was sad to leave due to relocation opportunity. Not only did they always treat me with the the utmost respect, they had great professionalism and were both sweethearts. Amy was always quick to respond when I had an inquiry and Jeff was amazing at the quick turn around in any repairs I had. I truly respect them and always will. Thank you both, please do not be a stranger.

Front desk staff are awesome - most of my interactions have been with Janette, who is super nice. Maintenance requests are timely. Everything has been pretty easy going.That said, the walls are reeeally thin. Living on the first floor, I can hear _every_ footstep from my neighbors above. They arent heavy, and this isnt an exaggeration. I would highly suggest renting a 2nd floor unit if you decide to move here. Besides that, I dont have any complaints.

Just moved out after living here for over a year, and it’s honestly one of the best complexes I have lived in. Anthony and Amy are great in the front office, never rude and always try their hardest to satisfy their residents. Maintenance team is always on point with work orders and whatever they can repair themselves. Yes, the plumbing is old and has it’s issues, but none of that is the staffs fault, it doesn’t happen too often, and they still do their best in notifying the community and getting it all fixed in a timely manner. The winter storm was a mess all over town and most people were without water for an extensive amount of time, but staff here reacted upon the issue quickly and accommodated to the residents with water for our toilets and bottled water for drinking/cooking, even when water was super scarce to come by. There is sort of a stray cat issue, but staff always makes sure to stay on top of this and ensures none of the residents could possibly be making it worse. I’m not going to knock off any stars for these issues since they’re not at all the staffs fault, and they always do their best to fix the issues, they’re doing their jobs just like most of us are and can only do so much! I really wish I could’ve stayed, but with the prices increasing with the market, I just couldn’t afford it any longer. I enjoyed my stay and recommend it to anyone else looking in the area with the right amount in their wallets! They sometimes have events at the office and food trucks after office hours! (Y’all should do this more often btw lol) By far the best complex in the area!PS. Anthony, you literally saved my butt towards the end, I’m forever grateful for you making this move out process so much easier and stress free for us

Apartments are well taken care off and staff are very friendly. Only reason I don’t give it a 5 star is cause there are additional hidden fees that you will find out once you are signing the lease. For example the $50 non-refundable gate fee which you still have to return once you are moving out. I got 2 which =$100.

I have lived in these apartment for three turn overs. Each time something get better but we also loose something like the hot tub due to the temporary residents we had a one time. It is easily accessible to schools, shopping, dental and doctors office. The office workers are ok for the best part. I would recommend these apartments to someone looking for a place.

I have been here two years, and want to point out that Amy Moya (management)and Jeff Hahn (maintenance) are the best. They are both fast to respond to request. Customer Service is outstanding, you couldnt ask for a better team. Not sure what they pay them but they should be getting paid more. They go beyond job description to take of the residents when a request is made then follow up. I believe this team is what makes this community run so smooth. Its just a added bonus that its close, everything.

Great 2 bedroom 2 bath apartment. Never saw any of the other models but the open floor plan is really nice. The recently renovated apartment helped in picking this place. The comments about the water being turned off are true but anomalies happen. That was out of the complexes hands since someone tried hanging a picture in their home and burst a pipe. If you are military check this place out and see if it meets you taste and proximity to work. The three people who worked in the office since I lived there were competent and professional. Any issues I had with the place I could contact them and let them know or put in a work order. Jeff was the main maintenance man while I was there, and boy did he work his tail off fixing all of our work orders and easy to talk to. Just do not be weird and go knock on his door to have an issue fix that is the wrong way to do business. He knows that property very well and will definitely keep himself employed based on his abilities to bad he could not come with to the new neighborhood. Went to one of the property get togethers and it helped to know who was living in the community and what was going on. Very close proximity to Walmart and HEB( grocery store), as well as multiple fast food restaurants on walzem. Did not have any bad experiences here. Take care of the appliances also the tenants before me did not know about removing lent from a dryer causing the dryer to have built up issues. New bbq grill built by the pool, I believe Hank Hill would approve of. Leasing office will put a note in you mailbox if a package arrived for you. If all else fails contact Max and Amy visit the complex and wave at Jeff when you see him getting his Tim the Toolman Taylor on.Things to be aware of:There are random cats that get into the property from neighboring apartment complexes down the street. (Just shoo them away)Pool tends to attract the tiger mosquitoes during humid days. (Get OFF)Wall paint may chip off depending on how you clean stains. ( Have a child who starts food fights in the high chair) (Magic Erasers help)People do not always pick up after their dogs in the grass or pebbled areas on the property. (Watch the ground like claymores are around. )If you have more than one car do not take two spaces in front of your building, it will not kill you to walk a few extra feet to allow residents to park in from of their dwellings. (Say something to the resident)Also people having friends over may take all the parking nearest to the building so be a good neighbor.Do not test the gate and try going through while it is closing. (If you are already late no need to rush accept it, fix it next time and move on plus kids may be present from the schools)
