The apartment are beautiful, worth the price you pay, maintenance is always friendly and on top of work orders. We just renewed our lease because all aspects of customer service and living experience has been outstanding for my family.

The staff was friendly, professional, and curteous from the moment I stepped foot in the door. All of my questions and concerns were answered.The property was well thought out and pristine. Any amenity you could think of is there. The apartments have great layouts and are spacious. The appliances and design elements are top quality. The apartment community is marked as luxury, because it is luxury. Not trying to pass off as luxury with cheap products.I am just waiting for my application to process and look forward to being a new resident.

I recently moved into station42 and I couldnt be happier with my decision. I was first skeptical living in Killeen but after moving here I know I made me. The right choice .The management team is exceptionally professional and responsive, addressing any concerns promptly and efficiently. The maintenance staff is equally impressive, ensuring that any issues are resolved quickly. The amenities are top-notch, and the overall environment is clean and well-maintained. Its clear that the employees take great pride in their work and genuinely care about the residents. I highly recommend Station42 especially since it’s a luxury apartment!

As a military family who recently moved to the area, we’ve been living in this apartment for about three weeks now, and I wanted to share how things have been going.Safety and cleanliness were huge for us, and I’m happy to say this place checks those boxes. We feel safe enough to let family members walk the dogs or head to the gym late at night. The hallways in the buildings are so bright at night that any foul plays can be spotted quite easily. The apartment itself is in great shape, and any small issues we had during move-in were handled quickly. Mark, our maintenance guy, has been awesome—always coming by the next day to take care of things. He’s been really efficient and friendly.A huge shoutout to Amore. From our first tour to the leasing process and beyond, she’s been incredibly welcoming and helpful. Every time I’ve dropped by the office, she’s greeted me with a smile and taken time right away to answer all my questions. It’s been such a relief to have someone so attentive, especially since we’ve had some not-so-great experiences at other places before. The whole office team deserves kudos for their positive attitude.Sure, there are a few minor annoyances like some dog waste in the park or crickets, but honestly, this place is much cleaner than others I’ve lived in. Lets be honest, I am not going to live here for 20 years. I really like that the clubhouse, gym, and conference rooms are open 24/7 and the building is separate from the management office. The coffee machine near the conference rooms is a nice touch, and having automated package bins and Fob-controlled access to those areas is super convenient.There’s a nice park with playgrounds, a volleyball court, and a basketball court that’s well-used by the neighbors. Across the street, there’s a dog park named Mickey that’s perfect for letting our dog run around, with shaded spots to cool off.While there’s no military discount, the overall value and convenience of living here have been great for us. We picked this place for its safety, cleanliness, and proximity to Fort Cavazos, and we’re really happy with our choice. It might not be perfect for everybody, but it’s been a fantastic fit for our family.

Words cannot explain how thankful i was to be helped by JaeLynn! I mustve asked at least 50 questions and she stayed calm and walked me through the entire process. This places customer service is outstanding, extremely patient, and extremely knowledgeable!

I recently just signed a lease with JaeLynn and she was amazing! She had incredible patience and took the time to walk me through every term of the lease agreement, ensuring that I fully understood each condition, including rental location, dates of tenancy, rent amount, payment methods accepted, deposit requirements, and utility requirements. She was very professional the entire time and mad the entire process seamless and stress-free! JaeLynn was very professional the entire time during the leasing process and was super helpful explaining all of the perks and amenities that came with leasing from Station42!I highly suggest taking a tour of the complex if you have the chance!

When I tell you this is one of the best leasing offices. One of the best, the staff did such an amazing job helping me move in. They also helped me deal with a resident that wouldnt stop parking behind my bike, physically moving my bike and trying to get me towed when I was Gone for the weekend. Every single person in that leasing office are well mannered, always make sure I have anything I need and are overall great people.

I believe when it comes to the physical aspect of Station 42, amenities such as the gym, pool, and even the layout of the apartments, that alone is an enough of a reason why it has quickly garner the attraction and desperation of locals to want to live here. And you can’t blame them (us), anyone in their right mind would want Station 42 to become their place of residence.But what I want to briefly touch on is the more “internal” aspect that cannot be necessarily seen on the Station 42 website, no matter how much photos and descriptions you read; but felt and experienced. And that is the management team in the leasing office. Amore Ayaka was the one that was responsible for me in terms of receiving the necessary documents to start and finish my process. It is an understatement to say that this woman was on top of things. Passionately. This is not a matter of being kind or nice but very raw and direct: Amore is an invaluable asset at Station 42. Her warm energy, elegant poise and workaholic aura, on top of her seeming as if she genuinely LOVES what she does, makes you have all the confidence in her that she will get things done for you in a squared-away, efficient, and effective manner. She is a gem.The rest of the staff including Jaelynn were nothing short of amazing and personable, to make you feel at home even before you move in. That is a rare thing and feeling to find.Station 42 is the place to be. Don’t trust my words. ”Feel it” for yourself. I am sure you will not regret making the visit.

This is a brand new living community, and still has more development underway, but what Ive experienced so far has been really nice. The property is in a good location if you want to be close to food, the Killeen Mall, or Fort Cavazos. The amenities such as the pool, clubhouse, and grill areas look great, and the fitness center has all you need for a workout. Its a gated community and from what I understand, there will soon be after hours security patrols to enhance safety for residents. Additionally, everyone in the management office is very courteous and have helped me get settled here with virtually no issues.The only annoyance, full transparency, is most of the residents are Soldiers. This means a majority of the community goes to work and returns home around similar times. So if you want to avoid the get home first, get closer parking game, then youd have to pay for a reserved covered parking spot. Also, the community has a sole internet provider, which could be annoying if youre accustomed to a certain provider you like, but makes it easy by eliminating the time youd spend shopping around for the better deal.This is what Ive observed in my less than a month of residing here. So far so good (the units are really nice inside). Looking forward to what Station42 will look like once its fully completed.

I love how amber stays in contact. She is AMAZING. 10 stars if i could put them here. We are most definitely looking forward to moving here at station 42. There are amazing prices that are affordable and beautiful units. The team is OUT OF THIS WORLD. Keep it up ladies you all are doing an amazing job. We will be in contact soon and hopefully to get approved moving into our new home at Station 42.

I cant say enough great things about Station 42 Apartments! From the moment I walked in, the ladies at the front office were beyond helpful and kind. They truly go above and beyond to make sure residents feel welcome and taken care of. Their professionalism and friendliness made the leasing process smooth and stress-free.The property itself is beautiful and well-maintained, with excellent amenities that make living here a pleasure. The apartments are spacious, modern, and thoughtfully designed, making it feel like home right away.Overall, Station 42 is an amazing place to live, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and welcoming community in Killeen (especially if youre stationed at Fort Cavazos). Five stars all the way!And huge shout-out to Jaelynn! Shes the one who moved me in and its been wonderful every since.
