I have so much to say! I was looking for a apartment and i have horrible credit and i ran across Kathy Sharp’s name online then in a store her card was there I immediately gave her a call and in less than five minutes she was wending me a email with apartment listings whim all gave second chances so i immediately called the complexes and did the application the next day i was approved for my apartment. She stays in contact with you throughout the entire process and finds what you need and the price amount you are willing to pay and the location she is truly a ANGEL! I was so tired of getting turned down due to my credit but be honest with her and she will lead you in the right direction i wish i could truly give her 10 stars because she definitely deserves it.

Kathy is a great help in finding your future home. She gets your thoughts ,wants, and needs together with you, and provides you with a list of options in a very quick turnaround time. She always answers your calls or gets back to you very quickly, and helps you handle any issues you may encounter on your journey to find your new home. I signed a lease with my future home within 48 hours of talking with Kathy, and I did have an issue with the lease agreement, and she reached out to the property manager and got clarification of the issue and a resolution that saved me money in the end. Bravo to Kathy! In spite of being ill when I contacted her for help in finding an apartment, I felt that she dropped everything and got to work right away. In the blink of an eye she provided me with quite a few nice options. After I had narrowed the list down to three, she called each one personally and was able to answer questions for me about move-in dates before I even visited the apartment homes. It was very helpful to see the floor plans of each apartment under consideration which saved me tons of time because I was moving an hour away from my present home and didnt have time to waste on places that would have been unsuitable. Every time I contacted Kathy she was refreshingly prompt in her responses. I could hardly believe my luck in finding her. Thank you Kathy for such amazing service and I look forward to moving to my new place soon!
