Sandy was so polite very clear and easy to understand over all had a good experience when applying in the office. The apartments are nice good space everything looks great.

Amy is quite possibly the nicest, most polite person Ive met in Lockhart. The ease with which she explained the process of applying and the thorough explanation she provided was very informative and I would recommend anyone give the Southpark Village a chance. If youre looking for a nice place and someone to help you deal with the paperwork, this is the place and Amy can help you out guaranteed!

I have lived here for 2 years and hands down love it here. The staff is so friendly and welcoming its like a big family. Just this morning since kiddos are out of school they provided breakfast on the go which is a big help for us busy mommas who still have to go to work... Both Sandy and Amy are Rockstars at what they do and always tend to their tenants in a polite and respectful mannor.. the maintenance team is awesome as well. With Quintion as the head maintenance man the grounds are kept clean and repairs are done with a rush. He is also always very friendly to not only myself but to my children as well. Thank you southpark for making me feel like Im home for the past 2 years and ongoing!!!!

I went by looking for some information on an apartment and Amy Cates was very helpful. She went over the floor plans with me and was able to show me an apartment that was ready for a new tenant. She gave me all the info I would need to fill out if I decided to submit my application. Unfortunately we didn’t rent an apartment because we bought a new house instead. If you’re looking for an apartment ….go see Amy Cates!!!

Very nice place to live its very quiet. The managers Amy and Sandy are wonderful always helping out. Maintenance is wonderful never have to worry about anything getting fixed

I am so excited to being moving in, The staff at south Park village is amazing and out the this world and so helpful. Mrs. Garcia the leasing agent showed the units and walk me through the whole leasing process from start to finish. She answered all my questions that I had and Kept me in informed. I came into the leasing Office and I spoke with Sandy The Manager of South park Village. She was also out standing and went above and beyond. One of things that I love about Southpark Village is how clean the place is . How friendly and Helpful the Management and Leasing staff is. I have a friend that lives at Southpark Village and they said that The Maintenance staff is very prompt when you put work services request in for your apartment. That all the staff is always and willing to help. I am glad i get to call this Great place home.

This complex has been amazing!!! I was having trouble with my A/C and the team responded quickly, although it was not able to be fixed that day, I was provided with a portable until my unit was able to be fixed! So I just want to thank the staff here for being attentive and efficient in working on my unit!! You guys rock🤩😊

We’ve been here for 3yrs now and we love it it’s peaceful. ladies (Sandy & Amy) in the office are super nice and professional. maintenance guys are nice & professional as well always get the job done.
