I cant say enough positive things about the convenience and ease of the whole process from viewing the property through moving my son in at South Bay. Ianna was of great help and very responsive to my many questions. I feel the office secretary (cant remember her name...sorry) also deserves recognition for her work and kindness. I spent the weekend moving my son in and getting him settled. I left him yesterday feeling very confident in his comfort and safety at South Bay (and his very short commute to the Island University). I will write a follow-up review after I can comment on the actual living experience at the complex, but I have no reason to believe it will be anything but positives. Thank you, South Bay!

Really enjoy living here! Place is very nice and calm. Staff is great. Special thanks to Abel for taking care of my HVAC issue in my apartment quickly and professionally. I was hoping to have the same kind of experience, but it’s been even better than the first time! The office staff is amazing, the maintenance guys are great at their jobs and are friendly, and the grounds are well kept. I couldn’t ask for more!

Very nice and clean place to live, huge pool! bbq pits, volleyball, gym, and corn hole all available for residents which is amazing! maintenance is always very quick to respond and get things fixed! Which is awesome cause last place I was at was a nightmare. Management kinda takes awhile to get back to you on things and parking sucks only reason I didn’t put 5 stars overall amazing place to live though!

Such a beautiful place to live! Perfect location, very clean apartments! Pool is huge, bbq pit is also a great accommodation. Parking is easy, can get a garage as well. Staff is also very respondent for all of your needs! Would recommend this place 100 times!

I cant say enough about how helpful the staff here is and want to thank them for helping make the transition to apartment life a great one! We have lived at Camden South Bay for just over 9 months and we love it here. The staff are all super friendly and helpful. They are eager to help and they get things done quickly. Sometimes there is a bit of a lack of parking, later in the evening, near buildings 9 and 10, but even that isnt too bad because there is always plenty of parking around the complex and it never hurt anyone to do a little walking, right? Its a safe community with gated access and plenty of lighting. The units are larger and nicer than most of the other apartment complexes I looked at, and let me tell you, I looked at them all! I looked at Camden South Bay 1st and wish I had just signed the lease and enjoyed the rest of my visit. There are cheaper not so nice complexes and more expensive and not as nice complexes. Camden South Bay has it all and the price was the best we found for the quality, size and amenities. The staff helped me on the phone many times in the two months prior to my arrival. It is hard enough to downsize from a house to an apartment, but with being so far away (in Colorado) it was almost impossible, but Sabrina, Paige, Desiree and Christi were all so willing to help it really made it possible to get here with what I needed and had room for and not too much! :) I have put in a few little maintenance requests and they are always taken care of quickly and without any difficulty whatsoever...The maintenance guys are also friendly and helpful. They installed a fancy ceiling fan in my bedroom and they even change out light bulbs in my unit! Everything you need is in this unit, even a full size washer and dryer. The garden tub is great for a soak and the grounds and pool area are well kept and just beautiful! The unit is noisier than my house, but comparable to other apartments I have been in. I like having the 24 hour work out facility and the billiard table. The pool was a big draw for us and the dog park was too, so we can let our dog off the leash. I am very happy with our new home and the staff here have made me feel welcome and I would recommend it to anyone who wants a quality apartment in a gorgeous complex!

My experience at South Bay has been extremely positive. To start, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are quick to answer any leasing questions, responsive to feedback, and incorporate many fun activities for residents, such as concerts by the pool, decorating contests, weekend brunches, barks and brews, and much more! The maintenance team is quick to fix any issues that may arise and are very respectful of your apartment space. South Bay also has a great gym and pool! They are both clean, have plenty of room, and are loved by many residents. The gym has all the equipment you could need in a workout! The area is safe, with key fobs required to enter certain spaces, and gates at both entrances. Plenty of parking for all residents, as well as enough spaces when guests visit. I would highly recommend South Bay to anyone looking for an apartment!

I LOVE my apartment! If we ever have any problems(which rarely happens), the staff are always friendly and ready to help- especially Izack! We’ve had him help with our heater and air filter a few times- he’s always been prompt and really kind! The pool is super relaxing and our living space is well planned out and spacious. I HIGHLY recommend living at South Bay!

My husband and I loved our experience at Camden South Bay. The staff went our of their way to make sure that we were always taken care of. There is a lovely sense of community there. A couple of times they brought drinks and snacks out to the pool, and made sure none of the guests needed anything. One of the best things about Camden South Bay was the maintenance staff, specifically Roger and Miles. None of the staff is ever walking around doing nothing, but these guys in particular are always keeping the grounds looking great, and when my husband and I were walking around, always checked to see if everything in our apartment was working okay. Any maintenance work we needed done, was almost always done within a couple hours, at the latest, done that same day. We were really impressed with their pursuit of excellence and comfort for their guests.

Truly a great place to live. Ive lived in a lot of apartment complexes over the past few years and this is by far the best one. All of the staff members are extremely professional and the units are in great condition.I feel the need to give a huge shout out to the maintenance department as well. When we first moved in we reported some very minor things like a missing drain plug and sticky door handle. It was late on a Friday and we just expected them to take care of it the following week. Instead we had someone show up about 30 minutes after we placed the work order and complete it with a great attitude. We had experiences like this throughout our time here.South Bay truly understands how to do the little things to properly manage a property. All in all this place was a great place to live and I would certainly live here again.

I have been living here for a year and a half now and Im happy to still call it home. The environment is always clean and the community is very friendly.The office staff and maintenance team are amazingly sweet and they are always willing to help-whatever the case may be. Our washer had stopped working and they had a new one installed the next morning. The maintenance team handle every requests in a quick timely manner and always make sure to answer any questions or concerns.A huge plus for my husband and I was that it is a very dog friendly community. Our boxer loves to go to the dog park and play with the other dogs or just take a walk around the complex.Love living here and will always recommend it to anyone who is looking for a nice apartment!

The grounds are beautiful and well maintained, the apartments are new, well kept and spacious. The staff quick to resolve any maintenance issues, extremely friendly and even go out of their way to put on social, and tenant appreciation events regularly! The complex is pet friendly and has a nice dog park on site.I have been incredibly happy in my time at Camden South Bay and if not for job re-location would have been more than happy to extend my lease here.

These are awesome apartments in a great location! We have been living here for 6 months and it has been convenient to extend (after having short leases) our lease every time. The staff is extremely friendly as they are known for being this way.The location is great too! It seems like every time I type in something to my GPS it is like 6 minutes away. Weird. I will definitely say that our experience here at Camden has been great and if you are looking for an apartment in a good part of town near many stores, I highly recommend it.

I love living at south bay! The leasing staff is amazing, their management is always on top of everything, and the maintenance staff is the best maintenence team I have ever seen. I love how the floor plans are set up and how spacious the apartment are. The parking is great always have front row and the location is perfect, right between the main strip and the beach. The grounds are beautiful and always well kept, the pool is absolutely gorgeous. I love bringing my friends to the game room as well. I will definitely recommend this place to everyone who is looking for an apartment.

I visited Camden South Bay today and can’t wait to move in! From the moment I walked in, I immediately felt at home. The staff was attentive and so welcoming! They showed me the fitness center and business center, both well kept and they even have a car wash with a vacuum - what a bonus! Even the maintenance team said “Hello!” The entire complex seems like a nice, safe place. I’m confident I made the right decision and I would recommend South Bay to anyone asking!!

My wife and I have lived here 10 months. We both love it and found that the apartment complex is accurately represented with their online pictures. The grounds are spacious and clean and the buildings are well maintained. The best part is the office staff. All the ladies are quick with a smile, a cup of specialty coffee and have always been there for all our questions. They are always planning special events like breakfast at the gate and clubhouse parties. The maintenance staff are above and beyond our expectations and we will look forward to renewing our lease.

I chose Camden South Bay when I moved to Corpus Christi for a number of reasons but Im staying because the staff. The management, maintenance team, and the people at the Houston call center all work together seamlessly to assist residents. The leasing office staff, who is always eager to help, have responded promptly and enthusiastically to every concern Ive addressed with them. Its like theyre actually happy when they have the chance to help. The grounds are kept nice, the pool is always clean, and everyone seems genuinely happy to be working there. The residents all pick up after their dogs and the ones Ive met have been mature responsible young adults. Ive never been happier with an apartment complex.

Hello my name is Aaron I am the pest control technician who treats the complex on a weekly basis.I wanted to give this 5 star review to one of the most well managed, well cared for apartment complexes in Corpus Christi.The apartment units are very clean, spacious and cozy and the grounds kept in pristine condition.Id also like to mention how awesome the office team and maintenance crew are.They are very helpful and easy to talk to, and even though I do not live here the office team made me feel at home and have made my job here so much easier.If I ever needed a new home I know this would be the first place I would look and I highly recommend making Camden South Bay your home if you are searching for a great apartment!

The car wash area was one of my favorites, not to mention they have a dog run, perfect for exercising my puppy. Those are definitely convenient and make apartment living feel more like a home. South Bay definitely impressed me and is at the top of my list!

Camden South Bay apartments have made our close to 2 years stay in Corpus Christi a wonderful experience. The property is located near Texas A&M University, the Naval Base, the beach and minutes from the beautiful drive on Ocean Drive towards downtown. We have been extremely happy with management and the hard working property maintenance team. Management strives to maintain the property in excellent condition, very clean and safe. The business center, and gym is open 24 hrs, this is perfect for our busy schedule. Office hours are also very flexible and the staff is excellent.

Me and my wife have been living here for 6 years. Yes you read it correctly, 6 years. Since day one we fell in love with our apartment. The atmosphere is great, maintenance guys are friendly quick and knowledgeable. Office staff is also friendly and courteous. We have been through two owners since living here and it just keeps getting better. The only reason why we are leaving is because I am retiring here in corpus and it is time to settle down and buy a home. One last thing the courtesy officers are awsome too. I have had nothing but wonderful experiences with Camden South Bay. When I lived far from Corpus Christi and needed to find somewhere to live online, I called Camden South Bay because they had the perfect floor plan. They did not have any available for me, which was disheartening, but within a few days I received a call back that the model home had been cleared specifically for me. Perfect!During my stay at Camden South Bay I dealt with the most wonderful office and maintenance team. They were always taking care of the grounds and making sure the tenants were happy. When my apartment was damaged during the hurricane, they responded immediately to help get it fixed back up in an appropriate timeline.When I had to leave Camden South Bay before my lease was up to move to another area of the state, the office team again was wonderful in working with me to set a payment plan to help me pay off the balance that I owed. The level and quality of service Camden South Bay provides is unparalleled.I would recommend Camden South Bay to anyone in Corpus Christi. The apartments are wonderful and spacious and the teams are always there to help. Im glad to have called it home while I was there.

I lived here for a little over a year back in 2012-2013. I love the apartment, we had a 3 bedroom / 2 bath and it was so nice and spacious with a great layout. Patio was great sized and everything was so well taken care of. Anytime we had a maintenance request they were there within the same day. We had valet waste management right at our door every night which was awesome! There’s an on-site car washing station which was a nice perk and the pool was clean as well as the gym. We were there for Texas A&M so it was the perfect location! We would have wound up staying for 3-4 years except that after our year lease was up, the rent increased by $300/month which was just crazy to us especially since we were able to rent a house with garage and yard for less! Had it not been for that, we would’ve stayed much longer, it was a safe complex and I was comfortable there!

I’ve lived at Camden South Bay for almost a year now and have absolutely loved it here. My son loves playing in the large well-kept open courtyard while we get to enjoy our evening barbecues. Our friends and family have nothing but great things to say about our beautiful apartment. I especially appreciate the staff because they always go above and beyond to make us happy and surprised us with treats like pizza or Chick-fil-A. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable home short or long term.

My husband and I just recently moved into Camden. The complex and amenities are beautiful and modern. The area is clean and it consistently seems like the staff makes this a standard. The valet trash, daily outside upkeep, and multiple dog stations are just a few examples.More importantly, the staff is so wonderful. They are friendly, inviting, and willing to help within a moments notice. Abram and Angela were the first two members of the staff that we interacted with and they were such warm people on the phone and in person. We feel so prioritized. Additionally, the turnaround time that their maintenance team has is phenomenal. Abel has fixed/ repaired several things for us within the day of letting the complex know. So far, we absolutely love it and would highly recommend!

Wow! I chose this apartment based on the reviews of the wonderful and helpful the office staff is. I have not been disappointed in the least! They have been so accomodating in so many ways. I feel like they truly care about their residents and make sure everything is to our liking. They have not once told me no and really bend over backwards. The apartments themselves are great! The property is very well maintained. Ive lived in many apartments and this has been the best so far. Great job everyone, especially Blayne who has been particularly helpful.

I cannot express how much we have LOVED living at South Bay! The property is great and we love the amenities, especially the pool and the grills! The staff are so kind and caring, and they’re always doing thoughtful things for residents (most recently, they did a brunch-to-go, care packages for pets, and a warm clothing drive)! We’ve only had to call maitenance twice since we’ve moved in and they were there within 24 hours. If you’re trying to choose between the apartment complexes in CC, pick South Bay. It was the absolute best decision we could have made for our time here!A personal anecdote: My husband and I were in the gym before it was remodeled and the management came in and asked what we’d like to see when it’s redone. They wrote it all down and when we got the email with their plans, they had included EVERY SINGLE THING WE SUGGESTED! We were so excited and wow, we love the management here.Some things to keep in mind:- AT&T is the only internet provider at the complex which is not our normal internet preference... but once it was installed, we had no issues.- It is an apartment, and your neighbors may be noisy. South Bay staff is very good about calling your neighbors and kindly reminding them to keep it down.- You do pay for trash valet on top of your rent but it’s completely worth it, in my opinion.

We lived here for two and a half years. The apartments feel like a home, with a great floor plan and lots of space and character. The grounds are always nicely kept, with areas for volleyball, grilling and a beautiful pool. We used the game room, gym and computer access from the office frequently. The staff is truly amazing and exceed any and all expectations. Nothing but wonderful things to say about this place.

My husband, daughter and I have lived in 3 different apartments over the course of 2 years in Camden: South Bay and we have had a great experience here! I am a detailed person so, details mean a lot to me!Here are the facts:1) The property is very well kept in terms of cleanliness and landscaping. They power wash cement in building halls, repaint parking lines/railings, quick to fix issues in the apartment (like dryers) as well as outside (like curbs). They also take trash Sun - Thus. (!!!) and spray for bugs so apart from your occasional itty bitty wall spiders (in all 3 units) and mosquitos - it is VERY bug - free!2) We really like the employees and we especially like to work with Blayne. He goes the extra mile and does whatever he can to help us out! All staff members are respectful of residents and refer to residents by name - which is a friendly/unique thing!3) High Ceilings (even on first floor.)4)) We love to have cookouts with our friends! So, if you come to live here, bring friends cause meeting “in the middle” to swim, cookout, play volleyball, football, lacrosse, is really fun!5) We love the workout facility and game room! It’s small, but in the 2 years we’ve been here it’s never been crowded with more than 3 or 4 people at a time!6) Love having an optional garage/car port and REALLY love the FREE vacuum and car wash station!7) 5 minute drive to NASCC military base.The only improvements I would mention are:1) A better cleaning service after move outs. They do not do details - fridge, freezer, windows, window sills or walls of showers, smells or mop wood floors (1st floor units/kitchens). I have “re-cleaned” each apartment myself before move in. What I really love is they DO replace the carpet and fill holes - so walls are fresh!2) Gate is occasionally broken.3) In general, Camden is big company minded - so they don’t do small recommendation things.Overall, I give Camden South Bay 5 stars because it has been very pleasant here and if something is wrong they are extremely helpful and caring until it is resolved!If you are moving to Corpus THIS IS WHERE YOU WANT TO LIVE! We did our research and we have seen all apartment complexes - we are ALWAYS happy that we choose Camden South Bay.

I toured a 1 bedroom B plan, and it was absolutely gorgeous. Very open and spacious with plenty of windows to allow natural lighting. I imagine you could save a lot on your energy bill because you wouldnt even have to turn on a single light all day. You can view the living/dining area from the kitchen, which has abundant counter space. Great for entertaining a small party of guests. I LOVE that the (also spacious) bathroom is separate from the bedroom, which allows for privacy when having guests over. HUGE walk-in closet, though that it was located in the bathroom instead of the bedroom was just a little odd for me, but I feel like its still very convenient. The grounds are beautifully maintained and the amenities are spectacular. Beautiful pool area, plenty of grill spaces, dog park, CAR WASH STATION WITH INDUSTRIAL VACUUMS, 24-hour clubhouse and gym (with brand new equipment!), and a business office. Even the leasing office itself feels inviting with the complimentary coffee and pastries available, and plenty of seating to just sit and unwind.

South Bay apartments is a very nice and friendly place to live. I’ve been going through a very hard time with my health, and they have accommodated, and worked with me every step of the way. The maintenance crew is very friendly and professional, it’s a great, quiet place to live.

I had a 15 month term and I wish it never ended. The management are my All-Stars. They are very personable and the best in the biz. There were only three maintenance personnel and they were extremely professional and respectful of privacy. EVERY maintenance problem I ever had was resolved or repaired within the same day. The pest control guy was like a ghost but came on time every 3 months. I never had to buy any RAID nor saw a single pest. I was more than impressed since I had a 1st floor apartment. The apartments are more than great in quality. The reason I chose Camden is because I had an apartment on campus at TAMUCC and that is when I realized what a great company Camden is. Camden is the best in the business. You can even pay your rent online. That is a huge plus for me since i usually work on the road. The pool was pretty cool but most of all, I really enjoyed coming home to the gorgeous landscaping and exterior design. You can tell Camden tries to make a difference in your life. Additionally you get more bang for your buck here rather than at Camden Breakers. I approve!

My family & I have been residents at Camden South Bay for over two years and I can honesty say we are very satisfied calling the community, Our Home. Weve lived in four different apartment complexes (not Communities) in the past and none of them could compare to South Bay!Every staff member in the community are polite and will make sure your living needs are met. The maintenance group is Top Notch...believe it or not, they actually know what they are doing!Our lease is up in two months, but believe me when I say that we arent going anywhere else!

My daughter and I have resided here going on two years and love it! We wish there was more available for the children who like here but are so happy with the new dog park. We have enjoyed taking our three fur babies out there to enjoy the needed space for play time. Over all this is a wonderful and safe place we are proud to call home.

I have been living at Camden South Bay for about a year and I have been very satisfied with my experience. The complex and all of its facilities are kept in great condition and all of the staff members are extremely friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend these apartments to anyone in the area looking for a safe and reliable place to live!

I just moved from a city 9 hrs from Corpus, and Angela and the staff helped us far and beyond. They were quick to respond to my calls and emails and made the whole move-in experience smooth. I arrived late at night to Camden, and they put a spare key in a lock in front of the door for me, along with an email with detailed instructions. After moving in, I had to visit my family overseas almost right away. Angela not only helped with safely parking my car, but also picked up an important parcel that I was waiting for. With her help, I was able to fully enjoy my trip with no worries. I really appreciate all your help once again.

So far, everyone has been kind, professional, and friendly. The staff is knowledgeable. The residence are kind, and respectful of others around the. The community is clean and well maintained, the unit upon move in was spotless and had no major areas that needed to be fixed. I LOVE that each unit has its own water meter so you only pay for the water you use.

My wife and I moved in to Camden South Bay and it has been THE best all around! If we ever need anything fixed, they fix it ASAP! We love the professionalism of the front office and all of the staff. Great reasonable pricing, and they really try to accommodate all needs. I would definitely recommend Camden South Bay to any of my friends and family!

The staffs, managers, right here are friendly and helpful. As an international student,I feel that this is the greatest place for living and studying, cant be safer. Love, love, love apartment living. I came from Oklahoma. Went from owning my own home with 3 acres. I can not believe how amazing Camden South Bay is. The people that work here are amazing and are very quick to fix things, even the smallest thing. They didnt even laugh too hard when we thought we had a leaky refrigerator and it was just a Gatorade bottle that one of my kids knocked over and didnt have shut. Love them!

I visited a friend who lives there and was amazed by the friendliness of the staff and knowledge of the complex to give detailed directions. The little details caught my eye as how the grass what nice and cut and walkways clean. The pool area is also very nice and well maintained. The residents are friendly and made me feel like I lived there. I would highly recommend to my friends and family as well as anyone looking.

I love these apartments and I would live there if I could but I don’t deserve it! I’m such a bad little boy! There was this one time I was stuck in a washer there and Mr.Izack was able to get me unstuck in no time! What’s crazy is I don’t even live there! 11/10 recommend! Great location in the city!

LOVE THIS PLACE! The staff makes you feel like family. The welcoming environment makes you feel right at home.The maintenance team is on top of their game. Best apartments EVVEERRRRR!!! Adrian and Robert are always so quick to respond to issues in my apartment. Abel and Adrian even have helped lift a heavy item to the second floor for me! These apartments are always cleaned and very well maintained!! I would highly recommend these apartments to anyone moving to Corpus Christi. Great Job Guys!!! Keep it up!!!

Pros: Staff is great and responds quickly to any request. Perfect location for quick access to anything in Corpus. Generally safe, never had any problems. Facilities well maintained, easy to pay online. Rent is fair for the area.Cheaper than La Joya or Sendera.Utilities are fairly priced.Cons: entry gate was broken once a week almost every week for months on end.No hot tub.I would live here again if I found myself back in Corpus.

Living at Camden Southbay makes it easy to feel like your at home in an apartment complex. The area is clean and well maintained and is always being serviced by friendly professional service personnel. The staff is exceptional and is always going out of their way to see if there is anything they can do to make you feel more at home. Paige, Desaree and Sabrina ave the best customer skills I have seen in a a long time. Kristy the Manager is by far one of the most professional and knowledgeable people I have ever dealt with while living in an apartment. Its a reat place to live!

Ive been here almost 3 years and I really like it here. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I really love that this is a pet friendly community. Anytime that something is wrong in my apartment, I get a prompt response. I have had no real complaints other than the occasional noisy neighbors. Great place!

Very nice place in a very nice area of town. The apartments are very large and spacing inside is well thought out in my opinion. The outsides of the bldgs are as well and i have significant distance from neighboring bldgs etc. I have no issues opening my windows and letting the breezes flow from end to end with my privacy intact. The rent is more then Id like to pay of course but compared to the competition.. Its far and away the best bargain on this side of town. The grounds are exceptional as is the staff.I have only one issue.. Paying for someone to pick up my garbage. I do not like this for security reasons. Nobody should be able to tie me to my location by something i may throw in the trash which i have to leave on my doorstep to get picked up. I value personally identifiable information. Its also probably a liability to the complex. Id like to take out my own trash and not be charged. Or choose the service if i want to.Back to the place.. If it is within your budget you will not find better in many places Ive lived. Thanks CSB

Several weeks ago I had invited a few friends over to my Camden Living life style. Lets just say I became somewhat jealous. Lol!They were more about my apt than the reasoning behind the gathering. Needless to say I became more of a Camden Living tour guide. Displaying (showing off actually) my apt with my radiant smile, of course. It went from show casing my apt to giving a tour of Camden South Bay. These were guests whom by the way are living in remarkable communities around the city but for them to have taken such an interest was eye opening. However, I began to have wanted them gone sooner rather than later. Lol! I honestly believe that the staffing here has taken so much pride to allow a gathering like mine to have ended with an ending to have said in my own special way hiya like dem apples. I just want my guests to stop asking can they stop by.

The location makes all of Corpus Christi extremely accessible. It is close enough to the mall, the Island, Flour Bluff, Alameda, and Downtown to get to the food and entertainment there, but it is perfectly tucked away in the quiet of Ennis Joslin Rd.I could not have imagined a more perfect spot to live. I would highly recommend it for any new Corpus residents.
