Having lived in the Somerset complex for 9 years, Im happy to say it is well-managed with competent, friendly staff, is well-maintained, has great amenities - spacious clubhouse, large gym with sauna and showers, beautiful outdoor pool, a dog park - and Is located near MoPac and 183 for easy access to almost anywhere. Just renewed my lease for another year!

I did a tour with Dyllan at Somerset Townhomes. I appreciated his attention to detail and his enthusiasm he displayed throughout the tour. He did a good job of answering my questions.Somerset Townhomes is a good community to be in. I’ve been living in this apartment for several months now, and I couldn’t be happier with my decision. The location is perfect—close to my work, close to the shopping centers, and several great restaurants are nearby, which make it convenient for both work and leisure.The apartment itself is spacious and well-maintained. The layout is open, with plenty of natural light flowing in through the large windows, which really brightens up the space. The kitchen is modern, with all the appliances you need, and the bathroom is clean and stylish.The building is quiet and the neighbors are friendly, which adds to the peaceful atmosphere. Management is always responsive and quick to address any concerns or maintenance requests, which gives me peace of mind.Another highlight is the pool. The pool is well maintained. Parking is convenient, and there’s always a spot available for residents as well as their guests.Overall, I’m very satisfied with my living experience here. It’s a great mix of comfort, convenience, and value. Highly recommend this place if you’re looking for a place to live in the area! My advice is to ask for Dyllan to give you the tour.

I’ve had an amazing experience at Somerset Townhomes! The community is absolutely beautiful, with well-maintained grounds and a peaceful atmosphere. Dyllan has a wealth of knowledgeable about the property. I recently had the pleasure of doing a virtual tour with Dyllan, and I cant thank him enough for the wonderful experience! We explored the 1A floorplan, and I was truly impressed by the spacious layout and beautiful finishes.Even though my move isnt until next year, Dyllan made me feel excited about the possibilities. He was warm, welcoming, and incredibly knowledgeable, answering all my questions and ensuring I felt comfortable throughout the tour. Just had an incredible tour of Somerset Townhomes with Dyllan as our guide! From start to finish, Dyllan made the experience unforgettable. His deep knowledge of the property and its amenities, combined with his friendly and professional demeanor, truly highlighted what makes Somerset special.The tour showcased the stunning, modern designs and the thoughtful upgrades in each unit, and Dyllans enthusiasm was infectious. It was clear that he genuinely cared about finding the perfect home for us. We felt right at home just walking through the door! If youre considering Somerset Townhomes, definitely as for Dyllan. Yow wont be disappointed!

Let me start by saying: the staff is very friendly, accommodating, and attentive (better than any other management staff I have encountered in the past). Not only that, but they work hard to keep consistent communications and hold events that bring tenants together in fun ways (holiday parties, summer pool parties, etc). The office staff isnt where it stops either. The maintenance staff is awesome as well. They are very fast at getting things fixed or replaced and are great about following up to make sure things are better than before. They are also as friendly as the office staff.The community is certainly quiet and has great access to the highway, stores, and various amenities. The complex, as a whole, is fairly well maintained and has minor issues of showing its age (not enough to bring it down to 4/5). I would recommend this facility for anyone that wants ample space, a quiet place to rest, and plenty of amenities to keep you busy (gym, pool, clubhouse, etc), while also having appropriate distance to/from the city.

I lived here 6 months before moving out for work and really enjoyed my time here. 1k square feet for a 1bd/1ba is a ton, and I ended up with a lot of unused space. Very spacious kitchen with plenty of cabinet and counter space and a pantry for those who like to cook and have a wide selection of pots/pans/appliances/etc. Flat top stoves are very easy to clean and it comes with a microwave. Same goes for the bathroom. Theres Built-in shelves and an extra closet for more storage space. Never had a negative interaction with the staff and maintenance was fast the few times I needed to call them.Location-wise, I was able to get around the city fine from Somerset without a car by using buses (bus stops within

Somerset has been the perfect place to call home. The area is great, the space that you get in your home is great, but most importantly the maintenance team is stellar! Patrick and Ahmed are always there to help, get the job done quickly and professionally, they are both super personable, and will give your dogs all the love and pets

Somerset is a quiet, safe, and clean community, and weve mostly enjoyed living here during quarantine 2020! Weve met some awesome, fun neighbors, and the pool is a fun place to hang out and meet more neighbors of all ages. Omar (maintenance) is great, although I think he is no longer here.The move-out process was simple, and I received all my deposit back (minus the last utility bill) without any issues!One warning though:** Do not move into apt 722 for your sanity**Forget hosting small dinner parties, game nights, or birthday dinners or feeling like you can walk normal 100% of the time! Otherwise you might get a knock/bang on the door about being too loud after 9/10 pm on a Sat night. The Sat evening we moved in, we even got a complaint asking us to wrap it up because we were being loud and their dog was barking because of the noise... like what?? We are moving in..! In all the years of apt living, Ive never had noise issues with a neighbor. I cant imagine if I had small children, eek. Anyway, just wanting to throw that out there because both neighbors deserve to live in peace and comfort :)Bottom line: Somerset is a nice choice, but avoid 722 (unless youre a super quiet type, in which case, itll be perfect for you and the downstairs neighbor!!).

My wife and I were going to lease at Somerset Townhomes but my work transfer fell through. We loved the location, trees, amenities, the floorplan, attached garage, and the pool. We had a personal tour of the unit and it was in great shape. The Manager came out to welcome us to the community. If we relocate to Austin, we will definitely lease here.

So far my experience with the community and staff have been perfect. Maintenance requests are handled immediately. Customer service before and after lease signing is perfect. The community is private and well kept. Public areas are kept immaculate. Doss elementary is one of the best rated schools in the city and state. Super close to large and extensive shopping areas. Highly recommended!

I am going on 6 months of residing here and have been pleasantly surprised. The management and maintenance teams have been professional, responsive, and respectful. The community is quiet and the neighbors are friendly. The location serves me well and my commute in to downtown to work is 17-20 minutes in rush hour traffic, whereas before was anywhere from 35-120 minutes. AND there are multiple alternative routes to use should MoPac (SlowPac) become too congested which is huge added bonus. I can walk to the grocery, drug, liquor and convenience stores if needed within 5-7 minutes. Post office and banking is also very close by if needed. Easy walking and cycling routes through nice neighborhoods as well when I need to get some exercise time in.

Big fan of this place. I totally understand why people were upset when the water went out and rated it poorly, but otherwise this place has been wonderful.1. The location is unbeatable. Youre right on the Mopac Express Lane exit. The Far West area is a fantastic place to live.2. Most apartments in this area are outdated, but Somerset is totally updated. No 80s style super low sinks and shower heads in sight. No popcorn ceilings. Nice finishes on everything and Im not sure if its every unit, but ours has nice light grey walls, not the awful beige like in most older places.3. Maintenance responds quickly. I cant praise Omar enough. Hes fantastic.4. Great amenities. Pool gets sun til around 4:30pm. Gym has all kinds of equipment. Theres even a sauna (although I still have yet to use it).We just resigned for another year and at this point the only thing were leaving for is when we eventually get a house. Thank you Raven, Omar, and the rest of the team for a great experience.

Somerset has been great so far. A few amenities include being super close to mopac but not having highway noise, a beautiful clubhouse and pool area (complete with sauna), biweekly trash service, and its very dog friendly. The only area I think they should improve is the gym. It is lacking some very standard equipment that I wish I could use. Otherwise, overall awesome community.

I have been very happy here for five years. Altho I was disappointed with the management when I moved it, it has changed and. has definitely gotten better. I have been fortunate in that the office has gone overboard to assist me with certain needs. Maintenance has been happy and helpful. My only complaint is the lack of visitor parking and occupants disregard for parking areas. Get togethers by apartment numbers would be fun i.e the residents in the 800s.

We were looking for a home that was near the JCC, but in a quiet neighborhood. All of the homes are beautiful and the entry level stairs remind me of Chicago 😍. Darker kitchen with a white backsplash, large tub, fireplace...its a dream. These townhomes quickly became my favorite in Austin
