    I’m starting off with “ I love this complex!” Been here now going on 5 years and I must say this is by far the best management!! So was the management when I first moved in but between the 2 those management’s did not care for anyone. It was horrible. Im very thankful to have amazing management again! They are truly trying their best and working on things as fast as they can without any attitude! They actually care and help out with whatever the best they can. Also they try right at the moment you call or step in the office. I like that they prioritize the people who live here. Now if you going in with attitude then that’s on you. Go in that office or call with a positive mindset and things will get done! Thank you guys for being the new management!! I appreciate all that you guys have done for me!

    It’s my first time renting a house in the United States. There is a HEB supermarket nearby, which is very convenient. The staff are very enthusiastic, especially Dalia, who is patient and friendly with a bright smile!

    Moved in and I love the change in management because last year I came here to look and one employee felt like she did not want to be here but seeing the new people made it all worth it and they have amazing deals and more interactions then my last complex hope this will be an amazing experience Brenda was a huge help hope she stays for awhile

    I love Solara Apartments!! Bryce helped me out so much and all the questions I had about the apartment complex he answered with ease and was very patient. He is the best leasing agent I have came across. He is very educated and great with customer service. The apartments themselves are so pretty and my neighbors are extremely nice when I moved in they helped me! Karen the manager is amazing as well so nice and also great with customers service 5 stars all around for the office and for the complex!!

    Me and my husband found this place when we were a month from getting married. We love our apartment! Bryce from the leasing office showed us the perfect unit that was everywhere we needed. He walked us through the entire process that led us to being approved for our apartment that day! He continues to be a great help to us to this day. Solara is also a great spot as it is central to a lot of places in San Antonio like : The Shops at La Cantera , North Star Mall, The Pearl and much more!

    I have lived here for a few months now and so far I am loving it! The staff are so kind and welcoming and my maintenance issues are always addressed the next day. It is quiet for the most part and I always feel safe. I live in a remodeled unit and it is so charming. The closet is HUGE and the bathroom is also a comfortable size. The apartment isnt very big but they really utilized what space they did have. I have so much storage space and thats coming from someone with a lot of stuff. I feel like Im pretty spoiled for how cheap it is. The grounds are always clean and well taken care of. Im at the pool almost every weekend (they have efficient COVID-19 precautions) and it is usually pretty clean. Im excited to keep living here!

    10/10 staff, especially Willie10/10 maintenance staff, they will make the 90min drive to help you with a last night toilet problem.10/10 amenities, I used the hot tub and gym everyday that I could.10/10 location10/10 parking8/10 apartments, theyre very humbling. Definitely go for upgraded if you can afford it.9/10 pricing, its one of the cheaper apartments for the nicer side of the neighborhood. Having to buy their internet/cable package wasnt ideal to me, due to the fact I dont watch cable. Otherwise its possibly a great package deal.Overall my favorite place i lived due to the community and my specific apartment. I did not want to move for work just because Id be leaving my home.

    Lovely place to live! Katie in the front office is such a sweet person and is always super upbeat and positive. The maintenance staff that I met was super friendly as well! The apartment unit I live in is just gorgeous. I am so grateful to live here. My husband and I have not explored much of the complex yet since we moved in 1 month ago but if it’s anything like what I’ve seen so far I bet it’s all gorgeous. I also love how the staff is respectful of tenant privacy. I lived in an apartment previously where the staff was very invasive and were constantly leaving notices of everyone’s door throughout the complex. And for the low cost of rent, what you get is AMAZING in my opinion. Beautiful carpets and laminate flooring and the wall paint is gorgeous and the apartment has great full sized appliance and tons of natural light. It is beyond a step up from where I have lived previously. Love living here and I am so happy

    Edit: Office did reach out to me through email. Which I appreciated.This place used to be great…now the office closes early with no notice…like today. And I cannot get to my packages for now three days due to this. They text your personal cell phone and demand things. Unfriendly staff. I don’t like to complain and I like to give new management time to adjust. But this is terrible. Not to mention the overall Unorganization of the office and losing leases and lease information. Great maintenance staff though!

    My wife and I found this apartment and it was a blessing. The price was right, the location is perfect with HEB on the other side of the fence and walmart 2 minutes down the street and many other places as well. Bryce from the leading office has been amazing and always shows genuine care.

    I’ve had an amazing experience with The Solara Apartments! From the moment I saw the ad for my apartment, to the initial phone call with Bryce to set up a viewing appointment and signing my lease. Everything was handled so beautifully and professional. Bryce had a lot of patience even with my amount of indecisiveness and many questions. Great experience overall thus far!

    Definitely deserve a 5 star review! The office staff is really friendly and they made me feel welcome. Karen themanager is really nice and her office smells amazing. Bryce is really nice and patient. And Jay is very helpful and friendly.

    I applied to be a resident here and was approved. The grounds are kept, the pools are sparkling and the management company was very nice. The place wasnt bad, a one bedroom with a fireplace so the positioning seemed a bit awkward but I liked that it had french doors, washer/dryer connections and fans with overhead lighting. Unfortunately, the bad reviews and crime reports of the area changed my decision. However, I am writing this report to say that the application process was pleasant and the tour was lovely. Rebecca Gonzalez was very friendly and helpful and I appreciate the service they provided when I was considering my residency here. The place doesnt seem like a bad place, and I hope that someone is able to take my spot and make the Blue Swan Apartments their Forever Home!

    My first choice 20 years ago, and it still is ...I feel comfortable here. I can trust that any maintenance issues will be corrected as soon as possible, and satisfactorily. The staff has stood with me in good times and in bad, and for that I am forever grateful. Oh, by the way, I do love my apartment also.The value that you get for your money here at Blue Swan is incredible. Newer complexes are much more expensive, yet the apartments are tiny compared with the units here.If you are looking for a new place, give Blue Swan your consideration for location, value, space, and excellent staff.

    The staff, the grounds, the amenities and pet friendly... i love it all!!The Staff are wonderful, polite, considerate and delightful people. The grounds are always clean and the amenities are great.One of my favorite things about this community is they do Breakfast at the gate. They actually have a table loaded with delicious breakfast treats and hand them to you as you are leaving. its amazing! Another amazing thing is the maintenance staff. If i need something fixed, it only has to be fixed once. They dont do a half a$$ job and have to come back again in a few days. Its done right the first time.

    I toured here today with Nikki and had a great experience! She is so personable and thorough, and was able to answer all of the questions I had. The apartments are great! They are spacious, have ample storage, and include thoughtful touches like gray wall paint and fireplaces in some units. I look forward to the opportunity to call Blue Swan home upon my relocation to the San Antonio!

    Ive been here about 7 years now and I dont have any real problems with these apts. They are friendly and the grounds are kept well. Theyve had problems with things over the years, many of them during the SNOWSTORM but I really cant fault them for that happening. Thieves are everywhere so cars will get broken into, but if you lock your doors, and not leave valuables visible its no worse than anywhere else. I did have to take down my decor in the common ground but that order came from the owners and it was against the rules so, oh well. Rent increases are expected but they dont gouge you. I had roaches for a short time but I managed to get that taken care of myself as it was during the pandemic. Neighbors are nice, the location is convenient to everything so cant complain as Ive looked at other apts in the area and they are smaller, cost more and dont offer the amenities I want. They do require you carry renters ins, either thru them for the property, and/or personal renters ins to cover the property and your stuff. I also think you should have it so doesnt bother me. Love the cheaper cable and internet because they have a bundle deal with Spectrum.

    Love these apartments. Bryce was so helpful when going through the application process. Karen and Jay are also great. Whenever you need anything they are quick to get you the annswrs and if they don’t know it they will find out and get you the answers you need.

    Great value apartment. Unlike most apartments these have thick walls, so you dont have to worry about neighbors. Pest control and maintenance are completed promptly. Ive seen some reviews complain of roaches, this is Texas roaches are inevitable, but with regular pest control I can count the number of roaches Ive seen in the past year on one hand. The interiors are updated, and have features such as a programable thermostat that you often only find in luxury apartments. If you want luxury but on a budget make this your new home.

    I been with solara Apartments for 8 months . I moved to Texas not knowing anyone but the lease department does not leave me feeling alone they invite me to everything and when I need help they are there right away . I came in on on May 4th and was in tears but they helped me tremendously and I cant thank them enough .

    Went to a resident function and the manager and her staff were amazingly nice. The property is very nice. And I need to jump in the pool. Cleanest pool Ive seen all year.

    Very nice apartments and super friendly, helpful staff. Their pool is just beautiful. They really take the time and effort to do things right. I`ve seen a lot of apartment complexes in San Antonio, and this place really is just AWESOME.

    Amazing place to live. Always clean and quiet. The front office is always attentive and courteous. And the maintenance team is always on top of everything in a very speedy time frame and go out of their way to help in everything they can.

    Great place to live. No complaints here except for Scott. But hes the least of your problems...quiet peaceful for the most part. Well maintained apts. Majority is working class so there isnt any loser/low life/drug drama here. Family oriented kid friendly environment.gated community with working gates 98% of the time with very few technical issues of gate
