    Have been living here A few months now and it has been great. I one issue with my apartment a few weeks ago and my agent Alana was very helpful on the phone and made sure my apartment got fixed the next day. Highly recommend talking to her of youre looking to rent here!

    Great looking apartments! April is the fantastic manager..always friendly, professional and extremely kind! Its no wonder that the rest of the staff is awesome too! Aaron is top notch and is always able to get the job done and done well..The grounds are well kept and theres a friendly mix of people! I highly recommend you making Siena a place to call home!! 😊

    I have been living here for 5 months and I absolutely love it! The staff is super friendly, they leave you alone, the pool is super nice and they dont hassle you there like some apartments. Its easy to pay and have had no issues with additional charges etc. I am definitely resigning my lease.Trina Cedeño

    Moving process was quick and easy! The assistant and property manager were great about answering my questions. I’m sure I was annoying since I had a lot lol. The leasing agent was great about showing us something close to what our unit would be which was great so we could get a feel for the place.

    Not only is this complex a refreshing new experience for me, it’s been something that’s made me love Fort Worth even more! There’s many things I could note that I love about Siena but the quiet and chill environment is one of my favorite things. Also the awesome, event staff (Apartment Life) Gabby and Marcos, always have very warm and inviting energy every time they have an event. They really care about creating good vibes and experiences for the residents! I love Siena and my new home plus area!

    I have not lived in an apartment for over 20 years, I was very nervous and didnt know what to expect. I can say that my experience is great. Its very quiet and well maintained. Jessica helped me through the entire process. She was very helpful and professional. I can honestly say that I consider her as a friend. Everyone in the office is always helpful and pleasant. I really appreciate them for that. The maintenance crew responds to your request very quickly. Thanks everyone for making my transition a good one.

    I have been a resident for almost 3 years. Its always been beautiful. Its always been quiet. This year the shining thing for me came from the awesome staff in the office. This year was ROUGH for me, and these ladies.... Jacqueline, Jessica and Bridgette showed me so much kindness and understanding. Never was I made to feel like they were not listening and in my corner. Business is business, but I know these women care and thats what make this place as great as it is.

    I have been living at Siena now for 3 months and I absolutely love it here. The staff, Bridgette, Jacqueline and Andrea are amazing! They are so polite and very attentive to resident needs. The maintenance guys are the best. They get things fixed and done with the quickness. I feel like I’m at a resort. My Yorker loves walking on the trails and they even provide bags for the dog poop!     Resident as of July 4th!So far, I have absolutely enjoyed my stay here. Both my daughter and I feel right at home whether we are in or outside.Customer service: has been A1 since I had first come to view the property. EVERYONE in that office doesn’t have a wrong side of the bed to wake up on. 😂Maintenance: has a 3- business day turn around. With every request I’ve put it, they’ve always made it in the third. My requests were not emergencies, so the time it takes to respond is just fine with me. The maintenance guys are quick, friendly, and get the job done!Pool: I don’t care for the flowers from the trees, but they maintain the pool area and clean it weekly. Pool is open early/late enough. My only suggestion, get trees with no flowers. 🤣 Our pool area is beautiful though!Complex festivities: I’m so thankful for the monthly newsletters, and community activities. My daughter absolutely loves them and looks forward to them. I’m also appreciative of the love they showed my guests and allowed them to participate as well.Outside: I love the trail they have around the complex! At some point you can see the sunset and it’s breathtaking!!!Mail: I’m in love with the self-service mail parcels. Everything is fool-proof, but there’s a problem... it will be handled pronto!A few things I noticed: The walls are a little thin... I can hear people run water, and walk... (this isn’t something you think to ask normally... you just notice it) and sometimes talk, there’s dog poop on the sidewalk (rare but witnessed more than 3 times) and poop in grass (not excessively like other places I have been or where I used to live)... minor insect issue, but it’s being rectified...Overall: I would definitely recommend the Siena to anyone that inquired. If there’s a problem it will be fixed. If there’s a concern, it’ll be looked into. If you need a smile, just drop by the office.It never fails! 🤣😇

    Siena Apartments is by far one of the best apartments in Fort Worth- especially when it comes to value of your dollar. We just moved in and have had an excellent experience so far. The apartment is roomy, clean, and updated. Having the split bedroom layout has truly allowed us to make a home-type feeling out of this apartment. My family and I absolutely love the amenities provided here. The gym and pool are great! And the package delivery system & at-your-door trash valet just add onto the many reasons why Siena is top of the line apartment living. Highly recommend.

    I have been speaking to Jessica for a few days now and she has gone above and beyond for us. She has responded quickly and has answered every question we have had. If I am being honest she is the reason we decided we wanted to live here. We liked the property, but after speaking with her and saw how well she handled everything it sold us on the place! She is absolutely fantastic!

    The staff is friendly and helpful. April is very attentive too! They always greet you warmly when entering the office and take the time to answer questions and tend to any concerns that may arise. Also, the grounds are clean always. Grateful for the community. 🤍🍀🤍

    The apartment is absolutely beautiful; they did such a good job with the updates. Besides a little sound of renovations, children playing outside, footsteps from people above us and every now and again some tenants vehicles/dogs the complex is pretty quiet and peaceful on average. The staff is very, very helpful and paying rent is a breeze. The kitchen, the sink and faucet; wow. The apartment looks just like what you see in the pictures which is one of the main reasons we chose Siena besides being well located. All of the shopping is literally 5 minutes away. This is a nice apartment, I enjoy being here. 😊😊😊

    This is the best complex I had lived in. Very quiet and beautiful community. Landscaping is gorgeous, lawn is always green. All fixtures and appliances are in date, and maintenance comes within a day to fix problems. Office attendants are very nice and informative. The apartments are worth the price for sure. Only slightly negative is that if you come home late it can be a little hard to find parking, but its definitely not a deal breaker!

    This community is amazing. Everyone is so nice. The property is so beautiful. The managers are awesome. April is so helpful. She goes above and beyond. I highly recommend this property if you are looking for a new apartment to move to. Do not pass this place up!

    This place is a hidden gem! Ive renewed twice and moved to a larger unit. The property is very quiet and has a diverse group of residents. One of my favorite things is the mile+ paved trail that surrounds the property (inside the gated community). I enjoy walking my dog in the evenings. Maintenance is on top of things and management has always addressed my concerns.

    Living here is awesome! We signed a 12 month lease, and is loving it so far. It is always clean! The staff is always friendly! Whenever we have a maintenance issue, maintenance responds very fast! We are very happy with living here!

    Recently moved in at Siena Apartments in Fort Worth, TX. Had to choose apartment over the internet and was pleasantly surprised. I worked with office staff named Hannah. She walked me through the application process, gave me all the info I requested, and described the amenities and premises with great detail. When I arrived I was immediately struck with how nice the grounds are, and was shocked at how spacious my unit is and a great flow in the apartment. Large walk-in closets, dining area, large balcony and an additional storage space that locks next to unit. Parking is covered or detached garage assigned an a lot of uncovered first come parking. Washer-dryer hookups or in unit and pantry in kitchen. Very happy I chose these apartments. Affordable too!

    Where do I begin, One of the best choices I’ve done the past 2 years was deciding to live at Siena apartments, it’s the most beautiful small gated clean organized community I’ve seen in Fort Worth, and I looked at a lot.The management from Day 1 has been helpful and making sure we are happy and satisfied. We moved in and finished our first lease and extended for another 6 months and now I am happy to say I will be renewing my lease for another amazing year, because it’s such a safe place for my child and myself and most importantly The management. The property Manger Jessica is so sweet, I will never forget how sweet and understanding when covid hit, they even call you to check up on you from time to time to see if you need anything, even if it’s personal, if I have a problem , it becomes their problem, thank you Jessica and Jaq for everything you’ve done for us and continue to do so.The maintenance team is always on time and fixing things in a timely matter. Always so polite and professional.Thank you Siena And most Importantly thank you Jessica for everything.I can’t wait for another Amazing year. :)MOVE HERE.

    I have recently been living in Apts. For like 2yrs. Not real thrilled about that but it is what it is. But my experience here at Siena after leaving my last Apt. Is night and day. The maintenance crew here is Phenomenal!!!! I have had maybe 2 instances here , nothing major but was resolved on the day I put my request in. Mind blowing. My last Apt I lived in, and I was paying almost the same rent , was hmmm how can I put this.....HORRIBLE. I came home One night with 6 fire trucks at my complex. The apartment next to mine had caught on fire. The fire department Kicked my door in, Because I was not home, Which is reasonable, But they got the fire out my Apt naturally was soaked and the smell was overwhelming. I asked the manager if my door would be fixed that night so I could lock it, and i got a very short curt answer from the manager . I understand she was stressed as I was but she acted as though I was a nuisance. Did not ask me If I was OK Did not ask me the condition of my apartment Did not offer to move me to a different apartment or a hotel Absolutely. Nothing!! I was incredulous to say the least. After working 12 hours That day I come home to An apartment thats Inhabitable. So I stayed there that night, By Fumes made me nauseous, Headache My lungs hurt, Try to get ahold of a manager the next dayBy phone to no Avail. I got a hotel for the next couple of days, They told me that they would Make my apartment habitable again which was impossible. Never offered another apartment until I asked. Anyway unbelievable. Here at Sienna Everybody in that front office has been The best. Always curtiest kind, And they care. Actually had an issue this month on my part, And they were beyond understanding. Could not ask for a better place to live if you have to live in an apartment. KudosTo the Management team here at Sienna. You guys are simply the BEST. I highly recommend Siena Apts.

    This place is beautiful. It’s quiet and perfect. It has everything you need literally is in the area. The staff is super friendly and communication is A1. Jessica and Bridgette made sure I was taken care of and got me moved in quickly. I highly recommend these if you’re looking for luxury living in the Ft. Worth area. PS- the bathroom, counter tops and everything are top of the line. Five stars!!!

    The people at the desk and manager were very kind helpful, we were trying to get an apartment out of the state and they always called if something was wrong or if something was needed. The apartment we got was overall very nice especially the living room and kitchen which has plenty of natural light. Overall this place is nice I would recommend

    Avery Pointe has been our home for the past two years. During that time we received excellent service from thestaff in the office as well as the maintenance team . We were treated like friends and for that we are thankful. we recommend that you come take a look and you too will find Avery Pointe a place to call home. it is quiet, clean and neighbors are friendly and helpful too. Blessings to all the staff, we will miss you!

    If you’re looking for a place to get your life started and wanting to know information on the place before you come in. Jacqueline was very informative on the information to get you in and Juan came in for maintenance on my apartment, he was helping with remodeling my bathroom for me and since there was going to be Fumes from the remodeling he happened to notice I have a baby living with me, which I forgot about the appointment he closed off my child’s room and took the effort of taking care of my own personal belongings by making sure no fumes entered my baby boys room. Thoughtful Maintenance by Juan here. Definitely deserves a raise etc. Just heart warming knowing my Newborn isn’t going to have to inhale any fumes! Thank you so much Juan

    I love these apartments, I’ve been living here 6 months, the pool is amazing, the gym is nice, and I love the walking path around the apartments. I love the environment and surrounding area, and there are so many restaurants and places to go in the area.

    Me and my Family were in a bit of a pinch when looking for apartaments, we finally up apply to this and Do i gotta say these were Great. First, they stayed with us an hour after they closed to help us apply, Then They constistantly kept in contact with us even when we were out of state. They had people that could help us in english and spanish. The gym was gym was petty good and the pool is always clean

    No complaints about the place itself. Very nice, and the staff are very helpful. The only thing that really bothers me, is that they force you to use a company called Access Media 3 for your internet service. This company is horrible, and the internet sucks! But I have no other choice because of their contract agreement. No kidding, my internet goes our at least twice a day. We are in 2016, everything is online! You need internet. Again, the apartments are great, and appreciate the staff.

    I love these apartments. The staff is very nice and accommodating. Very hospitable. The day it was a little icey there was already salt on the stairs. I was surprised at how nicely everything was painting inside and outside. You truly get what you pay for.

    I’ve been living here for a little over two weeks! My roommate and I love it. It’s a quiet and peaceful place. It’s especially nice to have many shopping and food options very close by. We also love the staff! They’re super friendly an a lot of fun.

    So far so good, I had some maintenance issue but it was resolved, I have 2 concerns at night the entrance to the apartment is dark I have to really drive slow to not pass it ; and the tenant above my unit makes a lot of noise especially at nights hopefully this issue will soon be resolved, otherwise I like my unit and the staff is very friendly and helpful 👍🏿
