I have lived here for 3 years and I really like these apartments and the area. Management and maintenance have been lovely and always resolve issues/requests timely. The pool & gym are very nice and always clean. Our unit itself is very nice and has everything we need. They other tenants are really nice and respectful. Best place Ive lived in!

I’ve had a great experience living at Shoreview Flats! The building is well-maintained, and the staff has always been helpful and responsive. Since the new community manager, Jessica, took over, there’s been such a positive change—she’s attentive, professional, and truly cares about the residents. I’ve seen some negative reviews, but that hasn’t been my experience at all. The team works hard to create a welcoming and comfortable environment, and I appreciate all they do. Highly recommend Shoreview Flats!

The community is clean, quiet, and beautifully maintained. The new Community Manager Jessica, who has gone above and beyond to make my experience here seamless.As for the negative reviews.. seriously are we living in the same place? I feel like they’re just chasing their five seconds of fame. My guess? They didn’t pay rent. Newsflash: Jessica is running an amazing community, not a reality show.If you’re thinking of living here, pull the trigger or talk to Jessica for 5 seconds and you’ll understand my five star rating!

Great place! Friendly staff, clean, quiet, and great location. Close to schools, coffee shops, automotive repair, freeway, grocery store, and church. The location is near a lot of cool spots. The price is reasonable for being a newer complex. Plus you are very close to some cool breweries. Thanks, Shoreview Flats staff its been great a experience living here.

Its new feeling and accessible to downtown. They do a great job keeping the property clean. Parking and amenities are nice. Rent seems fair for the area if you want newer. We had some fairly substantial plumbing issues. They took care of everything, but it did take some complaining.Its by a police and fire station, and on a major street. You will get some noise. It is what it is. If you have a dog, the dog park is pretty big.Update: They have recently put up new fencing in the dog park which is great! There are a few separate areas to keep dogs apart which if a huge improvement!! Thanks management!!So far....overall good place to live if you want to be in this area. Recommend.

I moved here 3 months ago and finally found my best place ever in Dallas after 3 years.Neighborhood is quiet and niceNeighbors are also kindLeasing office works well and they do care of the residents. Specifically community manager Nora is the best for me. She listens to what is necessary and follows up with it.Garage is big and enough spaces. Guest garage is first floor so it is easy and large tooUnits are technologically updated. Door locks, main doors, gym are smartphone-accessible.

Honestly, this place has been pretty nice. Have been here for almost a year and the move in process was smooth. The units are beautiful. The office is courteous and reliable. Shout out, Reva! Shes so caring and professional. The maintenance team is prompt and effective. The property is well maintained and has aesthetic updates occurring. Have never had issues with parking availability for myself or guests. The towing company is ON IT, so dont forget to register your guests for parking in the garage.The trash room piles up on the weekends (valet trash Sunday- Thursday and Trash maintenance M-F) but its been recently getting addressed on Sunday evenings so its not so bad.Close to White Rock Lake and you can borrow cute bikes from the office. I enjoy all the trees and trails in this area.

I love this property! Every time I have been to the office, Dashawn and Reva greeted me with a smile and have always been very professional. I see maintenance onsite in the mornings when I leave for work picking up the grounds and the property always looks well taken care of. I am impressed daily on how clean the hallways are when I get home from work. I would recommend Shoreview Flats to anyone looking for a well maintained, clean and all around great property with exceptional customer service. They care about their residents and are always available to assist with any questions or concerns.

Visited Shoreview Flats and was greeted by the property manager Nora. She welcomed me in with a warm smile and introduced me to the property by showing me around the amenities. She also was very thorough in providing me information to make the best decision for my move. The property is beautiful and clean. I can tell that that the maintenance team cares for the property. If you are interested in the White Rock area I would suggest you go see Tory and her team at Shoreview Flats!

I love living here at Shoreview Flats! The property is clean, modern, and inviting; safest I have ever felt in a complex. Reva is a true unicorn in this Community, she is professional, personable, friendly, and the most beautiful heart – not just with me, I have witnessed her interaction with other residence; her care with others radiates like sun beams. Reva goes above and beyond to accommodate residents and their needs; she truly cares. The maintenance team, especially Ken who works hard to keep everything looking nice. I moved to SVF about 2 years ago; the peaceful and friendliness of my neighbors are hard to come by in complexes these days; the activities that Reva and staff bring to the community are truly a bonding experience.

Just moved out in October and I loved living here! The office team are great, Tori is truly professional. The only issue I had was someone stealing my package from my door, but that is on the residents, not the complex. The units are well built and staff definitely upholds their expectations mentioned in the lease such as a smoke free community and following basic guidelines. Only reason I moved is I wanted a backyard for my dog. If they had units with small yards I would move back in a heartbeat

If you want great service, Shoreview is the place to live. I have lived here for over 2 years and I love it here. Dashawn and Reva have been so helpful throughout my experience here and the team is just incredible. Every apartment complex has its hiccups but the team deals with it right then and there and for that I rate this community 5 stars.

These apartments are very new and modern. Every unit comes with a washer and dryer! They are also located in a good safe area.Tory in the leasing office was amazing and helped my husband and I so much while searching for our new apartment. She is SO helpful and very patient! I would recommend her helping you out if youre interested in Shoreview!

I would like to give great customer service acknowledgment to the new community manager Nora Gomez. I have been trying to resolve some issues I was having with the resident portal for some months now. It was hectic and was not being resolved. Fortunately for me she worked her magic found a solution to my problem. I’m very grateful as she is the only one that took her time to understand and went above and beyond to resolve the issue. I cannot express enough just how AMAZING Tory and Holly are at Shoreview Flats. They are some of the most sweetest, kindest, transparent and caring women in this business that I know! They are willing to go over and beyond for their residents. You are truly treated as a human being first. I moved into SVF last year when it was under so much construction, and they took care of us from car wash certificates because of the debris on our cars to serving us dinner! This property is beautiful and I felt very safe and at home there. The downtown views from some of the apartments is amazing! I am a single female with a pup and I never felt unsafe taking her out at night. I had to move away for personal reasons and Holly and Tory were so understanding and helped me more than I will ever be able to thank them for. If your on the fence about SVF, don’t be and MOVE THERE! I promise you wont be disappointed. If you get my apartment I will haunt you tho. Just kidding, seriously best apartment hands down!

Tory and Holly hands down are the best!!! I have never came across such beautiful people who are willing to make your stay as comfortable as possible! Shoreview flats is a beautiful and comfortable place to live. The staff is friendly and helpful, always attentive to the residents needs. If they don’t have a resolution they will try to find one as well as be transparent! Words cannot explain how living at SVF and working with such great people changed my life. If you want to live in a great complex that’s beautiful, in a safe neighborhood with an amazing staff Shoreview Flats is the way to go!!!!!

Must give a special shout-out to Ken of the maintenance department. Its so nice to come home from a hard days work to a complex that is so clean and nice. It smells better than the Polo store before you even get in the front door! Thank you Ken for the hard work you put in to make our place in NE Dallas feel like a high-dollar Uptown spot!

Office staff was very friendly and helpful. The property is brand new and I am literally the first person to occupy the building. The upside is that you can choose to have the view, layout and location you want. Building is still partially under construction but the units are very well insulated because I never hear anything annoying. The specials are better than any place I looked, by far. Highly recommend!

Very friendly staff and a clean well kept facility. Close to lots of things to do and nestled in a residential area.If I had to mark it down on something it would be that it has many abandoned buildings in bad shape that border one side of the complex. However, even with that as an issue it is a good community to live in.
