I rented here for over 6 years, this place is quiet, safe and affordable. Very family friendly environment as you will have kids playing in the courtyard when the weather is nice out and neighbors getting together for cookouts. The landlord Andy was always very helpful and manages the area very well, any issues we had were resolved in a timely and professional manner. I would highly recommend this area! -

Stayed here with my fiancΓ© for 10 months, it was our first apartment ever and we had best experience with it. They care about the residents, and itβs located in a safe location. The rent were automatically cut in half for 2 months because of the corona virus which was really nice of them. Only had a problem with the dish washer which was replaced within a week. Friendly people.Fair pricing as well. Itβs been a few months since I moved out and I missed this apartment! Got my deposit back in the mail since I live in a different state, Iβd say about 6 weeks after moved out. Would recommend this apartment to anyone! -
