    I love living here! The layout is perfect for me. Yes, there is construction (But there is literally construction everywhere in Dallas!) The location is perfect and close to the tollway. My floor has the nicest, best neighbors I’ve ever had at any apartment complex. Since moving in, they put in a brand new dog park located in the parking garage. Perfect because it’s for residents only! Josh has been super helpful since I moved here in 2022!

    I’ve lived here for almost 2 years and there are not enough words to describe what an amazing community this is to live in. The apartments are amazing, the pool is BEAUTIFUL, and the staff is amazing. They truly go above and beyond for their residents and truly care about you and your needs. Brenda, Josh and Joel are amazing people and make my day better whenever I see them.

    Seville Uptown is an amazing community. From the leasing agent Joel Tapia, to the management and maintenance staff, they are all top notch. The community is pet friendly with an on site dog run, friendly neighbors, and regular social events for the residents to get to know one another. I have recommended the Seville to several friends who have moved in and are very happy they did !

    Carlos on the Maintenance team is absolutely amazing! He does everything right the first time and double checks to make sure everything is okay. He is always personable in public areas and goes out of his way to say hi. We are lucky to have him at Seville uptown. He makes our community a great place to live.

    The maintenance at this property is incredible. Ive been living at Seville for almost 2 years and my work orders get completed within 24 hours. I want to specifically point out Carlos Hernandez. I recently put in 3 requests and by the next day all 3 issues were taken care of. One being my microwave door handle was broken and he installed a new one before lunch. He is so polite and is committed to the residents by always asking if theres anything else he can do. Thank you Carlos!

    The staff here is exceptional! I had an issue with some packages & they have gone above & beyond to help & I am so thankful to live somewhere that cares so much about their residents. A big thank you to Brenda & Joel for everything they have done & do! Best place to live for sure!

    This 5 stars is for Carlos with the maintenance team. I wish I could give him 20 stars! He is always willing to help, even on a Sunday. He constantly goes above and beyond and makes sure my roommate and I have everything fixed. Carlos is extremely kind and professional and we are so lucky to have his help! Hes by far the best team member here.

    Edit to add more good things: Having lived here for eight years now, I can honestly say Seville Uptown is in better shape now than ever. The management team is responsive, helpful and professional. Madi and his maintenance team are top notch. The grounds are maintained very well. While it may seem minor, the fact that outdoor lights are replaced quickly when needed means a lot. Its the little things that make the difference!I have lived at the Seville since 2016, and I think Greystar is, so far, the best management company weve had. They are actively taking an interest in improving the property and have gone above and beyond to address any concerns Ive take the time to report. I cannot say enough good things about Josh. From cleaning up glass in the hallway (from a clumsy Kroger delivery person) on a Sunday to helping me search for a misdelivered package, he has been so helpful and friendly. And, someone in the office ALWAYS answers the phone. This is HUGE. Kody and Lidia are great. Whether or not they can help, we always feel heard, and thats a big deal. If youre looking for a great property in the area, seriously consider the Seville. I love it.

    I moved in this week and my experience from my tour to now living in the apartment has been amazing! Vivi, Brenda, and Josh have been so kind and helpful throughout my move in. You feel right at home from the moment you walk in and you can truly see how much they care for this community. I want to give a special thanks to Vivi for giving me a tour of the property and answering all of my questions prior to my move in as well!

    It was great working with Josh. I was able to move in and get set up quickly! The grounds are amazing and the lofts/apartments are in phenomenal shape. Ive been here for little over a month and have no complaints! I love it here.

    I’ve lived at Seville for about 2 years now and loving it! The staff are amazingly nice and helpful, especially Josh, Kody, and Eddy! They are quick to respond and always follow up. The maintenance team is quick when it comes to repairs and theyre so friendly on the property. Its a newer complex so my unit did not require lots of maintenance but since the staff was quick at fixing everything, any questions or concerns never left unanswered. The complex is extremely pet friendly. The location has easy access to the highway and close to so many great restaurants, bars, grocery stores and pharmacies. If youre thinking about moving here, do it!!!!

    I would give the management here 10/5 if I could. Upon moving back to Dallas, I have been trying to find the perfect place to call home, and Vivi did just that for me! As soon as I arrived for a tour, Vivi made me feel welcome and excited to see the place before even leaving the leasing office. She was extremely helpful and made sure all my questions were answered, and did a wonderful job showing me around the community.

    I lived at seville for almost 5 years. Was a great apartment good location. For price. My maintenance issues were always resolved timely while I was in the process. Cody and Lydia were able to work hard to resolve the issue with the tenant that took over my lease after I left. I saw improvements being made to the property in the few months greystar was manager (note it was a different story in Atlanta)

    Toured yesterday last minute with Josh and everything was amazing. The whole team was super helpful answering all of my questions, and the community was great. The upgrades of the common areas and apartments look so nice unlike a lot of places that quickly try and throw on paint and move on. I loved the amount of amenities and the loft style apartments. I leased right away and cant wait to move in!

    I have lived here for the last year and have absolutely loved everything about it. From all the amazing pool renovations to the attention to detail in the common spaces - Seville Uptown is the perfect spot. I have so much space and storage (more than other apartments I toured).It’s also in the perfect spot in Oaklawn, close to Starbucks, Eatzi’s and the Katy Trail.I have also had a great experience with the maintenance staff. Always very responsive and helpful.5 stars!!!

    The rent is reasonable for the quality of the unit, amenities, and location. Staff are always available and answer telephone calls. The only drawbacks are the functionality of the security doors and touchscreen interfaces at some access points, trash disposal, and cleanliness of the hallways at times. Overall it is a good apartment community that is managed almost as well as it could be.

    Ive been in Seville for the last four years and plan to be here atleast one more year. There have been a lot of changes in these last 4 years, however i have loved calling this place my home. It was taken over by new management over a year ago and they have been so great at updating the place. the staff is wonderful! Cody (im pretty sure is the property manager) is the nicest human you will meet. He is always there with a smile and more the excited to help you with anything you have going one. He makes the residents feel like he truly cares! I know you have a lot of options here in Dallas, but i definitely recommend this place for you to check out!

    After witnessing several underwhelming management teams at Seville Uptown for the past 3 years, I can confidently say Brenda has been a breath of fresh air. Within a month of arriving, shes tackled issues that plagued us for months, transforming the quality of life here immensely.Gone are the days of delayed work orders and trash-strewn grounds. We now see prompt maintenance, sparkling clean spaces, and a visible security presence, thanks to Brendas swift installation of a much-needed new security system (something her predecessors endlessly promised but never delivered).Brendas proactive approach and genuine care for residents are evident in the results she has accomplished in such a short time frame (aprx. 3 months). Shes readily available, listens to concerns, and takes swift action. My confidence in Seville Uptown has soared under her leadership.If youre considering Seville Uptown, know that youre entering a community thats finally on the right track, thanks to Brendas dedication.

    I recently moved into the community. I toured with Alix, who was helpful and friendly the whole way through. I can see management cares about its residents and each other- this place stood out for the community presence compared to every where else I toured.The property is undergoing major renovations so be aware that is a process, plus there’s construction across the street, but I think progress is something to be grateful for.Move in was a little rough, with only 1 elevator (no freight elevator), and my apartment key didn’t work, so a star off for that. But management fixed my keys over the weekend- thanks Kody!The access system installed across the property is too convoluted - just be aware. You’ll have a key fab for some entry points, a key for your apartment, a mailbox key, and an access code.Parking is gated in both buildings. It is covered. There’s also street parking available. You can register up to 2 guests per unit for garage parking through a website and it’s good for 24 hours.The fitness center has everything you need for cardio and strength training. It’s clean and simple. If you are a fitness buff, you probably will need a gym membership.The community area has been renovated and has a mini kitchen with scheduled events and wifi. I wish they had a coffee machine but maybe in the future;)Overall it’s an excellent value in a great neighborhood with an excellent management team.

    I have been a Sevillian going on 1 year and I am currently up for renewal. I moved to Seville Uptown on a whim after my previous apartment flooded, caught fire and my new car had been stolen within the same month. This property was also in the Oaklawn area. ( I give that statement because I have read where reviews claim this is the worst property in Oaklawn ) I have had my fair share of concerns that ranged from clogged toilets, sinks and worse; a/c problems. I have always submitted my work orders and followed up with staff. All of my issues were repaired in a timely manner with the exception of my a/c. I was able to have a portable in my home while outside contractors were brought in. Throughout this year of being here I have read and listened to multiple complaints. I can promise you from my personal experience most of them are probably due to lack of communication or no communication in getting issues resolved until they become an emergency. Seville is currently going through a TON of renovations since Greystar took over management. Some of them arent timed properly but with the complexity, demand and supplies. I feel like they are doing everything to make this property better! With that being said, residents seem to not have the patience for a new management company to come in and make these renovations/upgrades to such an old property that went years without proper upkeep. As anyone with common sense, make sure you read ALL the reviews and not base your opinion from someone else. Lastly, the office staff is absolutely amazing! Currently Kody is the property manager with Josh being the assistant manager, both ROCKSTARS! They literally work their butts off to make sure we are always feeling welcomed and our needs are being taken care of.

    I’ll be moving to Dallas and I’ve been apartment hunting. When I walked into the office, I was greeted by Alix, then Josh and Kody approached and made me feel so welcomed. The sense of family at this place is unlike any other and the reason why I want to live at Seville. The apartments are beautiful and looks like they put a lot of love into the community. I’ll be leasing here when I’m ready to move, no doubt!

    Moved into Seville last week and I am loving my living experience here! My unit is spacious with lots of natural light, thanks to the large windows and French doors. The property is well maintained (Shout out to Marco, Angel, and Roberto). And, the property is well managed (thanks to Christina). And, a BIG thanks to Ana who manages our property. She has been so responsive and accommodating for this new resident as I settle into a new apartment community in a new city. Hats off to Seville Uptown!

    I have a flawless experience with living in this property. I have recently relocated to Dallas, and being brand new to a city can be stressful, I can see that my experience with IMT Seville has made the adjustment so much easier. From the moment I called inquiring about potentially renting an apartment, the staff has been extremely helpful and kind to me. They were quick to answer any questions, and went above and beyond to ensure I was comfortable and getting exactly what I was looking for. Without a doubt, I knew this was the kind of property that I wanted to call home.The apartment itself is great, very spacious for a 1 bedroom, the decor and interior is very modern and well kept. The location is great, extremely close to restaurants, entertainment, and the freeway for those who have to commute :)I would highly recommend those looking for a new home. I had the pleasure of working with Joey throughout my process, he was such a great, friendly person to work with. I can say he was definitely a factor in me making my final decision!

    I moved to Dallas a year ago and have only ever lived in a Greystar property because they are simply the best! I moved from one location to another specifically for the management team and staff...Kody, Josh and Lidia. They are heartwarming, caring people and that is what you truly need from the people taking care of you in your apartment building! I live in the loft side and my bf and I absolutely adore it. The unit is so spacious and modern. The amenities are amazing (the gym has a stair master!). I cant wait to enjoy my lease at Seville and see what the future has in store (maybe a nitro cold brew machine in the lobby?) It can only get better from here. Completely recommend living here!

    Seville Uptown has been a great place to call home the past year. Kody & Josh have done an amazing job and are always here to make sure your living experience is as best as possible. Sad to leave, but this place deserves much more than 5 stars. If you want to find a great place to call home with great amenities and people, Seville Uptown is the place to be.

    Recently moved in and its been a pleasure living here. Ana and Maria have been super helpful. The place is quiet and clean. Parking is enforced. Gym and pool are great. Not sure what the negative comments about the new management are about. No apartment community is perfect. Follow the rules, pay your rent, and youll be fine.

    I couldnt be happier with my new apartment. The unit feels and looks brand new while making excellent use of the space. The amenities are top notch and boast a great pool and gym that are both incredibly well-maintained and clean.What I am most happy with so far, however, is the amazing staff and how professional and accommodating they have been. They really made my twelve-hundred mile move to a brand new city not only painless, but very welcoming. Thanks IMT Seville!

    I have lived at IMT in Uptown for a little over two years and I love it. The staff is always very friendly and extremely responsive. The apartments are upgraded, spacious and more than anything really affordable. I love the location being really close to the heart of uptown as well as the restaurants and bars on Cedar Springs. It is super convenient.The pool is a blast in the summer, and when I first relocated here, its where I made a lot of friends. Great place to live!

    Overall my husband and I really love living here. A lot of reviews on here talk about break-ins and crime which did worry us when we moved in. Although there have been a couple instances of car break-ins, I find the apartment complex and area safe overall (break ins happen everywhere people, you can’t totally prevent crime in a very urban area!). In addition the management recently held a safety meeting for all residents following a couple car break-ins with a Dallas police officer that covers our area. This demonstrated the apartment complex is regularly working with police to address crime in the area and are actively working on improving safety. Overall, I’ve found the management and staff responsive (in the past I’ve had a hard time finding them in person/staff answering calls but lately I’ve always been able to find someone to help in person/ get an email response). Also the maintenance team is top notch! We had a couple issues with our heater/air conditioning and they have always fixed it the day of reporting it. The maintenance crew are so friendly (my dog is especially a big fan of them haha) and they always take the time to stop by and let me know what they did/what the problem was with whatever issue we were having. I can’t tell you what a relief it is to know that anytime you have a maintenance problem that friendly staff will be there to fix it within hours. The apartment facilities are also really nice and always clean with a great pool area, gym, and cool package locker system.

    We have been living here for 6 months and, so far, we are very happy with our experience at IMT Seville Uptown.The staff (both office and service) is awesome. They consistently go above and beyond to help with any issues or maintenance requests we might have.Location is great if you work near downtown or the UT Southwestern Medical center.Amenities are great. The gym is great and there is enough equipment so its never too crowded. Nice big pool with two poolside grills for bbqs on summer days.Apartment space distribution is great and everything looks brand new.Highly recommended!

    I lived here for over 2 years, and I would say this was the best apartment I have rented while in the uptown / downtown area. The management was great, Joey was fantastic - he was very responsive and took care of us. I also want to commend the maintenance crew - they were respectful and very accommodating. Every time I had an issue it was fixed immediately!The only thing I did not care for (which was not really the managements fault) was the lazy residents that did not pick up after their pets. We all share the same roof over our heads, be respectful! Maybe the apartment could use a DNA matching service to bill owners (some complexes have this in the DFW area).

    I have lived at Seville for 2 years and plan on staying longer. Its an excellent location, with a lot of restaurants and activities around. The grey star management team has been amazing, they have definitely done a lot in a short period of time. They are very friendly and community oriented.

    My wife and I have been living here for over three years. The Seville Uptown is great apartment community. The management is stellar and the maintenance team is without equal. (Thanks guys!) We have a top floor, corner unit with great views of downtown and out toward the Margaret Hunt Hill Bridge. In the years weve been here, we have never heard our neighbors through the walls or really even people in the common hallways. This is indicative of good quality construction. Another huge plus is having assigned parking in the garage on the level where you live. If youve lived in places with free for all parking, you will understand how completely awesome this is. If you are looking for an apartment in the Uptown/Oak Lawn/Cedar Springs area this should definitely be top of the list.

    I recently moved into the IMT Seville and it has been nothing but good. From the moment I came into the leasing office to inquire about leasing, to moving in, and until now Joey and all of the staff have been more then helpful. It is a nice, calm and clean environment that I must say is very well maintained. The hallways are always clean and always smell fresh. I have sent one request for service and it was taken care of immediately. The maintenance man showed up and completed his duties within a couple hours on the same day I made the request. I honestly have nothing negative to say regarding this property. It is also in a very central location, grocery stores, restaruants and more within walking distance! I love living here and I recommend it to anyone who is inquiring to lease in the area!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    Ive been here 3 months and so far so good. From the start Joey was great on the tour and helping me through the move in process. He does an excellent job.The building is quiet, I dont hear my neighbors at all and the people I have met have been more than friendly. For the cost per square foot, you cant get much better. The area is great. Safe at night with a bunch of spots within walking distance.Great building for dogs, very dog friendly.

    The maintenance staff it THE BEST! They are quick, prompt and courteous. On several occasions I have asked for something well beyond what they are required to do and every time they say yes and help me. The grounds are equally well kept and trash removal is prompt.The location of the Seville make it convenient to uptown, downtown and the Tollway which is great for me as my office is in Plano. With no traffic, I have only a 20-25 minute commute to work.If you are looking for an apartment in this area you need to check out the Seville. Give Joey a call. Hell help you!

    Seville Uptown is the best of the best. Kody, Lidia, and Josh are so friendly. I am excited to see all the new changes to see how even better it gets here. I get a lot of emails with information about the stuff going on like the changes and events. We had a breakfast event on Saturday and it was great meeting my neighbors.

    IMT Seville Uptown is a great place to call home! I moved last week and I absolutely love my loft! Tonya and Joey skill level and expertise were so helpful, along with their warm and friendly personality! The property is very clean and the landscape is maintained beautifully. I placed one work order for maintenance and it was taken care of immediately!! Also, the location is perfect!!

    Kody in management is excellent! He makes sure that all my maintenance requests and questions are taken care of in a timely manner. He takes care of his residents and makes sure that everyone is treated respectfully. Kody and the team at Seville provide that and theyre really whipping Seville into shape.There are many, many positive changes being made and things are improving since he came along. Thank you, Kody!     Having lived at IMT Seville for over 4 years, Im pleased to review the property and the staff. I think the complex offers an exceptional blend of convenience, quality, location, and affordability. I also have found the staff to be particularly attentive to requests for maintenance support and other issues.IMT Seville is located in the Uptown Oak Lawn area, which means that its well-situated for a short 1-2 mile commute to downtown or a fast reverse commute north via Harry Hines Blvd or I-35(N). I cant imagine an easier, more convenient location for a Dallas urban-dweller.The property itself is well-maintained and captures the lifestyle that a downtown resident would want. The complex offers a great pool setup; gym; and club room. The rental rates are competitive with nearby properties. The location--walking distance of 4 blocks or less to Oak Lawns favorite haunts--makes for a great situation. And Uptown and West Villages locales are just minutes away. I cant imagine better bang for the buck: the property is a great value.A few words about the office and maintenance staff: Ive found them not only to be responsive but also to be pleasant. Ive never had a situation arose where I felt that my inquiries or requests were being minimized. Just the opposite: Ive repeatedly been surprised at the speed at which the office and maintenance personnel address my requests.The place absolutely has my highest endorsement!

    I have lived at Seville for about 3 weeks. My introduction to the complex was through Joey, who provided an abundance of helpful information. He provided many options in my price range and made sure I knew exactly what each option included. So far, Ive really enjoyed the loft I live in. I love the high ceilings and the open layout. My electric bills are reasonable even with the large windows. The location is great- close enough to the Oak Lawn area yet far enough away to be a high traffic area.

    Schedule your tours w/Morgan D. He goes above and beyond to accommodate you and makes sure that your needs are met with exceptional service and greets you with a friendly attitude. He doesnt rush you and engages with you in conversation. You just dont find that anymore. And I have and DO base my decision of my future home on the leasing and management staff as well as the home/unit. It all has to feel right. Fyi. I am a realtor and I lived here 10 yrs ago during their lease up and would definitely refer prospects to him.

Ken and Joey in the leasing office have been super accomodating with all of my requests (including having some spikes installed above my balcony free of charge to deal with some annoying pigeons) and are always extremely friendly.I moved to the IMT Seville from the Monterey (by Windsor) on McKinney in Uptown. Although the Monterey has a more resort feel, the staff here at the IMT Seville are way more friendly and easy to work with, the apartment and pool are just as nice, its only 5 min from Uptown if that matters to you (but is way closer to downtown, the AA center, Design District and Deep Ellum), and Im paying almost $600 less per month!!The building seems to be mostly young professionals and couples, lots of folks with dogs, and I havent had any trouble with noise. Overall, Im glad that I found the IMT Seville and am happy to renew my lease. They also negotiated with me when my renewal time came up and we were able to reach a price that I am extremely happy with! ;) Thank you guys!

    I couldnt have asked for a better place to live! This is my fourth year at IMT Seville, and as long as Im in Dallas, I will continue my relationship with this community.The combination of its central location, leasing team, attentive service team, spacious floor plans, great prices and ample parking made it the perfect home for me.Incredibly satisfied!

They do an amazing job at providing all the information needed and questions answered for you to figure out if Seville is the best fit for you!!     I have had some small issues at the Seville but the team has ALWAYS addressed them promptly! Ana , Patti, adrian, jose , are great when it comes to getting issues handled. Professionally and swiftly. I also want to shoutout the amazing maintenance team who does there job when you need them to! I had issues with my new apartment and they switched and fixed things as I requested! Thank you guys so much for this!!

    Kerry and Berkeley in the leasing office were SO helpful as my roommate and I were looking for a new apartment. I think I ended up touring 3 times and Kerry was absolutely fantastic, always followed up by phone the next day and made sure to keep in touch and help get the right place for us!

    Lived here in 2017 when IMT was managing it, and it was really great.Dont know what its like now, as there was a mgmt change when I moved out, but I will say that the soundproofing in this apartment was amazing. I did not hear a single peep from my neighbors during the entirety of my year and a half stay.

    Management before Greystar was terrible but after Greystar acquired the building, the new property management staff was great. They quickly made needed changes to the building and always were willing to help me with whatever I needed.

    I lived there many years and was honestly one of the best communities Ive lived in. The residents are so nice and the staff is amazing! Office staff are always there for you and the maintenance staff make sure everything you need gets done fast and they are so nice. I strongly recommend this place to anyone!
