I don’t live here but these ladies are great if you looking for a place to call home. Go see the ladies at Seven07 lofts. Wish we were able to stay there just our income was too high. Overall great location and customer service

The staff is awesome. They are friendly, helpful, and its a very laid back kind of atmosphere while they are getting stuff done. Its easy to follow along and our move in process felt very welcoming and celebratory! Theyve even been very quick since move in to address any emails or phone calls and I am SO grateful for the attentiveness.

It’s a good staying place with a really good price, the place is not luxury but it is remodeled and everything was nice and clean, recommended if you are in Business’ trip around the area.

This place is phenomenal excellent management skills, Every one of the women there are amazing, kind, friendly 🙏🏽 Very professional this beautiful lovely community very clean and the apartment lofts are stunning! I was taken on a grand tour and I must say I am very impressed with their layout. My mom is currently in the process to move here and all i can say is Brianna is so helpful and very professional. She took the time to help me with getting my mom information submitted in a timely manner. So if your planning to move here ask to speak to brianna because she gets things done. Shes the best.

Thank you Jenny and property manager for actually sitting down with us, answer all our questions and actually helping us. You actually seemed to want us to live there and looked over our information and moved with a sense of urgency, which we were missing from other apartments we visited.

The staff here is more than helpful. We were having an issue with our bank submitting some information that was required to authorize our move-in. Linda stood in our corner and definitely went to bat for us when she was finally able to get in touch with the bank. Alex is amazing up front. She has a bubbly personality and is great to sit and chat with. Michael is a stand up guy. Helps you in any way he can with any issues that arise. Jeannie is super helpful as well! Jay the maintenance man is pretty quick to jump on things in this place already! The apartments are super nice. The countertops are beautiful. The carpet is super plush. We’re so glad to call this place home! Thank you to all of the staff here that fought to get us in! We appreciate it!

These apartments are extremely nice from the inside to the outside. Right after my tour with Krystyn, I knew this was where I wanted to call home. Krystan was terrific from start to finish. My application had a few hiccups, but Krystyn was driven to get my application approved. Not only is Krystyn phenomenal, but Jordin is sweet as well. If youre looking for a place to call home, come check them out. You definitely wont be disappointed!

The front office staff are very helpful and worked with us above and beyond to get us into our apartment when the bank screwed up the paperwork. The common rooms in the apartment are small but the bedrooms and bathrooms are decent sized. Only 1 of the gates has a working call box but the complex is still under construction and some of the amenities are not available yet but hopefully soon they will be. Im excited to see how much thing improve once construction is complete and the entire complex is 100%.

They young lady that help me do my application was very helpful!!! She has blonde hair I’m sorry I don’t remember her name at the moment but she was very helpful an patient with me being this was my last time doing everything on my own with no help an I’m very grateful and thankful for her help. My kids love there new place

Let me just say Krystyn made my transition from Chicago IL to SA very manageable Im beyond pleased with her service going above and beyond her knowledge of the whole process definitely was on point with everything its truly due to her amazing services she provided me and my family is the reason why out of 2 other leasing properties I decided 707 keep being amazing Krystyn Carroll I highly recommend 707 the entire staff is prompt and helpful thanks guys for everything🫶🏽

The directions were spot on from beginning to end. I got off the freeway a little to early but, My Map Guide put me right back into my destination. There was lots of construction going on it the area my final road was scary and not completely paved bumpy to. Yet i made it to and from thanks to my new best friend and map.

Jenny has gone out of her way to make sure me and family has everything in order to get into these apartments she has been very patient with me and the rest of the office staff are so nice and caring had my kids eating snacks cant ask for anything better

I love those apts their beautiful 😍 inside n out!! From what I heard they take Section 8 or their income restricted something like that. Now dont take my word for it.....do youre homework!!! Find out for yourself!! Luck everyone!!
