I absolutely love living at Seven. The location is amazing and fills my life with tons of opportunity for fun. I rarely ever use my car anymore and am always walking/biking. The apartments are gorgeous with tons of bright light. My dogs love sunbathing on the balcony while listening to live music across the street. Sevens the perfect spot for walkable downtown living at a typically more affordable price than other high rises downtown.

Ive been living at Seven for a year and have nothing but positive things to say! I want to shout out Dana who helped me lease and answered all of my crazy questions, and also helped me with questions I had about a transfer and also when I got a dog after living here awhile. This is one of the older buildings downtown, but the upkeep is great and I really enjoy it. Its also nice being on the edge of downtown, so its city but youre also next to neighborhoods. (And dont listen to what anyone says about the elevators, they work fine and if anything ever happens (which is rare), theyre fixed within the hour and all buildings Ive lived in downtown have the same experience.)

Katie and the Seven team has been nothing but amazing! Since the moment I came to Seven I’ve felt welcomed! This staff knows exactly how to treat their residents! Also, the amenities and views from this community are incredible! I definitely recommend leasing here! You won’t regret it!UPDATE: New manager Renona is amazing! Making amazing improvements to the property as soon as she started. Leasing team is always helpful, as well as the maintenance team! I definitely recommend living here! 😎

They did it again! Another experience with the Seven staff that exceeded my expectations. Recently there was a water leak that destroyed several units on several floors. The team handled this incredibly stressful situation with such professionalism. I applaud Katie, the PM, on managing the Situation and keeping everyone informed throughout the process. Erick, the maintenance supervisor, was the front man during the ordeal working around the clock to stabilize the leak and do what he needs to do to make sure he preserved as much of the asset as he could. They quickly went into action and got a contractor in to begin mitigation. It could not of gone smoother for such a disaster. I love this place and the staff is amazing!

I moved into Seven in December and I absolutely love it! The entire staff and concierge are so accommodating and professional. They keep the property so clean and always have good snacks and events for us. My neighbors are super sweet and welcoming which is a huge bonus. I love all the pups here! The location is unbeatable and the apartment is stunning with the views!! I looked at every single DT property and Seven exceeded them all. Definitely will be here for a while and recommend to anybody looking for a great experience and place to live.

Please do not move here unless you are polite, respectful of your neighbors, love a clean spacious living environment, want to work with the best office staff Ive ever met and are generally a good person. That is all I have met and experienced during my time here. Elise in the front office is amazing; her tour of the building and amenities was three times better than my other five tours in the downtown area. My apartment felt brand new moving in even though I am not the first tenant and facing east / southeast I get free concerts on my balcony from across the street.When I moved in there was a car parked in my space. I asked one time if there was a mistake and the office staff was proactive getting the situation resolved quickly and economically. This is the type of thing to expect if you live here. The maintenance staff are super helpful and conscientious - they have helped me move heavy items which is above and beyond what they are required to do.The building feels very secure as the doors require a fob, the elevators as well. I havent had a worry since living here. Whole Foods is an easy walk for the grocery which is a nice perk.All in all 5 stars!

We have lived at Seven for almost 1 year. We have loved our experience here from day 1. The leasing staff was extremely helpful and made our decision easy. We love our apartment, amazing views and lots of space. We havnet had to many issues, but when we have, Mike and the maintenance crew have been truly incredible. I believe most of them live on property so you have 24 hour support if needed. They are very helpful, kind and get repairs done quickly. We just signed another lease here and look forward to another great year at Seven.

I have loved living at SEVEN. I believe the office gets too much hate, if you look at your emails we are kept informed and as up to date as possible.The amenities are beautiful, the pool is well kept and is amazing to spend weekends at. The Mainteance team is quick and efficient. Front office staff - while new. Is kind and dedicated to us. I have talked to them so many times with concerns and issues and everyone has been understanding and eased my mind. My apartment is beautiful, I love my view and the noise from 6th street isn’t as bad as I thought it would be.If you take a step back, stop following the herd of sheep and focus on the beauty of our community you’ll see it’s fine.THANK YOU to the SEVEN team for working hard for us!

Great downtown location. Plenty of restaurants nearby. The rooftop pool and the gym are really nice. I like that they’re pet friendly, however the elevators smell a bit like dog and are also slow so if you’re staying here for Airbnb, I recommend a lower floor. Overall really nice place to stay or rent.

My experience with Seven has been great so far. :) Dana and Katie have been incredibly helpful in answering any questions regarding my lease and the building amenities very quickly. Its obvious they care a great deal about renter experience which is a breath of fresh air when moving into a new building. The view from my apartment is gorgeous and the walkability to my favorite spots from Seven is great. I knew what I would be signing up for noise-wise moving into the area, but the nearby music isnt half as bad as I thought it would be. If you enjoy the energy and hum of the city below, youll enjoy this spot. :) My pup and I are happy here and feel right at home.

Loved living here and calling Seven home! I lived here for about three years and while there have been lots of changes in leasing staff and concierge personnel, I always felt safe and comfortable in this building.Really great location – walking distance from several restaurants, bars, coffee shops, fitness studios, and Whole Foods!Incredible maintenance – my requests were always handled sufficiently within 24 hoursIt is worth noting that it can be a little loud, especially on the weekends. I was surprised with the level of noise when I moved in but it wasn’t a deal breaker for me. As of May 2023 there was almost always one elevator that wasn’t working – hopefully this has been fixed!

My husband and I moved into Seven about a month ago, and have had a great experience so far! No apartment complex is perfect however, the staff at Seven have done their best to fix any issues we have had. We are looking forward to the construction wrapping up on our floor soon, and having things feel like new. Our view is breathtaking, and we are very happy with our unit, as we signed our lease sight unseen while living in PDX. We have been working with Alyssa from securing our apartment, to questions now and again - she has been awesome! Overall we are happy with our choice to live at Seven!

This review is specifically for Marco on the maintenance team, he is awesome. We moved into our apartment late on a Friday and had some issues with the electronic door lock, he stayed 2 hours late to make sure it was working, and had a great attitude the entire time. Saturday we submitted a few other maintenance requests, and on Monday (closed Sunday) he came back to check the rest of the items off the list, and to perfect the lock once again, as it wasn’t 100%.So far our experience has been good considering all the circumstances (current construction on the building), but Marco has gone above and beyond to make sure we were taken care of. He deserves a raise!

Ive been living at Seven for about 5 months now and 0 complaints. The leasing staff, management, and maintenance have been accommodating and on top of all my needs from the beginning. Every concierge Ive met here always is kind and inviting. The location is amazing - a quick walk to anywhere I need to go with many bars and restaurants, trader joes and whole foods nearby. And have you seen the units? Theyre absolutely beautiful. Great amenities, floor to ceiling windows, and TONS of closet space.Would definitely recommend for my friends and family, or anyone looking to move downtown Austin!

Location, views and great staff! Just moved in and Seven has been AMAZING! So many restaurants and bars near that are walking distance. This location is prefect for anyone that wants to explore downtown Austin. I placed a work order today and met the new Service Manager. It is a great feeling to know that work orders are being completed in a timely manner. Office staff has always been helpful and genuine with any concerns or questions.

I stayed in the guest suite with my boyfriend with the help of Sophie Temple. She was so personable, outgoing and made me feel comfortable! The staff at Seven Apartments was so friendly and the property was super clean! The guest suite was beautiful and clean as well. Would highly recommend to everyone!

Been here for almost a year and the experience has been amazing! The location speaks for itself - its in the heart of downtown, right next to endless restaurants, shops, bars, etc. Its safe and bustling at night, so I always feel comfortable walking around or walking home. The apartments are spacious, with a unique, industrial feel to them and modern appliances with sick balcony views!The living space is perfect, the community is fun and made a ton of new friends! The front desk, leasing office, and maintenance staff have been stellar and I couldnt ask for more. Shout out to Ben X3, Elise, Bethany, Kelly, Jason, John & Evan for making my living experience exceptional!

Seven Apartments is amazing! I have lived here for 2 years and absolutely love it! The leasing office staff and maintence staff are incredible! Ben, Bethany, Brenda, and Elise are always available to answer questions and address concerns! They helped me transfer apartments within the building and made sure it was a seamless process. They quickly respond to emails and phone calls. Whenever I walk into the building the team always has time to say hello and give my dog, Buddy, a treat and some love! They also host fun community events like Paint Night and Happy Hours with live music! The maintenance team keeps the building spotless and quickly fixes any problems you maybe be having in your apartment. It is a pleasure to work with the entire Seven team! Buddy and I are so glad we decided to continue to make Seven our home in downtown Austin!

I love this apartment complex. It’s very modern and stylish. The staff and concierge are always friendly and helpful! Maintenance staff very professional, cool, prompt and efficient! It’s in a great location and is housed with a lot of nice residents. A nice place to live downtown in Austin. If you like the downtown scene, Check it out. My standards are extremely high...These apartments measure up!10/4/2019I really enjoy living here. It is quiet through the week and loud and exciting on the weekends. Just my style. Even though this is my second home and Im not here often, I still love it. With my business I travel a lot, but whenever Im here its great! The Management staff are super friendly and helpful. Maintenance is the BEST! They are friendly and prompt. Everyone Ive met has been really friendly. This is my favorite apartment to live in!

The concierge and leasing staff is amazing, so kind and helpful. I met the first team member, Elise, when I came and toured the complex. She did an absolutely amazing tour for me and was SO quick to respond to all my questions and emails. I know I am going to love it here.

My time living at the Seven has been phenomenal. From the support/maintenance staff, to the concierge team and the folks in the front office, my experience has exceeded all my expectations and is by far the best community I have lived in. Everyone working in the building goes out of their way to accommodate any of our needs and theyre always happy to do so. The apartment is well kept, new and all the amenities such as the gym are top notch, especially the rooftop pool. I would recommend living here to anyone!

Moved in a few weeks ago and I love it so far. Everyone who works here is friendly and easy to talk to. Maintenance is fast and efficient. The pool is amazing (just a bit busy on Saturdays, but otherwise very laid back). And the apartments themselves are the nicest Ive ever lived in. Our unit faces west and there is no noise at any time, but Ive heard it can get a bit loud on the East side facing 6th street, but thats expected. Five stars from me!

I absolutely loved living here! I would definitely recommend these apartments to my friends or family looking to move to Austin. This was easily the best and easiest living experience I have ever had. Maintenance and any other services were all very quick and professional. Moving in and out were a breeze and concierge services were amazing. The view and location you get for the price were the best that I could find downtown in my search a year ago. Every single person I ran into at this apartment was very inviting and helpful, so I felt welcome and at home pretty quickly after moving in. The only complaint I would have is that I could hear my neighbors pretty easily wherever the floor to ceiling windows shared a border with the neighbors room. Aside from that, I highly recommend this place since the view, service, amenities, and quality of everything else is top notch! I would 100% move back here if I moved back to Austin.

From my very first visit to view Seven and I was completely amazed. The assistant director Lesley at the time was everything I hoped for in management. Warm professional with a sweet personality. The apartment view was breathtaking. She was completely transparent and warned me about the noise level from the local pubs. She insisted that I view other units with less noise but I was dead set on my unit. Fast forward past my first impression. The amenities are great. I love the fitness classes the concierge, the package pick up process, the upkeep and cleanliness, can’t forget the coffee and community activities. Being new to Austin I wanted to live downtown but was reluctant because I wanted to belong to a community. To my surprise I got more than a community I acquired a loving family. The office staff is amazing!!!! Very responsive, suppportive, professional, friendly and just a great group of people. Now maintenance...does maintenance ever get rave reviews...well this team is the best. Professional, thorough, neat, and very very responsive. The cleaning crew are complete gems. Concierge is great too. I feel safe. They make things very convenient. What can I say they all know my name. The other residents are all nice and courteous. I don’t have a dog but the dog station seems pretty cool. Guest parking in my opinion is reasonable for a downtown location. The music venues offers free concerts if you’re in the right location ;). Oh the board room is great. I’ve been able to hold work meeting there. The guest apartment is very reasonably priced and spectacular. I think I’ve covered everything that I love. What can be done differently or improved for the first time I honestly can’t think of anything. I know this is a novel but didn’t want to forget anything. You guys ROCK!!

Seven Apartments is in a great location. The amenities and floorplans are great. As a downtown high-rise there is some music at night but that is expected. The Staff is friendly and helpful. I also like that it is pet friendly but very clean. Expect to see pooches in the elevator.

Heres our personal experience with Seven:Moved here from NYC about 2 months ago after 3-4 years of planning. Change in job for me, change in career for my wife, and just looking for a better life overall, which weve definitely found in Austin.Leasing professional Paul was helpful in walking us through a virtual tour before we moved, allowing us to choose which floor plan and particular unit we wanted to rent, and after doing some research I think he helped us make the right choice.The apartment itself is very nice as are the amenities. As others have mentioned in reviews - fantastic views from the unit, nice pool deck with two gas grills, a few large outdoor seating spaces, a community room with a fridge, and of course the infinity pool. Additionally - friendly concierges at the front desk (some are really just the best). Gym, parking garage on the first few floors, a few bike storage options to choose from, paid guest suite for family (more on that later) so the building has quite a lot! You can schedule reserved time for the amenities to accommodate for COVID. Coming from a 500 sq foot one bedroom, 5th floor walk up / no elevator, no clothes washer/dryer in our place in NYC, is there even a comparison?About a week after I moved in, we awoke at 4am to find pretty much the entire apartment flooded due to an unfortunate mishap with our across-the-hall neighbors bathtub. Our rugs were soaked. Our cat was soaked. We called the emergency maintenance line, and *super helpful* service supervisor John was at our place in about 10-15 mins. He quickly identified the source of the water and mobilized water cleanup crews. He also advocated for us to be placed temporarily in the family guest suite, which luckily enough was unoccupied at the time due to COVID.Long story short - we got relocated to the guest suite for two weeks while repairs were completed. John was on top of everything and provided us updates throughout. At the end we had a completely refurbished apartment, new flooring, clean for fresh move-in. If that werent enough, community manager Kevin managed to get us a rent reduction for our time that was more than fair. I would definitely say they did right by us.Overall, weve had a pretty great experience, and are really enjoying it so far. If youre looking to move downtown, do some research so you know what youre getting, but I do highly recommend Seven!

I am a huge fan of this apartment. It is in downtown Austin, which is super convenient for how close it is to my work. I frequently use the pool and gym to wind down my evenings. A great thing about Seven is that you never have to wait days for maintenance like some other apartments that I have lived in. I would highly recommend if youre looking for a great apartment that offers great amenities and friendly staff!

Just moved out after a year of living here. I really enjoyed my time at Seven but needed more space as I WFH. Majority of the concierge (Adrian, Ashley, Vonn, etc.) were wonderful!A couple of things to think about:Location is great. Fun when you get to easily walk home after dinner or going out. However, loudness of W 6th seeps into your place. I virtually toured the apartments when I was moving to Austin from SF, and of course the agent said there was no noise (bc the bars were close due to COVID). It is actually loud every night, and I faced the West side of the building. You kind of get used to it, but still bothersome when you’re trying to sleep.Another issue is the elevators. There are only 2 and one was always broken. It sometimes takes 5-10 min to get into the elevator.Again, I enjoyed my time at Seven. It’s a beautiful, modern building, but consider those things!

If you are looking for the best high-rise apartment in the downtown area that is walkable, and provides the best value for what you pay, this is the place to be.I took the time to thoroughly tour every single high-rise apartment in the downtown area, and this property was my favorite out of a list of 9 for a number of reasons. The value you get for the price of rent here cannot be beat, between the views, the square footage offered, the amenities and the location. What really stood out to me was that the apartment was only one of two that that had certain units with floor to ceiling windows both in the living and bedroom areas. Staying in a high-rise, having incredible views / a lot natural light was near the top of the priority list and Seven offers that at an affordable price point relative to the other properties in the market.In addition to that, the leasing staff on the front end are Rockstars. Jamie and Paul make the process are very welcoming, open with their communication and are quick in turning around responses to any questions I have had. If you are looking to make the move to downtown Austin, this is the place to be.

Hi all. I am a current resident. We’ve lived at seven for over a year now. I wanted to just comment on the management, specifically Kevin Bardo, who is the community manager. I have far too big a truck for an apartment like this but Kevin has helped in more ways than you can imagine in getting my oversized vehicle situated. There’s plenty of other great people at 7, Ashley and Adrian at the front desk are great, I forget some of the others names, but they’re all great, I’ve always lived the building and the location and the view. But really this comment is for Kevin. He went completely out of his way to help resolve my vehicle issues and I’m just super grateful. So keep that in mind when you’re considering moving here. He has your back.

Toured this place. Very close to the party part of 6th street which is an advantage or disadvantage based upon your preference.Views from pool arent as good as some other buildings. Gym weights stop at 50 LBS, limited gym. Attractive demographic. Decent units. Nice building. Good guest parking situation.

I have lived at SEVEN for over 2 years and I absolutely love living here. Staff is incredible; very responsive to our needs. Always smiling and go above and beyond. Plus they are all gorgeous people, inside and out. Bldg. Manager is a hottie and the ladies look like they are in a movie set. Concierge Adam works so hard, always ready to assist with a smile. Ive been in resident office, located right by concierge desk for 3 hours today and I have witnessed him work non stop and always with a smile. I always thought he just loved me, but I think he loves everyone.Seven is located right by all the hot West 6th clubs and restaurants, always something to do. Residents get along great. We have regular pot lucks, parties, networking events. Parking is no problem; we are allowed guest parking.

Kevin’s always in an upbeat and positive mood which is contagious and always a pleasure to see him around the building.

My husband and I, along with our two fur babies have been lucky enough to call Seven our home for almost 3 years now. We love the hospitality of the staff, cleanliness of the property and the dog friendly atmosphere that has always been a constant since day one. The location of course is a wonderful perk of living here. Daily walks to Whole Foods and Trader Joes, runs to Lady Bird Lake, and of course the endless night scene and restaurant options. Pair that up with the staffs attentiveness and daily smiles and you will want to also call Seven your home. Did I mention the rockstar maintenance and concierge team?! Stop in, take a tour and youll see exactly why we have leased here 3x now.

Been here for a few months now and I love it! Great views, perfect location, and all the staff Ive interacted with have been super helpful and friendly. Especially Marco on the maintenance team. Every time Ive had an issue hes been super quick and super friendly!

This complex is beautiful and in a great location. It’s the perfect spot to go to restaurants, bars, attractions, etc.Seven has wonderful staff! Alison was extremely helpful and informative. Alyssa was very sweet and was quick to send me the information that was needed. I loved everyone’s services and would recommend this complex!
