I have lived here since August of this year, and have told so many friends & family how amazing living here has been! Extremely peaceful, the sweetest neighbors, amazing views, and amazing leasing agents quick to help with any questions, I would recommend anyone to sign here!If youre thinking of signing here dont hesitate! Sendero trace offers amazing move-in perks that cant be matched anywhere else, and the pricing per square footage is unheard of for such a beautiful apartment!

Give Jaden a raise ASAP, he deserves it! On a serious note— he was very thorough with his information, answered questions concisely, was extremely professional, and polite. Ultimately, Jaden was the reason me and my partner signed here.Second to that, this community is awesome. If you are trying to get away from the hectic side of San Marcos, Sendero is perfect.

I had a chance to drive by this brand-new community this week and it looks beautiful. Planning a visit to see the interior of the apartments. On the website it looks very appealing.
