My mom and I had the pleasure of having Drew as our leasing agent. He is super excellent, and very friendly! We provided him with everything he needed to get us in, and we were moved in that weekend.The community itself, however, is very nice and quiet. I can’t wait until the cold and rainy weather is over so I can relax at the pool.

Sapphire Bay is conveniently located, quiet and clean community with polite and responsive staff and great maintenance. Fence needs to be fixed to deter looters and strangers walking in to our community. I have personally reported hitchhikers walking through the busted gate which has been down for at least 2-3years, however, our community did receive a great update! The fence will be fixed in the weeks ahead! I am ecstatic! 🤩 Thank you!Overall my son and myself thoroughly enjoy our home here and we are always able to relax with now worries about our community. We appreciate the quick and kind responses and informational updates and news of all staff! We enjoy the events that are hosted by staff for our community as well. **Excellent maintenance service!**I want to recognize the outstanding work of Daniel D. and Daniel A., who always demonstrate incredible efficiency and professionalism at the condominium. Every time we’ve had a maintenance request, they respond immediately and complete the repairs flawlessly. They are dedicated, responsible, and always willing to help. Thanks to them, the condominium is always in excellent condition. They are a true example of exceptional work!

It has been amazing staying here! Nicole is wonderful and always does the best she can for residents. Drew and Sulemy are always inviting when I enter the office and always ready to assist when needed. They make me feel like I am a part of the community, welcomed and glad to live here! Also, the Dans (both the maintenance have the same name lol) are awesome and are quick with completing my work orders when needed. Great place to stay!

I’ve lived at Sapphire Bay for 1.5 years! I have a two bedroom with two bathrooms and the price is comparable to other apartments that aren’t nearly as nice. I’m extremely pleased. My apartment has vinyl flooring, granite countertops, washer & dryer and a huge living, dining, kitchen area. The office & maintenance staff are the best I’ve ever experienced! I won’t be moving anytime soon!

Best community in Baytown. Nicole and her team, do a great job keeping the community beautiful and friendly. The Maintenance tech, Daniel, is very welcoming and informative about upcoming events and beautification projects. If you’re looking for a new place to call home, I highly recommend sapphire.

I have lived here for almost a year and it is a nice apartment complex. There is hardly any noise here when it comes to neighbors and it’s relaxing. The pool area is well kept and spacious. It has everything when it comes to furniture that you need for guest. The gym upgraded which is awesome. Overall, it has been good!

Living at Sapphire Bay is a very welcoming experience. Everybody is so friendly, and willing to help. The managers and staff go above and beyond to make the office feel like home during the holidays. They even set out little treats now and again. The grounds are nice and clean. The noise is very minimal, especially on a beautiful Saturday morning! Living here has been wonderful.

My husband and I lived here for a year and really enjoyed the amenities they had to offer. However, some of the buildings closer to the entrance of the apartments are SO busy. Walls and floors are very thin. I’m talking 6 inches all the way around. We could frequently hear any music that was played. We also found the neighbors living in the buildings closer to the entrance are loud. So if you want peace and a good parking space go for the buildings on the back of the property. The pool was nice when COVID was bad cause only people from your apartment were allowed.

We moved from Miami, FL to Texas. This transition has been a great experience! Ryan was extremely helpful when we came to see the apartments. Maintenance has been great as well! Whenever weve had an issue Angelo comes out immediately! I can honestly say that we couldnt be more happy with our decision of moving to this community! The amenities are great. The staff members are always helpful and willing to help you.

Sapphire is an excellent place to live, it is very quiet and safe, its facilities are being renovated so it increases the attractiveness of the neighborhood. In the office they treat you with professionalism and especially Andrew who has excellent customer service.

I can’t stress enough how nice and friendly the staff are! Everytime I call the front office they are very helpful in assisting any questions I have. These apartments are very beautiful and very clean when it comes to the pool and I appreciate that the staff does pool checks to identify trespassers that don’t belong here! They do their job pretty and go beyond expectations!

I want to brag about our maintenance team. Carl and Aaron are amazing! Theyre hilarious, work hard for me, and always get the job done the first time. My in-laws live here and it’s a beautiful complex. Their apartment is really nice, maintenance is always fast and professional, office staff is helpful and the dog pond is great. The pool is the best part, always clean and looks like a resort pool (the grills are a bonus too). Recommended!

My boyfriend and I moved in 2 weeks ago. The complex is beautiful and the staff is friendly, warm, and accommodating. I am a school teacher and off for the summer. Spending my days by the pool or at the gym, or just in the comfort of my apartment has been nothing short of relaxing and carefree. We had a buzzing sound that we thought was coming from the AC, but ended up being the fan fixed within a day of notice by Angelo, the magnificent maintenance man. Being on my own for the first time was nerve racking, but having a staff that takes care of your needs and concerns so quickly has been a blessing. Thank you, Boterra Bay for being so amazing!

What an incredible community!! This is my absolute sanctuary. The staff is impeccable and treat everyone with compassion & care. If I ever had an issue in my apartment, Angelo was so helpful and patient with me and made sure everything was done & I was satisfied before he left. I can tell he really cares about his community. Beautiful area and I cannot complain that everyone spoils my little Bella, whenever they see her!! Woof!! I highly recommend this community! 5 STAR SERVICE!

My husband , myself and my little one have only lived her for 6 months but it is one of the best complexes I’ve ever lived in. The management is excellent! Everyone in the office is friendly and helpful. The maintenance crew are all very nice and they are quick to help . The complex is very clean and family friendly. Anytime there’s an issue they go to all lengths to solve the problem so that everyone feels at home here. If we didn’t have to relocate , then I would stay here for a long time. It feels like home. I cannot reccomend this place enough!! Thanks Angie and Tianne and everyone who works there for making this a happy and safe place to call home!!

My wife and I called Boterra our home for 8.5 months. I can’t express enough how much we enjoyed our experience here. The office staff is amazing and were very attentive to any of individual needs as well as having a strong focus on the community as a whole. It’s easy to get caught up and forget the management are people but not here. A quick walk up front and they were all more than happy to chat and they make the effort to get to know you. Also can’t say enough about the rockstar maintenance crew here. Had a few middle of the night emergency calls and they always responded promptly. Even once one of the crew that lives far off location drove all the way back in to help us out rather than asking us to wait. Great attitudes and a wonderful team. The apartments themselves are very nice and the one we were in was well set up. Pricing also appears to be in line with what you’d see at other places in Baytown. The location is great as well as it’s away from busy Garth road but close enough that any errand trips or food runs are only a few minutes away. It gives it a nice feeling of seclusion in busy/bustling Houston. The property is well maintained. There’s a really nice pool/cabana/grilling area for community members to enjoy. A neat dog park completes the features. Lastly there is some very friendly folk living here that put a strong emphasis on community and regularly put together events for all to enjoy. Wished we could have stayed here longer and would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Baytown area.

I would like to start off by saying that I have never in all my years renting both apartments and homes, have came across such a wonderful management team. Theyre warm and very welcoming. They wanted me here. I wish I could give credit to just one person but truth is, every individual in that office played a very important part. I look forward to being here for many years with this management team. The cake is how beautiful this place is, but the icing is the staff members, And can we give an award for having the worlds best maintenance. Its not often you get the BEST maintenance, and management wrapped in a pretty bow and its 100% genuine. Its no secret this place is a beautiful new resort style living property. The magic is in the office. I gained family and Im forever grateful for what you have done. So to all the reviewers if your ready to come home. We loved this property and maintenance especially. Usually maintenance guys are creepy or lazy but they were always available when we needed something done or got locked out of our apartment. We have 2 cats and they loved it here too! Sad we had to relocate to a new state for work because we would have stayed here for years if we could have, especially if the maintenance manager angelo stays there. The manager tiane is a sweetheart too.

Been living here two weeks now. Love how easy the process was and how nice the apartments are. Wood floors for each unit and the 2 bed/2bath has a very spacious patio which was a big selling point for me. Highly recommend. I was helped by Kati and Ryan

Nice apartment, good options for cable and internet, pool is huge and super nice. Only thing I didnt like was my neighbor but now I Transferred to a new apartment and have no problems. My air went out and they fixed it the same day.

We moved from Orlando, FL to Baytown. Texas. I was looking for a place to live, I visited almost 10 different places in Baytown until I found the most amazing apartment that you are ever going to find in Baytown: Boterra Bay. The attention from Ryan and Tianne at the from office was outstanding, the maintenance man, Angelo, is the best. They all take care of you when needed and always. I have never seen any apartment complex that take good care of the residents as they do! They have the best staff and amenities you can ever ask for. Highly recommended!
