Very spacious apartments and great service in the front office. Amanda assisted me with my application and got me approved quickly. She’s very sweet and detailed and made the experience a lot better than the previous treatment I was getting from the previous staff.

We are looking for an apartment for my daughter, who will be attending college there soon. The apartments were very spacious and a great price. The young lady at the office was very sweet and helpful. I will be back with my daughter for a second visit.

Living here hasn’t been the best but I will say that the new manger Sariana is absolutely amazing and she may be just what this property needs to get things in order!!! My 5 stars are 100% because Sariana cares and wants to help!!

The new team that they got better then ever. Trisha the new lady that stayed when this new last manager left for a high paying job she been doing well. I had stuff I need done and she takes care of it. If I talk to her work with her u will get the things done u have to be patient with her cause she was left to pick up the work the other one left. They need to give Trisha a raise and the manager job

This is my second time living here after spending a year-and-a-half at another apartment. Yes, there are lots of kids here but as the saying goes an idle mind is the Devils Playground. This is not the responsibility of management, it does not take a village to raise a child. Those who are not properly supervising their children and/or teaching them to respect others property is what causes problems. And management has addressed this issue numerous times by passing out notices which remind parents of their responsibilities.Maintenance dragging their feet? Surely you have seen what the cluster*** looks like every morning and on weekends when it comes to the trash. That is what backlogs maintenance. People too lazy to dispose of their large items in the proper spot, decide to place it in front of the compactor chute OR sending their young children to take out the trash who cannot lift the trash up to the chute causing a domino effect. And people not following the valet trash schedule also cause the slowdown with maintenance. Roach problem? Thank your neighbors who are choosing to be s***birds causing yet another domino effect. Personally I dont understand how a water heater leaking for nearly a year, wouldnt have affected more than an electric bill since it is located in the same closet as the pantry is in. It would have affected your carpet and your neighbors.As for crime, both times that I have lived here, there have been neighborhood watch meetings. And out of 200 units, only SIX people have attended. Now, you know damn good and well that other people complain and have concerns...yet where are they? If you want a safe community, then everyone needs to become PROACTIVE and attend these meetings.And fixing the gate wont do jack, not when people give their code out or pull up to the gate and wait AND/OR ride your arse through the gate. Hell, people will even come in through the exit gate before it closed. That happened twice when I lived here the first time. Needless to say, I won those standoffs.Tenants vehicles that are towed, well thats because they failed to get a parking permit. Thats stated in the lease!!! They started the parking permit when I lived here the first and gave everyone ample time to get squared away. When I signed my lease the second time Oct 2015, I was made aware of such permit stated in my lease AND the fact I had to show proof I was allowed to operate said vehicle (IE: had my name on either registration or insurance).

Staff is very friendly and very knowledgeable. The apartment was clean and fully prepped for move in exactly when management had said it would be ready. Very happy. Sarianna was awesome to work with when getting the paperwork done for move in!

First off Kalee is very helpful, caring and concerned, she has helped me out every time Ive called her with emergencies. I highly recommend living here they go out of their way to take care of their tenants. Kristin is also very helpful and willing to go out of her way to help you!.

Just moved in about 2 weeks ago and so far so good. The front office staff was very nice especially Sariyana(not sure if I spelled right) lol. She was great through the entire process of getting approved and finalizing everything.

I dont really know much about this apartment complex besides the fact that my cousins live here and this is where I go do my community service at for housing we have our meetings in the office other than that everything is really really good there I dont really know about the living situations or anything but I know that they do have one two three and four bedrooms

Jeremy came to my house to fix a leak I had. Not only did he do that but he cleaned up the water for me. They are really cleaning up these Apts and the office ladies take my concerns seriously.

I can’t speak for everybody in the office but AMANDA was /has definitely been a pleasure to work with!! She’s always respectful with a positive attitude! She handles any issue at hand in a timely manner and really makes sure my needs are met! She needs to run the whole place honestly !!!
