I moved out of this apartment in June this year, and I will say, Danya and April are so kind. They were always kind to me when I lived at this complex, and to my furbabies. I had questions with the move out charges, but Danya immediately explained the situation and even got me a refund. A refund is so unheard of with landlords, so thank you Danya for helping me out!

I really like it here, my apartment is spacious and at the price I pay I will not find anything else like this in the Medical Center of SA. I can see some people may be contemplating on leaving at the end of their lease term, but I say GOOD LUCK in finding anything nice and spacious at this price. The staff is amazing, Jon is awesome and a hard worker, Mercedes is sweet as can be and always has a smile on her face...Connie is the new manager which I had the pleasure to recently meet with her and I think she will accomplish great new changes for our lovely community. Cant wait to see....

I’ve been living here for a few months now and personally, it was the best decision I’ve made. I absolutely love the environment, it’s very friendly and welcoming! Our leasing agent April was very happy to assist us and welcome us into our new HOME. We always get IMMEDIATE assistance if there’s any concerns or troubles going on, maintenance are being advised right away. April is very understanding and friendly and by far one of the best leasing agents my husband and I have come across while living in an apartment. We are very happy to call our new place so if you and your family are interested in making Saddle Ridge your new home, ask for April she will get you right!

My husband and I have lived here for 3 years and we love this community and our apartment but honestly we’ve stayed because Sergio in the office makes us feel like he cares, he remembers our apartment number when we stop in, checks in with us when we see him around and remembers our pets. Maintenance is timely and friendly. The complex is close to the main parts of the city but just tucked away enough to feel quiet and safe. I would recommend the complex to anyone looking in San Antonio!

Been living here going on 4 years now and the staff here is always very helpful and friendly. Sergio always remembers my dogs name, what apt number I live in and Id very prompt with my work order follow ups. Very courteous and professional. Didnt expect to find anything good one day when we were looking for a place but we took a trip to Saddle Ridge and couldnt look anywhere else.

I love saddle ridge. The apartments are spacious and up to date. The maintance team is timely and respectful! They dont complain about fixing things. Also the manager danya is on top of it all. She ia caring and sooo helpful. She always has a smile and her door open to help. The pool is always clean and ready. I would for sure recommend saddle ridge 😊

In January of this year I found myself needing to find and move-in to an apartment in 3 weeks time. Thankfully I found an apartment at Saddle Ridge. The manager, Sergio Ramirez, was very helpful during the application process and accommodating when I needed to change my move-in date. The pool area, gym, and laundry facility are all well-kept. Washer drier hookups in the apartment are super convenient, as well. The maintenance requests I have made have been answered and resolved promptly. Maintenance is polite and courteous. It’s a nice quiet place and very dog friendly. The only down side I have encountered so far is that I cannot reach the gate key pad without opening my car door.

The office staff Dana, Sergio and April are very kind. Maintenance issues always get resolved in a reasonable time frame. Pay attention to parking rules because no matter how much you want to blame the complex it’s your responsibility to pay attention to emails being sent out. Dog poop unfortunately isn’t something the office can control however every time I have made them aware, the issue is handled almost instantly, over all I like the staff and complex it’s self.

Love living here! Maintenance is awesome! Apartments are spacious! Sergio in the front office has always been welcoming and super helpful! Of all complexes I’ve lived this one by far is my favorite!

Saddle ridge has been great, the maintenance team are awesome they responded in like 3 minutes when I called about water coming from another apartment. I like the lighting outside the apartments at night. Parking has really not been too frequent an issue for me but can be annoying if I have to go from visitor parking area and the steps are muddy, plus no paved path coming from that side to my breezeway. Rooms are a really good size too

Me and my family have been living here since Dec 2022 and we have no complaints at all. If theres any minor issues it gets fixed right away. Sergio is a great guy and very polite and the best landlord Ive had in years. I would recommend this apartment complex to anyone.

I wanted to show some appreciation to the maintenance staff here at Saddle Ridge Apartments. I recently noticed my AC unit was not cooling my apartment. I requested service, on a Saturday night, through Saddle Ridges Resident App. The next morning Omar came over and added coolant to my AC unit. My apartment is now cooler than ever! My son and I are very appreciative that our concerns were heard and fixed in a timely fashion.

Love living here. Some problems with neighbors kids but that’s not the apts fault. Only thing is parking, there should be more resident parking because sometimes visitors are taking up actual spaces for us. Management and maintenance are always amazing at addressing all concerns though. For first apartment experience I really have minimal issues. Would highly recommend to anyone.

Ive lived at Saddle Ridge for a year. I had to relocate due to job location being far. If it wasnt for the long commute to work I definitely wouldve made Saddle Ridge my home for longer. I wanted to take the time to give kudos to Saddle Ridge. The complex was always clean and office staff were always so welcoming. Thank you so much Sergio, PJ, and Miranda for taking such great care in your residents! Definitely would make yall my home again.

Current resident. Maintenance is ontop! They get the job done immediately. Had a few times where people would park in carport, but administrative handled it immediately. Despite being older, they are making more renovations to the property and current apartments. With time, this place will blossom more. Theyre a great community that does a lot for their residents especially during holidays.

I truly enjoy living at saddle ridge apartments. My favorite part about living at saddle ridge is how courteous and attentive the front office is. Pj is awesome and I couldn’t have asked for a better manager to over look saddle ridge, miranda is so sweet and ready to help at a moments time, Sergio is also just as wonderful as the rest of the team he is in extremely helpful and patient with the tenants/future tenants but not overbearing which goes a long way in communicating and assisting the residents at saddle ridge. I just want to say THANK YOU to the saddle ridge team, your courtesy is noticed and very much appreciated!

Worst apartment complex is the history of apartment complexes. Stay away. Roaches. Your stuff inside the apartment doesnt get fixed. The front office ladies are next level rude. I could go on. But its not worth my time. Just be careful if you move here. Not worth the headache or the stress.Update. New management and new maintenance team has taken over and since then it has changed for the better.

Very friendly and helpful office staff. Answered my hundred questions and made me feel comfortable with the rental process. Unfortunately, my contract was extended so I wont be moving to San Antonio after all. Hopefully, when the time is right, there will be a unit available to rent. I recently moved out at the beginning of the year due to personal reason but my experience here was not As awful as other reviews make it out to be. It was quiet & I got lucky enough to have great neighbors ! Some which had lived there 9+ years. Some people are saying theres roaches but I never saw any.if you clean properly ( at any home , not just these apts) any bugs / roaches will go elswhere. They did have my apartment sprayed regularly. Maintenance was good & responded to all my work orders I put in. Elvira & Mercedes are NOT rude . They actually helped me out a lot. But I also believe you get what you give - so if you approach them in a way you wouldnt want to be spoken to, what do you expect ? You have to give respect to get it. If I didnt have to leave for personal reasons , I defiantly would have stayed .

I have lived in this community for over 18 months and have not regretted my decision to live here. The maintenance staff is exceptional and always willing to help, with efficiency and in a timely manner. The management staff has been available to help, offer suggestions, and they are highly responsive and efficient.

Great place to live! I have nothing but good things to say, I have a beautiful apartment, front gate access and gym access through a app on my phone! Well kept! And they have no tolerance for employees being rude or disrespectful. They actually treat there customers like they should! 👍🏽👍🏽 best place I’ve lived yet!

This place is amazing! I’ve lived here for almost a year and the staff is wonderful and are very attentive. They are always willing to help and do whatever they can to make things easier for you! ! They got new management recently so ignore old negative comments!! They always have something going on for the residents and take the time to make sure everyone is doing okay!!Please consider moving in here!!

I don’t understand how all these reviews are so bad. I love it here already. Birdie and PJ are so nice. The area is quite and pretty. Apartments are big and spacious. Neighbors are friendly and the school is only across the street. Nothing but good vibes here.

It’s been 5 months since living here and I must say the living area is spacious and I loge the gate remote access ... however the first 3 months my wife and I had so much trouble with parking my wife and I work various hours and most times don’t get home until hours after midnight ... which by that time there are absolutely NO parking spaces but luckily Bertie was more than happy to assist us with a car port and even discounted it for us .. I love it here I love the Bertie and PJ my only issue is the guy that also works there ... I don’t really go into the office much unless I order a packages and it’s expected to be delivered there and it seems like everytime I come in this guys whole demeanor changes and he’s just so rude/arrogant .. In October (which is my wife’s birthday month) I ordered A LOT of gifts for her on amazon some came to my door most went to the office and they all would come different days so I literally was in the office almost everyday picking a package up and the 3rd time I went that week he made a rude comment basically saying I need to stop ordering so many things online also , he never smiles or greets me, So now I try my best not to even go in there && it was never like that when we first moved here I loved going in the office everyone greeted me and had some type of enthusiasm in their voice no matter the day ... upside again I love living here dude just needs to fix his attitude 🤨
