I being living here a few years and all I can say is I love living in here. Sandra and Vidi are very nice and helpful when I need something. The maintenance team is awesome and very quick. Overall I do recommend it!

This place is very nice. Ive been living here since I was 2 and Im now 17 almost 18, and there isnt much to complain about. Maintenance is really nice and hard working. Front desk ladies are super nice and helpful. And apartments are fairly big, theyve upgraded them recently and Im sure they are much better now. So come on down, Im sure you wont regret it

I have lived 🏘 here only since October 2020 and the Staff is amazing ALL OF THEM in the office.😍 I never have any problems. If I need anything they are always helpful. The Apartments are nice and clean and very well maintained. I feel secure gated with security that actually works. Meaning they walk around the complex at night not just sit in a guard house sleeping like other apartments. all night I see them making security checks.

This place has been my home for the last 3 years, and I couldn’t have picked a better apartment complex to live at for my first solo living experience. The office staff is amazing! All the ladies go above and beyond with any requests, and take your concerns and turn them into reassurance as quickly as they can. I cannot say better things about them! Maintenance is incredible. I had AC issues one evening after maintenance already left for the day, and Juan came from his house within 30 minutes to fix it for me. They all are on top of things! The gym might be small, but it has enough and is hardly busy. I was able to train for my first marathon using that treadmill! Security has gotten better since I first moved here. The security guard at the gate at night has definitely decreased negative incidents within the complex. That’s another thing, the office is so good at communicating when anything happens on the premises, or when they will be coming in to change air filters, and whatnot. Communication is great! The residents are friendly, and the grounds are always clean. I’ll be moving shortly to a pet-friendly apartment complex, but I’m definitely going to miss this place!

I have lived at Sabo Village Apts for over 30 years. This a great place to live. I have stayed here so long because they keep the apartments and the landscape up. All the ladies that work in the office has always been there if I needed anything. They are friendly and helpful. I feel like they are my friends and not just people who work in the office. They are the reason, I have stayed here so long. The maintenance service is excellent . Whenever I need something done, they do it in a timely manner. Juan has done maintenance for about 30 years as long as I have lived here and he is the Best. He is a Jack of All Trades. Everyone in the office and the maintenance service is the reason I am still here 30 years later. You will love it if you move here also.

The management and maintenance personnel provide excellent service and care for the residents and are very nice and provide a great deal of kindness. SABO VILLAGE is a nice place to live and I recommend this place to be a home for anyone. I’ve lived here for 3 years, I’ve never had any issues. I enjoy my neighbors, leasing office staff and the maintenance people. My only complaint is the parking if you don’t come early enough just have to park very far.

Very nice quiet complex. One of the best in the area. I have lived here for a year and renewed my lease for another year. Very friendly and helpful office staff. No problems at all and also no roaches,I love it! Highly recommend

Love the staff, Viri and Sandra are always so helpful, they remember me and my family, always making sure were taken care of in a timely manner and most important, NO ROACHES! They keep up with the complex and actually care about their residents. Love being a resident here!

Great apartments. staff and maintenance are wonderful, very nice and friendly they respond to any maintenance issues quickly which is a plus. keep apartments nice. manager Camora is more then helpful. down falls i would say mind you Ive lived in these apartments for over 2 years would be.1. they say no pets allowed and i know they are being courteous to residents whom have lived here prior to new rule of no pets allowed. but they still get to have pets on premisses so you still here dogs barking and find feces on the lawn and pavement.2. they say no pets yet have tons of stray cats on the premisses. they sleep on your car and underneath as well you will find them on your patio.3. As far as burlary goes no matter where you live there will be burlgaries. Ive lived in more expensive apartments and nicer parts of town then these and have received less notices of burglaries then i have living here in past 2 years.So all in all nice apartments even though you live close to everything it is quiet people are respectful staff is great. not bad place to live. its how you make of it i believe.

Me and my wife love these apartments, management is very nice and professional, have yet to see 1 roach in my apt , they keep the property clean , maintenance is super, they literally come to your Door within a couple hours or less to fix any issue or concern

Helped my sister move into these apartments, they are very helpful and the apartments are spacious. The residents and office staff are great! I lost my wallet and someone returned it to the leasing office and they were able to find me on Facebook and returned it to me within 24 hours of me losing it! Would definitely recommend checking them out!

I lived for a year and the truth is it is a very good place to live, I am very comfortable, clean, safe and the office service and maintenance are the best, I was treated the best and the truth is my decision to leave was difficult because It is actually a great place to live. I thank each and every one of those who work there for making me feel so good that year and I hope one day in the near future to be part of that community again. 100% recommended, thank you 🙂
