Its an good apartment but its a little getho and the storage at the back they be shooting but I do recommend staying there but if you do maybe stay at the front

We applied to Rush Creek. The place is beautiful! When we went in to sign our lease we had the extreme pleasure dealing with Andre. He is THE BEST! Friendly, funny, helpful. Just a joy to be around. So was his coworker. She was sweet and friendly as well. There are 1 separate playgrounds there does the kiddos and all kinds of amenities. This will be our forever place. Come check them out!

Neighbors...take a real good look at what’s been happening here...new management since Rachel left has been awesome. They take time to listen and comply if possible. Police presence and activity is at an all time ‘low’. I am not as embarrassed to have visitors. The marijuana fragrance is not as prominent (almost non-exsistant)in the passageways. With the exception of the trash and the young kiddos playing without supervision, it seems much more pleasant and safer. With the sale of the property, I am hoping management remains without change and future tenant screening enhances.

I have been here a year. The new people in the office Andre and ms Rosa who has been here are wonderful. They are easy to talk to and make sure things get done. Its been an improvement with those 2. Every place is gonna have their problems but they work to make sure its hadled.

Staff here is awesome, very affordable rent, awesome location, property is always clean and kept up with.

Ive been living here two years rush creek dont bs not even a little bit. They make great opportunities for drop outs with their ged program. Its safe and Idk about the talk of cars being broke into nobody that stupid let alone ignorant, but its a great enviroment.
